Repeat guests for over 20 years. We choose this hotel for ease , to relax and the quiet location. Lovely beaches within reach and have the option of aria napa/ more going on , if you want it. The staff are amazing , reception Elini, Dimitris and the team are amazing , super friendly and helpful . The bar staff Fanos & Steve are hard workers and brilliant with the holiday makers. Deanna and staff serving drinks etc.. always smiling and chatty , taking time to get to know the holiday makers. Lovely onsite shop, really handy for bits and pieces and the lady Christina is again good with the customers, very helpful and chatty . Pool guys this year were amazing , George & Iranka. They couldn’t be more helpful , very helpful and their work ethic is top notch. Exceptional staff all around the hotel . Hotel grounds are clean and pretty . There are lots of different areas to sit and chill , depends on what you want out of a holiday . Quiet area, entertainment arena with shows, or another area where they may have a singer etc.. sunbed allocation is brilliant and if you would like to move they will do their best if available. You may have to stay with your beds until the others are available. Maybe like 2 days Pools are great , several choices and the lazy river breaks it up for you , something different . If there were a negative I would say that the main restuarant food is never really that hot . It always seems just warm but very nice . Would be great if it was hotter . This has been many years not just once .

I’m overall very pleased with my choice to stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, the food choices at the buffet were good, and the entertainment was better than at most all-inclusives that I have been to, especially the Queen show. My daughters liked the kids’ club, which was open from 10-19:00 and then there were movies for the kids at 21:00, but we never went to those because we preferred to do the mini disco and the evening shows. Although I do wish the shows started at 21:00 instead of 21:30, as they did end up going a bit late for the girls. Also, the seats in there weren’t so comfortable. The pools are nice and it’s convenient to have a reservation system for the beds, although when I arrived I was told almost all were taken and I didn’t have many choices. However, I saw many that weren’t being used so that’s maybe a downside to the system. One time I went to the adults only pool while my daughters were in the kids club. But instead of being more relaxing, it was just filled with a bunch of drunken Brits. They have a lot of weddings at the hotel, so I suspect that they all knew each other. We liked the lazy river and I used the gym as well. My main issue is that it’s expensive and yet the wines included are terrible and basically undrinkable. I even won a quiz and instead of giving you a nicer bottle, I “won” the same crappy bubbles bottle that you get anyway. So for me as a wine drinker, that part was sorely lacking and I basically didn’t drink anything during the stay as a result. Despite this, if you have kids I think the experience was worth it. My daughters didn’t want to go home!

I don’t know where to start with praise for this amazing Hotel, we have just spent two weeks here having our wedding at the hotel with 38 guests. From the second we arrived we were treated like royalty very quick check in welcomed with drinks and a cold cloth which was very much needed, bags were taken to our rooms and everything was fully explained by the reception staff. House keeping staff were brilliant room was kept immaculately clean by the staff bedding and towels changed daily (or as requested) very special mention of Prakash he is a credit to the hotel and staff team and fantastic at his job I run a cleaning company in the uk so am not easy to impress but our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day even the day we were leaving. Wedding team were amazing special thanks to Nadine and Cheradine (TUI) who were exceptionally professional and both brilliant at what they do. Food and drinks there is a huge choice of both food and drink there wasn’t a bad thing to say all of the service staff and bar staff can’t do enough for you special mention to Theresa who works in the lobby area absolutely amazing as well as Petra who worked in the dinner as well as our wedding they both went above and beyond to look after us. Hotel, pools and grounds are all very clean and well kept it was a mini paradise for our two week stay All of our guest have had an amazing stay and have all commented on how utterly amazing this hotel is we will definitely be back

My partner and I stayed at this hotel last year and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception team gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard, with excellent housekeeping every day. The sun lounger reservation system was another standout feature, providing peace of mind and making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay without worrying about finding a space. The food throughout the hotel was outstanding and among the best we have experienced. The buffet offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes that varied at every meal, while the speciality restaurants were exceptional and well worth visiting. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the resort, and the entertainment was of an equally high standard, offering something for everyone. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Start to finish one of the best hotel stays my family has ever had and the other 30 odd people in our wedding party including 6 kids agree. Literally could not fault anything. Initial reception greeting, information, bags and family transported to room. Room very well presented and clean on arrival. Sunbed allocation a blessing, so no messing. Food and drink absolutely top notch and loads of it, even a brilliant Sunday roast. Favourite restaurant had to be the seven orchids, excellent setting, staff and food (even for the little ones). Pool areas very clean and well maintained, clean fresh towels everyday. A short walk to the beach if you wanted to stretch your legs. The wedding was fantastic, amazing setting, drinks and could not believe how much food was brought to the tables for the Greek meze, all very good quality and tasty. We loved the entertainment, don't very often go to a show but we went every night and had a great time. We were very gutted to be leaving, could have easily stayed longer BUT my waistline had increased considerably so back to the gym and normality. We'll be back next year
