I had a very enjoyable stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel Abu Dhabi. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the quality exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the professionalism and kindness of the hotel staff, who were always welcoming and ready to help. The location is also convenient, with easy access to many attractions, shops, and transportation. Overall, the hotel provides excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff—especially Lean, Louie, Shashi at the front desk—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, the bed was remarkably comfortable, and the daily breakfast spread was delicious. Room boy Ayaz and Sijo was Excellent in Service. Its central location made exploring the city incredibly easy. Highly recommend!" With the Support Manager Mr. Karim. Appreciated.

The best value for money in Abu Dhabi city. This hotel is my family's "go-to" option and we have stayed so many times because it is nice and affordable. The location is convenient - very near to shops and restaurants. Valet parking and luggage support is available. And on top of all - they offer spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The sleep is always great. They have very good receptionists - their names are Madilon and Louei (Filipinos). And also helpful staffs like Arshad and Ayaz. Since we are regular guests, from time to time, the hotel gives us a deluxe room (really big room) which we really appreciated. We never get disappointed staying here.

I was planning a family trip from Sharjah to Abu Dhabi and was initially unsure about which hotel to book. A friend recommended City Seasons, and he arranged the booking on my behalf with the assistance of Ms. Louia. I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Louia for her professionalism, kindness, and helpful nature. Although I had originally booked a standard room, the hotel management upgraded our room to a spacious suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. Also they helped us with the early check in, such a kind gesture amid hot summers. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The rest of the hotel staff were also courteous and supportive throughout our stay. My family truly enjoyed the experience, and we were very pleased with both the accommodation and the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Abu Dhabi.
