I've just returned from Riu Palace Oasis (yesterday) and had to give my feedback straight away. I don't think I can find anything bad to say about this resort. The rooms, restaurants, pool areas and most of all the staff, just all added up to make an excellent break. The room was very nice, effective AC and a ceiling fan which was a nice addition when you don't want the AC. We were upgraded to a larger room which I was grateful for, I had booked a partial sea view and it was really great. Iron, ironing board, kettle, robes, all as standard. Food was just excellent! The main buffet restaurant kept me happy for both breakfast and evening meals with great variety and choice I never felt at a loss to have find something enjoyable. I noted for future reference for vegetarian family members that they do have a decent selection of veggie food that is kept seperately and so this avoids cross contamination which most reorts fail on massively. The two a la carte restaurants offered a very good selection as well. I personally enjoyed the Krystal restaurant most although the cheesecake was very dense but both that and the Spanish offering were good. Poolside the area was always clean, no shortage of sunbeds, clean towels on demand (with a towel card) but the guys were lovely. When it got really hot and the lower half of the lounger was burning hot they would offer additional towels to prevent your legs and feet from burning. Also thanked me and wished me well when I was leaving. Sometimes strict on the small inflatable ball games though but not so much when the pool was less busy. The pool time aerobics were fun. Ordering poolside was great, again staff were nice, they offered a nice selection, the burger being really quite good, and the calamari was really well cooked but for some reason the chef would salt them which isn't right. I loved the fact that you can walk through a private access onto the beach and adjacent shops and restaurant and walk all the way down to Faro, made life very easy and added to the flexibility. I didn't use the gym or spa although I showered in the spa when leaving on check out day. I must underline how brilliant the staff were, from reception to restaurants to pools and cleaners. I plan to return with my mother later in the year! And maybe once on a solo. I didn't love the coffee, that's kind of all I have as a negative lol. Go, have fun!!

The hotel is beautiful, with lovely gardens, spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for a peaceful holiday while still being close to the beach. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wie waren für eine Woche im Hotel Riu Palace Oasis zu Gast und können nur positives darüber erzählen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und erhielten sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade zu einem Privatpool! Das hat uns riesig gefreut und das Zimmer wie auch die ganze Anlage war wunderschön, gepflegt und sauber. Auch das Essen war hervorragend (besonders die beiden Restaurants Krystal und Botanico), das Personal war zuvorkommend und auch auf meine Lebensmittelallergie wurde gut Rücksicht genommen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und auch die verschiedenen Aussenpools waren angenehm und es gab zu jeder Zeit freie Liegen. Wir genossen die Zeit hier unglaublich und werden definitiv wieder ein Riu Hotel besuchen.

Wir (Paar) haben im Juli 26 vier Nächte im Riu Palace Oasis verbracht und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und weitläufig. Durch die vielen Winkel hat man nicht den Eindruck, dass es voll oder überlaufen ist. Durch die drei Pools plus den Kinderbereich verteilt es sich sehr gut. Ruhe und Erholung bekommt man auch, wenn man sonst eher zu adultes only tendiert. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte sich sehr wohlfühlen. Morgens und Abends gab es am Buffet eine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen. Abends wechselte das Angebot regelmäßig. Es gab immer eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen, Beilagen und Nachtischen. Im Bereich des Buffets gab es die Möglichkeit drinnen oder draußen zu sitzen. Die anderen Restaurants auf der Anlage haben wir nur an einem Mittag ausprobiert. Obwohl wir kurz vor der Schließzeit kamen wurden wir freundlich bedient. Am Pool werden Getränke und kalte oder warme Speisen serviert. Man hat die Möglichkeit alles aufs Zimmer buchen zu lassen. So muss man nicht ständig mit dem Portmonee hantieren. Im Hotel gibt es die Möglichkeit sich über Ausflüge zu informieren, auch gibt es einen elektronischen Veranstaltungsplan und die Möglichkeit von der Lobby aus einen Mietwagen zu buchen. Von der Hotelanlage kommt man direkt an den Strand. Dieser ist besucht, aber nicht überfüllt. Wir sind darauf hingewiesen worden, dass es kein richtiger Badestrand ist. Es gibt Strömungen die einen sehr schnell rausziehen können. Die Behörden fahren regelmäßig den Strand ab. Fußläufig vom Hotel sind sowohl die große Düne, der Leuchtturm und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. An der Promenade gibt es verschiedene Bars. Hier lief immer wieder laut Musik und es wurde live Musik gespielt. Wer hier Partytouristen befürchtet muss sich wenig Sorgen machen. Die Stimmung war ausgelassen aber nicht unangenehm durch Betrunkene o.ä. durchzogen. Im Hotel hat man generell kaum etwas davon mitbekommen. Im Hotel waren die Gäste ebenfalls sehr durchmischt. Rentner, Familien, Paare, Alleinreisende alles war vertreten. Manche Leute zogen sich gerne elegant an, andere waren im Urlaubslook. Insgesamt konnte man sich sehr wohlfühlen und sein wie man ist.

Perfektní hotel v nádherné zahradě. Strávili jsme zde týden dovolené.Hotel má skvělou polohu s vchodem přímo na pláž. Hned u hotelu je maják, restaurace a možnost nákupu oblečení a suvenýrů. Co se týče pokojů, jídla personálu určitě se jedná o kvalitní pětihvězdičkový resort. Skvělá snídaně i večeře,jídlo je kvalitní a jeho rozmanitost je na vysoké úrovni. Jedná se o velmi klidný hotel s klientelou 60+. Doporučuji spíš pro dospělé a páry než rodiny s dětmi. Jsou tu drobnosti které by se dali vytknout. Ale pobyt jsme si náramně užili a určitě navštívíme síť hotelů RIU. Nejvíc se nám líbila zahrada,klid ,vstřícnost zaměstnanců a perfektní jídlo. Co bych určitě vylepšil je odhlučnění dveří do pokoje.. Ráno nás budil hluk s ulice. Všem určitě hotel doporučuji 👍 kromě obchodů uvnitř,tomu se určitě vyhněte

Pěkný hotel,skvělé služby , velmi slušný personál.Umístění hotelu je v palmové háji a zahrady jsou pečlivě udržované. Na první pohled excelentní.
