Je pense que les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes. Peu importe le nombre d'étoiles qu'un hôtel a, la propreté des chambres doit toujours être impeccable et je n'ai jamais vu ça même dans des deux étoiles. Avoir des insectes écrasés contre les murs et surtout du dentifrice sur une porte, cela devrait être nettoyé. Lors de mon signalement à l'accueil, ils n'avaient même pas l'air outrés par la situation. J'ai également eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec une porte attenante sur une autre chambre tellement mal isolée que j'avais l'impression que le voisin ronflait dans mon lit. Cela mis à part, le petit déjeuner ainsi que les piscines et le bar ont permis de remonter un minimum le niveau.

Waren dort 5 Nächte zu viert als Gruppe. Lokalisation nah zum Flughafen, Transfer erfolgte problemlos. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wurden bei Ankunft von der Rezeption sehr freundlich begrüßt und frühzeitig die Zimmer bekommen. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, frisch und abwechslungsreich gewesen. Das hotel hat eigene 2 Pools. Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und Handtücher erneuert. Alles sehr sauber gewesen. (Und ich achte sehr darauf). Das Hotel hat auch eigenen Restaurant wo wir unser letzte Abendessen dort genossen haben. In der Nähe befinden sich Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Automiet Filiale und Strände wo man zu Fuß gut erreichen.

Hotel je krásný, čistý a udržovaný. Snídaně jsou pestré. Moc děkujeme za příjemný pobyt a super obsluhu ať už v primo v hotelu, či u bazénu nebo v restauraci.

Wir Torsten,Christina, Nele und Nico hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Hotel Petousis. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Reinigung durch Nina – unser Zimmer war jeden Tag tipptopp sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Größe des Zimmers. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei heranwachsende Teenager (14 und 15 Jahre) war es leider deutlich zu klein. Hier wäre ein größeres Familienzimmer wünschenswert. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an das fantastische Serviceteam: Babies 1, Babies 2, Voula, Kiki, Sarah, auch Theo der Manager und alle Mitarbeiter der Rezeption. Auch vergessen wir die magischen Finger von Maria der Physiotherapeutin nicht.Sie waren immer freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich und haben unseren Urlaub wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Der Strand Heaven Beach ist nur etwa 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Meer war sauber und der Strand einfach super. Auch das Wetter war während unseres Aufenthalts hervorragend – durchgehend sonnig, sehr warm und perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit im Hotel Petousis. Wir können das Hotel aufgrund der Sauberkeit, der tollen Mitarbeiter und der guten Lage weiterempfehlen.

We stayed as a family of 8 with our 3 year old. Our junior suite room on the first floor was ample sized, lots of space to move about in. I liked that the toilets, shower and sinks were all separate. The bed was large and super comfortable. Great AC. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. There are two large pools and two shallow pools for younger children (our 3 year old basically lived in the kiddie pools while we were there). The lifeguard on duty was so friendly with us all and super sweet with our daughter, complete with ice cream treats and bringing toys for her to play with in the pool. Breakfast was buffet style and there were so many options every day - highly recommend the greek yoghurt and honey. Rustic sausages, lots of fruit options, cereals, pancakes, toppings, pastries, eggs etc. There are many things to do nearby. The beach is a few minutes walk away. Jump on a bus into Heraklion ~20 mins away. We tried out different restaurants each night, just a few minutes walk either way. The best chicken souvlaki was in the taverna restaurant attached to the hotel. Shout out to Uncle George's, a family run restaurant - highly recommended especially if any little ones. At Petousis there was a mix of guests - older and younger couples, families with younger and/or older children... everyone seemed to be having a great time. Lots of lounging by the pool topping up tans. Loved that we could order food poolside and it would be brought to us. There was one issue with the bar thinking I was ordering a drink they didn't make when it was there on their menu - I think it was an issue with their app (lots of places have QR codes you can scan to see the menu but there's no order function). We tended to ask for the physical menu if available anyway so no issues. There was live music on the Tuesday and Thursday night while we were there, starting at 9pm. They had the world cup fixtures on and people could go watch on the big screen in the bar area but was also available in the room if preferred. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Hotel was ideally located for a good range of restaurants within easy walking distance and also the beach 5 minutes walk. Room we had was a junior suite which had two access doors to the separate balconies. This afforded good views north, east and west but you couldn’t described the immediate area as ‘pretty’. It was quite a bustling area with numerous hotels and convenience stores, the usual holiday vibe. We stayed B&B so can only review the breakfast which was above average. Coffee and tea was from a machine and was OK, the morning juices were from concentrate and not fresh and were to my taste a bit over sweet. Good range of hot and cold options I would guess, if a bit samey. Staff were pleasant and efficient and food was quickly replenished. Swimming pool areas were fine, the lifeguard was hard working and helpful at times. Beds were reserved by a few people occupying the same ones for their stay but there was no mad early rush to secure a bed by most people there for our 2 week stay. Lunchtime food was of good quality if a little pricey compared to other places nearby. On the weekend it seemed that locals could use the facilities(pools/sunbeds) provided they paid and this seemed to take the gloss of the place if I’m honest. I counted about 5 family groups with children on one Saturday who were a bit noisy. Our stay was great though, had to hire a car for a couple of days on two separate occasions and used the beach quite often as two weeks around the hotel was too much.
