This hotel is not a 5 star experience. Some of the staff are the most miserable people on the planet. Lunch and evening meal service is very poor. Once you have been served your initial drinks. It’s impossible to get more! No one comes back to you. The food is nice. But warm at best. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always the same. With food sat on barely warm hot plates. The plates were hotter than the food! You have to beg to get new eggs in a morning when there are none left. Day to day there are a lot of birds in the restaurant. Eating the bread, cakes and the snacks. Disappointed with the way the rooms were cleaned. Walking round with white socks on and they are filthy in seconds. The minibar refil service needs amending to be done when the cleaners come. Some nights it was gone 6pm till the cans were replenished. And they were always warm. Again. Not a 5 star feeling. I also didn’t like the way that staff are always trying to get you to spend more. Hearing the same old dribble with new comers at reception that you can get upgrades and better rooms for €1000+!

If I had to describe Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote in one way, I’d say it is absolutely beautiful. The location, the architecture, and the overall design of the resort are stunning, and the property itself is huge. We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights in a standard ocean-facing room overlooking both the ocean and the pool. While the room itself wasn’t very large, it was still more than adequate for us, especially considering the amount of luggage we traveled with. On my husband’s birthday they left a bottle of Cava and a note in the room, which was so thoughtful! I also want to specifically acknowledge Rahul, who was amazing throughout our stay. He consistently checked in to make sure we were doing well and really made us feel taken care of. On our second day, he got us into the mojito class and also organized for everyone to sing Happy Birthday in both English and Spanish for my husband, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special. Unfortunately, I did have a very disappointing experience at the spa, and personally, I would not return there. The massage felt more like oil rubbing than an actual massage, and getting detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement was extremely difficult. I eventually had to copy leadership on emails before the receipts were finally provided. We had booked hot stone and deep tissue massages, but my massage was not hot stone, and my husband’s was not deep tissue, which was frustrating considering what we paid for. For dining, the buffet restaurant, Malva, had themed nights that added good variety throughout the stay. Of the à la carte restaurants, Samira was by far my favourite, the atmosphere there was phenomenal, and the food was very good. My second favorite was Capella. As for entertainment, this is definitely more of a calm and relaxing resort. There was a live band every night, which was nice, but overall there were limited entertainment options. I genuinely think adding a DJ at Ginger Bar would elevate the evening atmosphere significantly. One thing I also didn’t love was the pool drink service setup. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts where staff walk around taking drink orders, here you have to get up and walk to The Shack yourself for drinks. Service at both Malva and Ginger could also be quite slow at times, especially for drinks and water. I’d assume this may be due to staffing levels compared to the number of guests. Overall, despite a few service-related frustrations, the beauty of the resort, the atmosphere, and the memorable moments created during our stay still made this a very enjoyable trip.

Nuestra tercera vez en Paradisus Lanzarote y, una vez más, la experiencia ha sido excepcional. Pero de nuevo queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Jonatan, el coctelero de The Reserve. No solo prepara unos cócteles espectaculares, perfectamente equilibrados y con una presentación impecable, sino que además convierte cada momento en algo especial. Se nota su pasión, su profesionalidad y el cariño que pone en cada creación. Siempre dispuesto a recomendar, a sorprender y a adaptarse a nuestros gustos, haciendo que cada copa sea una experiencia diferente. Además de su talento, destacamos su amabilidad y cercanía. Su trato es elegante, atento y auténtico, logrando que nos sintamos cuidados y bienvenidos en todo momento. Sin duda, parte de que sigamos eligiendo este hotel año tras año es por profesionales como él.

We had an amazing stay at Paradisus Salinas and honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and all of the staff were lovely and welcoming. As soon as we walked in we felt so peaceful. The hotel has that effect consistently with its beautiful architecture and gardens. There are plenty of fun activities to do throughout the day with a band playing each night. We loved our spa experience and would highly recommend. The buffet was fantastic with so much variety even from day to day. La Graciosa was a highlight out of the restaurants though we enjoyed them all. The rooms were really comfortable, the bed was perfect. Could maybe do with a light refurb but nothing glaring or overly dated - it still felt relaxing and the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The housekeeping team are immaculate they really did an amazing job! Thankyou so much We had a couple of tiny issues during our stay, but they were so minor they didn’t take away from what was an incredible holiday. The friendly staff at the hotel solved any issue we had, they were so kind and helpful. We’d definitely recommend Paradisus Salinas and would love to come back! ♥️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team. Every staff member we met was fantastic, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their kindness and dedication made our holiday truly special. A special thank you to Barbara, Soraya, and Joanna for the Aqua Gym and Pilates classes. They were absolutely perfect – energetic, motivating, and so much fun. We looked forward to every session. We would also like to thank Raquel, Susanna, Armando, Viktor, Marcos, and Saskia, Jose, Maripa for their outstanding service, warm smiles, and helpful attitude throughout our stay.( I cannot remember everyone’s name unfortunately) Bryan gave us a wonderful welcome when we arrived, making us feel at home from the very first moment. At check-out, Mark was equally kind, professional, and helpful. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the entire team made a huge difference. We are certain that we will return, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Thank you all for making our holiday so special!
