Great location 10min drive to the center of Antalya. service quality is top class. the moment we checked in Yunus at the reception desk did a great job by offering us a room upgrade when he heard about a special occasion. this was a nice gesture that made our stay very special. also the waiters at the restaurant are very professional and attentive to details (Ella and Jolly). @ the beach bar Ismail and the guys are very helpful, the service is fast, the place is clean. Housekeeping ladies are very polite and doing a good job. hotel facilities offer a great relaxation atmosphere. @ checkout the service was impeccable, I had a good conversation with Guest relations agent Ugur who checked everything was ok during our stay. I would like to thank everyone @ this resort for their efforts and hard work to make guests feel comfortable.

This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. It is an amazing property, and I loved it so much that I will only be booking with Rixos from now on. The check-in process was incredibly smooth; they handle all the paperwork while you relax in the lobby. Afterward, a staff member sits down with you to explain all the hotel facilities using a map. The all-inclusive package is fantastic, covering everything you could want for food and drinks. The absolute best perk is the free entrance to The Land of Legends. They provide a complimentary morning shuttle to the waterpark, bring you back at 5:00 PM, and even offer another shuttle at 7:00 PM if you want to go back and watch the night show. The hotel's main pool is very large and amazing. The private beach is a short 10-minute walk from the hotel, and it is absolutely beautiful. They even have a restaurant right on the beach, so there is no need to walk back to the main hotel just to grab a meal. It is an incredible place, and I highly recommend it!

Annem ve 20 aylık bebeğimle otelde 7 gece konakladık. Genel olarak güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Özellikle Kids Club ve spor etkinliklerinden oldukça memnun kaldık. Odalar temizdi ve konfor açısından beklentimizi karşıladı. Ancak hizmet konusunda dikkatimi çeken bir durum oldu. Neredeyse her yemek salonuna gittiğimizde personellerin kendi aralarında yüksek sesle birbirlerini azarladıklarına veya işi hakkında şikâyet ettiklerine şahit olduk. Misafirlerin yanında bu tarz tartışmaların yaşanması oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Tatilde kimse çalışanlar arasındaki anlaşmazlıklara veya iş yeri sorunlarına tanık olmak istemez. Ayrıca otelden denize giden yolun biraz daha güvenli hâle getirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Plaja ulaşmak için kısa da olsa yürümek gerekiyor ve yol bana özellikle bebeğimle yürürken pek güven vermedi. Çevredeki ortam nedeniyle kendimi zaman zaman tedirgin hissettim. Bunun dışında otelin sunduğu aktivitelerden ve genel konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.

We chose this resort for three main reasons: access to The Land of Legends, as well as the presence of Starbucks and Godiva on-site. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The building itself felt very old and outdated, which took away from the overall experience—especially considering the amount we paid, it did not feel worth the money. Godiva remained closed throughout our entire three-day stay, which was frustrating. Starbucks was open, but the menu was very limited, with hardly any variety. As for The Land of Legends, the allocated time (10 AM to 4 PM) felt too short—especially considering it takes around 45 minutes each way for transportation. By the time we arrived, many of the rides were already closed, which made the visit underwhelming. The food was another downside. While there was some variety, most of the options were centered around turkey and beef, and the smell and taste didn’t suit our preferences. It would be great if the resort could offer a wider range of options catering to different cultures, not just European tastes. On a positive note, we also stayed for two nights at Concorde De Luxe Resort, and that experience was absolutely amazing. Everything—from the food to the facilities—was excellent. It truly felt worth the money, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We recently stayed at Rixos Downtown Antalya and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The Location & Accommodations: The hotel boasts an exceptional location right in the heart of Antalya. It perfectly combines the vibrant energy of the city with the relaxing atmosphere of a premium resort. As expected from a 5-star property, the accommodations were top-notch. Our room was remarkably spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standards with impeccable daily housekeeping. Dining & Activities: The culinary experience was outstanding. The food was incredibly diverse, fresh, and delicious, offering something new and exquisite to taste every single day. Furthermore, the hotel offers a fantastic variety of activities that keep you entertained throughout the day, ensuring you never have a dull moment. A Quick Tip for Beach Lovers: The only thing to keep in mind is the beach area. The private beach features small pebbles/gravel rather than fine sand, and the entry into the sea drops off quite steeply. We highly recommend bringing aqua shoes for extra comfort, especially when getting in and out of the water. Overall, Rixos Downtown exceeded our expectations with its legendary hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect premium getaway in Antalya!
