Four days into our seven day holiday and we feel completely at home… we’re already planning our return! ❤️ I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The customer service has been exceptional. Every single member of the team has been warm, welcoming and helpful. They made such a thoughtful effort to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was incredibly appreciated. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the communal areas and our room are immaculately clean. The breakfast and dinner included with our package have been delicious every day—so much variety, all prepared and cooked to perfection. There is something for everyone here: sports bar, chill out areas, pool with music, family pools and quieter adult areas, we’ve never struggled to find a sun lounger. The evening entertainment has been fantastic too - the live singers are top notch, we love hearing their voices drifting through our open balcony doors as the sun goes down. The location is perfect - La Caleta is a very pretty part of the island, there are shops and a small mall just a short walk away, and we have beautiful sea views from both our balcony and even from our bed. There’s also a good gym, padel courts (with great quality coaching sessions available - a nod to Alan!), an extensive spa, and two fabulous restaurants, Seen and Yakuza. It really does have everything. One piece of advice, though: after a nightmare experience with Love Holidays, who completely ripped us off on a room upgrade, I’d strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel. We certainly will next time!

A true 5 star hotel. We had the most dreamy, relaxing holiday with our two children. Couldn't fault anything- fantastic food, immaculate rooms and facilities, lovely pool. Sun loungers were plentiful and it was very easy to pop to nearby shops, restaurants, etc. But what stood out the most was the service. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We felt very cared for and valued. We will definitely be back!

Spa+Brunch . Quisiera resaltar el atendimiento de Carla y demás personal. Las instalaciones del Spa son excelentes,con todo lujo de detalles. Mientras nos relajamos pudimos saborear unas infusiones, frutos secos, fruta fresca y agua con limón. Allí tuvimos taquillas con una toalla, zapatillas y albornoz... Y dónde te cambias no faltó detalle: secador,gorro, peine,etc Para repetir,sin duda alguna. Para disfrutar del Brunch pasamos a una terraza estupenda, con una camarera muy simpática y servicial. La presentación de la comida nos llamó la atención. Calidad y muy bueno todo. Tuvimos todo el tiempo que quisimos para saborear y disfrutar del Brunch y del lugar. Enhorabuena por vuestro atendimiento y su buen hacer en su trabajo. Saludos para tod@s. Volveremos!!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Tivoli la caleta! Wir haben 10 Nächte mit Halbpension und Gartenblick gebucht. Das Hotel ist etwas ab vom Trubel gelegen und dadurch in einer ruhigeren Gegend, in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto wieder in der Stadt oder auf dem Autobahn. Aufgrund einer Verletzung konnte mein Freund keine weiten Wege gehen, weshalb wir vom Hotel ein Zimmer mit kurzen Distanzen zu allen Räumlichkeiten bekommen haben. Die Zimmer sind extrem geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der kleine Balkon hat hochwertige Möbel. Die Schränke sind sehr groß und bieten genügend Stauraum. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr sauber und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen am Buffet ist riesig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zusätzlich gibt es mehrere Restaurants, wir haben das Seen und Yakuza getestet und sind auch hier begeistert gewesen. Insgesamt wurde der Aufenthalt durch den aufmerksamen Service besonders. Alle Mitarbeiter sind uns sehr zuvorkommend begegnet und waren stets freundlich. Wir werden definitiv wieder herkommen!

Beautiful hotel, all the staff were immaculate so professional and courteous with a smile for everyone. Carla always went above and beyond. The room was beautiful with amazing views we were upgraded to this which was a lovely surprise. Thanks to Luca for serving us our evening drinks with speed and professionalism with a smile and a laugh at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend a visit to this beautiful hotel Thanks to everyone who made our stay so wonderful

Thank you for a wonderful holiday! We stayed here last month and we were very impressed. We usually stay at the anantara vilamoura or the Conrad in Portugal. The anantara used to be a Tivoli. The Tivoli La caleta has quickly shot to the top of our go to destinations. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are genuinely welcoming not forced. The breakfast is great. We stayed on a. Half board basis however we dined at their seen restaurant most nights as it was spectacular and if you are staying on a half board basis they give you a certain amount per head towards the bill. The cleaning service was really really good. Excellent in fact. Room cleaned in the morning as soon a stu leave the room. The only thing I would say is the kids club could be more extensive although the staff were super friendly. We didn't know where the kids clubs was for a few days. On leaving the hotel we left our son's two favourite teddies in the bed . He had these since he was born. We didn't realise for a while and then when we got home we panicked as we couldn't find them . I need not have worried the communication from the hotel was superb and the teddies were returned to our home at a small charge ( paid to DHL ) . The hotel had gone to so much trouble they wrote little notes and took pictures of what the teddies had been up to . We were all overwhelmed on receiving the parcel with the teddies in . We were blown away with the service. We will never forget the efforts they went to . We really hope to come back soon . I am considering what it would be like to visit in the winter.
