Ich weiß nicht in welcher Welt dieses Hotel 4 Sterne verdient haben soll. Das Zimmer war ganz ok, alles alt aber anfangs sauber, aber die frau die morgens dafür zuständig war unseren Zimmer Boden zu putzen hat ihren Job wohl nicht so ernst genommen. Dazu hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer. Als ob das nicht schon schlimm genug wäre war das Essen auch eine Katastrophe, nach dem 3 Tag gabs nix neues mehr beim büffet abends… außerdem war das Abendessen einfach nicht lecker und total ungewürzt. Unsere Getränke die wir abends bestellt haben zum Essen bekamen wir meistens dann, wenn wir fast schon fertig waren mit essen. Das Frühstück war ganz okay, aber jetzt auch nicht so mein Geschmack. Was ich auch echt schade fand, die liegen vom pool wurden immer mit Handtücher reserviert sodass man nach 8uhr morgens kein Platz mehr am pool bekommen hat… echt schade das das Personal nicht dagegen gemacht hat. Zu den positiven Sachen: Die Leute an der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich. Außerdem ist das Meer echt schön dort.

Super Séjour dans cet hôtel. De passage 4 jours avec une amie pour la visite de la Crête. Très bon accueil. Le personnel est très sympathique et nous a très bien conseillé. Merci à vous

Hersonissos Hotel with HB 4 star (May 2026) Summary: • Great location with very close small but super beaches • Food average • Service in food hall slow / inconsistent. • Rooms dated, but clean and comfortable • 2 nice outdoor pools • Great bar area for evenings Had a room upgrade with view over the sea. Brilliant hotel location with access to several small beaches. One medium sized outdoor pool with nice sun loungers on grassed area around pool. 2nd outdoor pool similar size with good sun loungers on stone surface around pool. Small bar area just feels homely and Cretian in character. Rooms a little dated, but comfortable and clean and ours was a decent size. Staff levels seemed a little stretched. Dining experience average. Dining room for evening meal got very busy within an hour, creating queues at entry. Waited a long time for ordering drinks and a long time to be served the drinks. Had to pick up our own water one evening, having already waited 20 minutes. Generally almost finished eating by the time drinks arrived. For us, food quality was average although a fair choice was on offer. Breakfast was underwhelming. Coffee was average and mostly lukewarm out of the machine. Cold meats all looked processed. Scrambled egg was likely reconstituted. Small choice of cheeses available. Fruit, pineapple, pears, peaches looked out of tins. Orange, grapefruit and banana were fresh. Evening meals offered more variety of fresh fruit. Best bet was fried egg with something that looked like bacon and cereals and joghurt

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Nice hotel , clean , spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is OK , there wasnt much option and was basically the same food everyday ,but wasnt really bad, you dont get drinks with your evening meal ,you have to order and pay separately which was a let down. We walked into the town every day and evening , was around 15-20 minute walk . We did hire a car for one day for 40 euros to visit the water city waterpark which was good, only issue is there isn't much parking outside the hotel and they have very limited fobs for the small parking area outside the hotel .There is a small beach 2 mins walk from hotel which is nice. This hotel isn't for children as nothing for them to do there, you would have to go out of the hotel everyday. The town is nice and people are friendly. We didn't have any mosquitos just alot of cats which was nice.

Nous avons été bien accueillis dans ce grand hôtel. Une personne parle français à l'accueil, ce qui est bien appréciable. Grande chambre, propre, frigo à disposition. Le personnel du restaurant est très professionnel et agréable. Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont à volonté, assez variés. L'hôtel est un peu excentré. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Charmant petit hôtel calme mais malheureusement situé à l'est de l'île qui n'est pas le plus beau côté de la crête. L'hôtel n'est situé à environ 20/25 min de marche d'Hersonissos , ville actuellement en grand travaux. Nous y sommes allés mi avril et tous les petit restaurants et épicerie autour de l'hôtel étaient fermés. Personnel de l'hôtel très gentil. Seul bémol le buffet du soir en demi pension ne proposait presque aucun plat grec en dehors des desserts. La cuisine n'était pas des plus savoureuse et le plats tout juste tièdes. Mieux vaut se contenter du petit déjeuner et aller manger à l'extérieur, surtout si vous avez une voiture.
