Největší resort jaký jsem navštívil, bylo zde opravdu hodně lidí ale personál vše zvládal skvěle. Pokoje moderně zařízené, jídla nadbytek a děti si užívaly nespočet vodních atrakcí.

I know you can't please everyone, but for our family this hotel was fantastic. We travelled as a group of 8 and had both a swim-up room and a standard room. Both were spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone. Breakfast didn't have the biggest selection, but there was still enough to choose from. Lunch and dinner were excellent, with a huge variety of food every day. If you fancied a change, Eftalia Island also offered plenty of additional dining options. We already knew what alcoholic drinks were included before we arrived, so it wasn't an issue for us. Some people expect premium branded drinks, but this is a great-value hotel, not a luxury-priced resort. Like many hotels in this price range, premium drinks and cocktails are available if you want them, but the standard all-inclusive drinks were perfectly fine. The entertainment was brilliant for both children and adults, and the staff really deserve a mention. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, hardworking, and always smiling, even when dealing with some very rude guests. Yes, there are some optional extras on Eftalia Island that you can pay for, but nobody forces you to buy anything. There are also people offering services around the pool, but a polite "no thanks" is all it takes, and they leave you alone. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and couldn't fault the value for money. We'd happily return to Eftalia Ocean in the future, and it's a hotel we'd definitely recommend to families looking for a fun, affordable all-inclusive holiday.

We are currently on site 🙂 and we feel completely scammed by Jet2Holidays—marketing this as a 4-star resort is way off the mark. It’s a 2-star experience at best. The Reality: Food quality is very poor; we struggled to find decent meals despite traveling worldwide. The "included" drinks are practically undrinkable (though the Jet2 bar on the island has better free drinks, it's bizarrely only open in the evening). Nickel-and-Dimed: Almost everything costs extra—popcorn, slushies, ice cream, the fun fair, and even Mini Club activities. Animation is useless, Wi-Fi is terrible (spent £34 on eSIMs!), and shop staff are rude and pushy. The Bright Side: Spacious (though dated) rooms, but get a room upgrade for a decent view. Renting a pool cabana for our 14-night stay was the only thing that saved our comfort. Save your money—this resort is desperate to charge you for the bare minimum. We would not return, and we actually booked another 7 nights at a luxury hotel in Antalya straight after this. We amended the flight with Jet2 so we can forget about this 19-night experience at Eftalia Sol and Ocean.

I dont even know where to begin with this place. I'm 8 days in and cannot wait to get gone from here. Whatever you do please don't waste your money. The place is massively oversubscribed for the facilities that are available. The restaurant can only be described as a feeding zoo. We waited 15 minutes one night just for cutlery by which time I needed fresh food. The entertainment is non existent, the entertainment team look disinterested at best and on some occasions are just flat out rude. If it wasn't for the island I genuinely would have flown home early. We regularly go all inclusive all over the world and this place is by far the worst experience. The rooms however are a good standard and are cleaned and restocked everyday with coke, Fanta and water. There is one English speaking tv channel alongside BBC so definitely bring something to watch, the WiFi is good though. There are some good options outside of the hotel and in walking distance so definitely use them! The weather and ocean is great but that doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. Of the 8 days we have been here, 4 of the pools have been closed for longer than 6 hours. The floors everywhere and I mean everywhere are an accident waiting to happen. It's like an ice rink in the hotel, the toilets, the restaurant, around the pool. Bring as grippy shoes as you can think of! There are plenty of places in Turkey that are worthy of your hard earned money, eftalia ocean is NOT one of them! It is also worth mentioning that this is jet2 approved and these companies seem to get off with a hammering on the reviews but let me add that the reps in the hotel couldn't give a single bother, they have a well it is what it is attitude. This will be the last time I give these companies a single penny of mine.

Please don’t believe any bad reviews in FB and google. I came with my family. It was a great experience, rooms clean , foods unlimited have something to eat , to be honest we can’t eat the same food every day! , even kids get bored, but you get something eat , 24 hrs food services, lovely water parks , I saw some bad review with pictures saying Hotel is bad not clean it’s not true , don’t trust any bad reviews, until I come after reading all the reviews I was so stressed, coming with family , but I am so happy my family is happy , and all the foods Halal , stuff so helpful. There is no screaming sound .. even if there it’s kids family hotel . Kids are happy they are in vacation.. who even needs quiet environment ,please don’t come !!! No music sounds! ..

-- The slides close at 4:45 PM and have a two-hour break in the middle of the day! - All-inclusive offers only water, artificial sweeteners, beer, coffe, tea, red and white wine. No drinks of any kind. ++ Children really have a lot to play with. +- This hotel is geared towards families with children. If you're planning to come here as a couple, find something else. ++ The staff is very nice and they work hard to make sure everything is good. + For such a large number of people (~900 rooms) it is generally very clean. + A lot of food. Fresh fruits and cakes. - This is a 4-star hotel, not 5 as TUI presents it. -- If you're traveling with small children, keep in mind that the travel by coach can take from 2 to 3 hours from airport. It drops off and picks up from other hotels.
