Wir waren aktuell in diesem Hotel. Sehr gutes Restaurant, Service und Zimmer. Alles TOP. Leider reagiert die Leitung des Hotels nicht auf eine schlechte Wetterlage. Alle möglichen Türen in der Rezeption , Bar und Restaurant waren ständig geöffnet , so daß ein permanenter Durchzug mit kühlen Temperaturen vorhanden war. Sehr viele Gäste haben dies bemängelt. Leider wurde nicht darauf reagiert. Bei Außentemperaturen von 19Grad und starken Wind Verhältnissen ist das nicht in Ordnung. Da mussman nicht ständig alle Türen geöffnet haben.

Ich war jetzt zum 4x im Fariones und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und vor allem die Pool-Landschaft mit den ganzen Palmen ist immer Top gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten vom Pool. Die Zimmer sind im Gegensatz zu manch anderen 5 Sterne Hotels sehr gepflegt. Bisher gab es hier noch nichts zu beanstanden. Der Service ist wirklich sehr gut. Super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Preis/Leistung ist gut. Die Preise für Cola, Bier, Cocktails, Essen (mittags im La Barra) etc. sind im Gegensatz zu Preisen von Bars und Restaurants außerhalb des Hotels eher hoch. Wie gesagt, handelt es sich um ein 5 Sterne Hotel und die Preise sollten entsprechend jedem bewusst sein. Werde definitiv wiederkommen.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location on the beach, near to lots of places to eat, drink and shop. Staff all welcoming & friendly, rooms spotless, cleaned everyday, bonus the plug sockets have USB and USC so dont worry if you forget a plug adaptor. Food is amazing, lots of choice catering for everyone. Lots of sunloungers so plenty for everyone to sunbathe 😊

We recently stayed in Fariones Hotel and we can’t wait to return back ! From stepping into our Accomodation we felt very welcomed by the staff The swimming pool ,the hot tubs,the overall atmosphere was amazing Staff works so hard and they all very polite ,always look a part and they assist you with smile on their face Entertainment provided by hotel was amazing My favourite act was a solo artist Connor he was so connected with the audience and was enjoying taking song requests from the guests David who works at the pool area would always welcome us warmy and assist where needed The grounds of the hotel are kept beautifully The backdrop of the ocean just makes you feel connected to the nature You have so many different relaxing areas in the hotel all of them provide fantastic view Ideally having one more restaurant in the hotel would be great

I stayed at this hotel for one week during Ironman Lanzarote, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation. The hotel offers a spacious and welcoming lobby area... stylish, elegant, yet never trying too hard to be overly trendy. What stood out most, however, was the exceptionally well-trained, friendly, and genuinely charming staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. The buffet ranged from good to very good, while the table service was consistently excellent. The pool area is not particularly large, but despite the hotel being fully booked, it never felt crowded. A real highlight is the direct access to a small and beautiful beach, as well as to the larger Playa del Carmen beach just to the left of the hotel. For me personally, it was the perfect location, as the swim start for Ironman Lanzarote was only about 200 meters away. I would especially recommend this hotel to any athlete coming for the race. Excellent value for money! Easily five out of five stars.

I would like to start this review with a massive thank you. The people working at this hotel are absolutely incredible. Everyone, without exception, was truly friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure to chat with them. Working with so many people can't be easy, but they manage to stay genuine and positive. The staff truly goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Thank you so so much! 🛏The hotel has a lot to offer. First of all, the rooms are stylish and comfortable. We also had a lovely view from our balcony and happily spent some of our time there. 🍝The food was delicious, and the variety was great. I also found it smart that some appetizers and desserts were served in bite-size portions. There was also no queue at the coffee machine during breakfast, because the waiters serve coffee and orange juice themselves. Cappuccino and latte are also available. 🏖The outside area is smartly organised. There are a few areas where you can sunbathe, as well as various sitting and lying options. The beach is separated by a glass fence, so the guests have privacy and a nice view. You are only a few steps away if you want to swim in the ocean. 🧘‍♀️There were many guests during our stay, from 14 to 24 May, but it never felt crowded, neither at the beach nor during meals. 🌴The garden is, without a shadow of a doubt, a masterpiece. It is impossible not to enjoy its beauty. The designers and gardeners must be given a medal. It is also remarkable how volcanic stone was used in the hotel’s design. It looks natural and blends beautifully with everything else. 🤔One thing that raised some questions was the placement of the electrical outlets and light switches. They were right in the middle of the headboard, so no cuddling if you want to charge your phone overnight :) I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to forget the cares of the world and enjoy a truly luxurious holiday. My husband and I will definitely come again!
