My family had a staycation, and we give it a try since their rate is family friendly. The breakfast is so generous to the point that we don't need to have lunch somewhere. And upon our checkout, while im waiting for my kiddos (playing PS5 in their kids area) I spoke to one of the staffs named JOSEPHINE (I think from Kenya) at first we talked about work, and later on about life. She was so professional and you can really feel that she is very grateful about her job. Naturally she had this sincerity which I do believe every guest's needs while having a conversation. She earned my respect and Novotel must highlight my review to her. Keep it up. She's been very grateful in life, and a very professional staff. In addition, I would like to thank also the life guard named PRITIYAL, he's been so caring and very positive vibes. Have time to visit the hotel and look for these 2 gentleman and gentlewoman.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to your staff for their excellent service during our stay. Special thanks to Belise at the reception for the warm welcome and professionalism. I would also like to commend the room attendant on the 9th floor for keeping our room clean and comfortable. Most especially, I want to recognize the lifeguard who was on duty during our visit. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to your wonderful team for making our stay memorable. We will definitely visit again and look forward to seeing your excellent service in the future.

A Fantastic Stay with Outstanding Service I recently stayed at the Novotel Dubai Deira City Centre (Creekside) and had an excellent experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the Deira City Centre mall and metro station, making it the perfect base for both shopping and getting around Dubai effortlessly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. Special Recognition: A huge shout-out to Dilip, whose service was absolutely outstanding! He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, paying attention to the smallest details with a genuinely friendly attitude. It’s dedicated team members like Dilip who elevate a great stay into an unforgettable experience. From the seamless check-in to the great breakfast spread and the relaxing pool area, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and will definitely be returning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Family Stay at Novotel Dubai Creek We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Dubai Creek. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. A special thanks to Dilip, one of the housekeeping staff, for his excellent service. He was polite, professional, and did a great job keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. His kindness and dedication made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, making it a nice place to relax. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a good choice for families as well as business travelers. A small suggestion would be to add more indoor activities or a dedicated play area for children, especially for families staying with young kids. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised that some of the staff from other nationalities even greeted me in my own language, making me feel truly at home. A special thank you to Carmel/Carmela, during my breakfast, Kevin, and the rest of the crew for their excellent service, kindness, and professionalism. They made my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely book at Ibis Creekside again the next time I visit.

This hotel is in an excellent location with everything you need—including the metro, a mall, and plenty of great food joints—just steps away. It made my stay incredibly convenient. The hotel features fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, and the swimming pool and gym are great for recreation. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious options. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team, specifically Dilip and Rajwender, for their incredible dedication and daily attention to detail. Their hard work was highly appreciated!
