Absolutely beautiful hotel and easily worthy of its 5 stars. Sunrise Jade is the perfect place if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, relaxing and adults only. The setting is stunning, the views are gorgeous and the whole hotel has such a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Everything is immaculate and so well looked after. And the food… WOW. Honestly one of the highlights of the stay. The quality, choice and presentation have all been fantastic. It really does have everything you would expect from a 5 star adults only hotel and more. A beautiful place to completely switch off, relax and enjoy yourself. We’ve had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Sunrise Jade.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, it was an incredible holiday! The hotel is immaculately clean, the food is outstanding, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Their friendliness and attention to detail really make all the difference. The location is perfect, with Protaras just a short walk away. The bay directly in front of the hotel is crystal clear and ideal for snorkelling, making it a fantastic spot to relax and explore. If you’re considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to return!

Das beste Hotel***** Adults only, in dem wir bisher waren. Sauberkeit*****, fantastische Küche*****, große Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommend*****, Poolanlage*****! Das Hotel liegt etwa abseits in Protaras, eine kleine Bucht zum Schwimmen an der Green Bay mit kristallklarem Wasser liegt zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Wir kam an und wurden sehr freundlich von einem Portier empfangen, der unser Gepäck aufs Zimmer brachte und uns eine kurze Einweisung ins Zimmer gab. Alles digital vom Licht, Klimaanlage und Türschlossanlage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick in die Berge. Diese Zimmer haben ein größeren Balkon, als die mit Meerblick. Der Zimmerservice kam erst gegen Mittag, so dass man ohne Störungen ausschlafen konnte. Jeden Tag würde vorbildlich gesäubert und alle Handtücher ausgetauscht. Abends gab es immer zwei Schokoladenbetthupferl reingereicht. Im Restaurant wurde man bei jeder Mahlzeit an den Tisch geleitet und sehr zuvorkommend bedient, d.h. es wurden Getränke in die Gläser nachgefüllt! Ein TOP Service!! Am Pool konnte man für die Woche eine festen Liegenplatz aussuchen und dort seine frischen Handtücher hinlegen. Eine tolle Idee! Getränke waren in der Vollpension nicht enthalten. Die wurden extra berechnet, im Durchschnitt 6-10€/Glas. Das Restaurant hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht und die Poolanlage. Die herumlaufenden Katzen gehören mit zum Hotelbild. Den ganzen Tag bis spät abends gibt es wunderbare Sitzgelegenheiten innen und außen, um Cocktails und herrlich zubereitete Mixgetränke mit und ohne Alkohol zusich zu nehmen. Entertainment gab es in der Woche nur einmal, sehr dezente und niveauvolle Musik in live ohne das übliche Tamtam! Besonders erwähnenswert ist noch der Spa-Bereich mit kleiner Sauna und mega Innenpool. Ebenso die Massagen sind sehr professionell. 4 weitere dazubuchbare Restaurants, wie Asiate und amerk. Grill sind optional zum Abend - oder Mittagessen auswählbar. Wir sind voll des Lobes und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Wenn wir 6****** geben könnten, hätte es dieses Hotel verdient! This hotel was 10/10. From incredibly friendly and attentive staff, beautiful pool area and fantastic food. Myself and my whole family are vegan. We booked this hotel as we heard it was accommodating, but that was an understatement. A waitress made the restaurant manager aware of being vegan, who then arranged for us to speak to the chef. The chef enthusiastically told us he would arrange for us to have desserts and options for every meal, and really put us at ease, as sometimes you can feel like such an inconvenience and spend the whole holiday eating chips and salad. They ordered in vegan sausages for breakfast, mayonnaise, coconut yoghurt and made things on request such as vegan pancakes for breakfast and special dessert for evenings (that weren’t just sorbet or fruit salad!). Allergens were clearly labelled on the buffet and dishes marked as vegan on the lunch menu. The food was top notch. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The rooms were lovely, clean and modern. The view from the balcony with sea view was spectacular and the pool area was the best I’ve ever been in. It was such a relaxing trip and the staff really made it special. Thank you so much!

We recently returned from a fantastic stay at the Sunrise Jade Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. From our first day, the whole experience was relaxing and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our waiter, Pratik, whose friendly and attentive service made every meal a pleasure. He was a real credit to the hotel, as was the restaurant manager, who was always welcoming, professional, and clearly committed to providing an excellent dining experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options available throughout our stay. We also loved the dine-out restaurants included as part of our package, which added even more choice and made our holiday feel extra special. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the pool attendant was always accommodating and helpful, ensuring guests were comfortable and well looked after. The allocated sunbed system was another fantastic feature, removing the usual stress of finding a spot each day and making the holiday even more hassle-free and relaxing. Overall, the combination of excellent staff, fantastic food, spotless surroundings, and thoughtful touches made for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely be returning.

Ausführliche, vom Herzen kommende Bewertung Wir suchten ein ruhiges Hotel in direkter Strandlage mit Innen‑ und Außenpool, Wellness, Sauna und Fitnesscenter — ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit. Im Sunrise Jade wurden wir mehr als positiv überrascht. Service und Führung Ein großes Dankeschön an George, den Manager. Man spürt sofort die klassische Hoteliers‑Schule: Probleme werden umgehend angegangen, und die Betreuung ist persönlich und aufmerksam. Sein Engagement hat unseren Aufenthalt maßgeblich geprägt. Gastronomie und Team Der Restaurantchef Andreas ist ebenso exzellent wie die Leitung. Das gesamte Personal hat uns zu 100 % von seiner Servicequalität überzeugt — freundlich, professionell und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter hinter den Kulissen verdienen unseren Dank, alles war hervorragend organisiert. Preis Leistung Für uns war es der schönste Urlaub seit langem. Das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis stimmt absolut — Qualität und Atmosphäre haben uns rundum begeistert. Fazit Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team des Sunrise Jade.
