The hotel's location is excellent—it's within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The rooftop bar offers a stunning view, especially in the evening, and is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Overall, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, although there were one or two who were less welcoming. The main area that needs significant improvement is cleanliness. When I first arrived, I found hair that clearly wasn't mine on the floor, in the bathroom, and beside the bed. During my stay, the daily housekeeping also wasn't thorough enough. The floor often felt sticky, which was quite disgusting and made the room feel unclean. I also noticed that my own hair remained on the bathroom floor, in the shower, and around the room even after housekeeping had cleaned, suggesting that the floors were not being properly cleaned or mopped. I hope the hotel will improve its housekeeping standards, as better cleanliness would make the stay much more enjoyable.

I recently went on a short city break to Athens with a friend to celebrate 30 years of friendship and we ended up staying here. We both loved the hotel, it was very central and it just off of, what I can best describe as Athen’s version of Oxford Street. It was a stunning venue. It was quite modern throughout and the rooms were spacious and clean. We opted for a bed and breakfast stay and the breakfast was quite good. Breads, cheeses, cereals and a small selection of bits and bobs you’d expect on a “cooked breakfast” menu. All of which were very tasty and compared to other places with a Continental breakfast buffet style layout, this was up there in the top 5 for me. The hotel also had a rooftop bar and seating area (The Acropolis Bar) which has stunning views of the Acropolis and Parthenon in the distance. I found myself up there ending the day with a couple of cocktails each night we were there. It was the perfect way to end the very full days of sightseeing and being a first visitor to Athens. There was also a great member of staff who ran the bar during the evening called Catalina. She is a asset to the hotel and I don’t normally name people but she was one in a million and deserves a shout out for her hard work she no doubt delivers on the hotels behalf on a daily basis. I will be returning here in October or January to continue exploring the amazing city that is Athens.

Con respecto al recepcionista a toda la gente del Hotel de recepción y demás perfecto a la limpieza perfecto pero, nos encontramos con un bar en la planta séptima con vistas al partenón por cierto muy bonitas y con tanta ilusión en recepción nos dieron un documento que tenía un 10 % de descuento, pero como llegamos tan tarde y tan cansados pues no sabíamos dónde lo habíamos metido y entonces subimos se lo decimos a la persona encargada del bar del roof top un señor joven con bigote y otra chica morena , y nos dice que vengamos otro día mañana o pasado mañana si estamos más días en el Hotel Si no encontramos el papel o que nos sentemos directamente y que paguemos lo correspondiente, Le decimos que no lo encontramos que hemos llegado ayer por la noche tarde y bueno no hace nada ni a recepción ni nos da ninguna solución. Por lo tanto como teníamos que irnos a cenar nos vamos y volvemos, se lo explicamos en recepción nos dan otro papel y subimos a tomar algo a ver las vistas después de cenar y estar allí tranquilos tomando unas copas, pues resulta que pedimos un cóctel que no tenían nos ofrece otro similar que tenía los mismos ingredientes pero tenía picante y le digo que vale pero sin picante o con muy poco picante y entonces no sabemos si es porque les sentó mal que nos fuéramos al no tener el descuento, pero el cóctel no se podía tomar ni un mexicano se lo podía haber tomado se lo decimos y nos dice que lo siente que bueno que llevaba poquito picante, en fin, que no hace nada por cambiar el cóctel que no hace nada por decirnos si nos lo quita un poco de picante o nos lo cambia el caso que nos vamos de allí decepcionados con muy mal sabor de boca y de los días que vamos a estar en el Hotel por supuesto que no vamos a subir más ni vamos a gastar más en el bar, Falta de responsabilidad falta de gestión ante el cliente falta de todo

The hotel staff was truly great from the reservation already. We looked for 2 rooms with a connecting door, they held it for us for a few days until we finalized the reservation. They were very helpful and friendly throughout the reservation process and through our stay. The rooms we got were big, very clean. Amazing location with great restaurants around. For sure we will return!

This hotel is in a good location, but if you end up on the side of the hotel that is over the Mexican restaurant/bar don’t plan on getting any sleep, as the play loud beat music well past midnight and into the night. The hotel staff is no help when you complain, they just shrug it off. I do not recommend this as a place to stay if you want to sleep at night and enjoy the city during the day. You will be too tired to enjoy anything after being kept up all night.

The front desk staff is amazing! So kind and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable but very small! Awesome view of acropolis. I cannot say enough about the breakfast. Lots of choices and the food is so fresh!
