Great stay! Loved the lounge bar Hikmet Burak was a great help - preferred here to the restaurants. Same food and fast service, very accurate and gave us tea some nights also. Recovered well supported by staff and very clean and nice hotel. Used hairdresser after surgery

Ich hatte einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Hilton Istanbul Kozyatağı. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück: Die Auswahl ist außergewöhnlich groß, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Von türkischen Spezialitäten über warme Gerichte bis hin zu frischem Obst, Gebäck und internationalen Klassikern ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Executive Lounge hat mich sehr überzeugt. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war vielfältig, ansprechend präsentiert und deutlich umfangreicher, als ich es aus vielen anderen Hotels kennen. Ein idealer Ort, um nach einem langen Tag in entspannter Atmosphäre etwas zu essen und den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und insbesondere für Gäste mit Zugang zur Executive Lounge absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind schön und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die leckeren Shakes. Burak Hikmet macht die besten Shakes – ich liebe sie! Es gibt viele verschiedene frische Fruchtvarianten, und man merkt, dass alles mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet wird. Jeder Shake schmeckt hervorragend. Insgesamt ist das Hotel einfach wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Kozyatagi as part of a medical tourism trip. I couldn’t recommend the Hilton any more, the reception staff kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost upon check in aswell as complimentary breakfast as a kind gesture and really made our experience 5 star. Lobby bar had lovely dishes and would like to shout out Hikmet Bukar for his service waiting on us. Highly recommend the Cesar salad and Turkish Tea. The location is directly across from an outlet mall, and close by to Kadikoy - it is a fair and costly journey from Suhtamet, Bosophorus and Taksim Square but for the purpose of our travel suited us fine. Thank you!

We had a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the Reception team was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Hikmet at the Lobby Bar for the excellent service and friendly attitude—it really added to our experience. We would also like to recognize Ercan from the main restaurant, who consistently provided outstanding service and ensured everything was perfect during our meals. Overall, the atmosphere, service quality, and comfort of the hotel exceeded our expectations, making our stay very relaxing and pleasant. The only area for improvement would be the elevators, which were quite warm and lacked proper air circulation. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and we would gladly return.

3 yıldır spor salonu uyesiyim . Antrenman için gittiğimde üyeliğimin sona erdiğini öğrendim.Saatin 22.00 ve zamanın az olması sebebi ile ertesi gün üyelik işlerini tamamlayacağımı ilettim fakat 1 kez antrenman yapmama izin verilmedi. Nerden baksan hayal kirikligi sıfır anlayış sıfır müşteri memnuniyeti. Utku beye anlayışsızlığı sebebi ile teşekkürler. Bu ayıptan sonra üyelik yenilemeyeceğim .
