We had a lovely family staycation at Adagio Premium The Palm and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place that offers good value. The facilities are clean and well maintained. kids had a great time at the pool, and we also enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and of very good quality with a good variety. We’d especially like to thank Owen, Abdullah & Priyank for their outstanding service. They were warm, approachable, and attentive, always checking that everything was okay and making us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing staycation with good amenities and excellent breakfast.

Ein super Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage auf der Palm Jumeirah. Die Nakheel Mall ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch zum Strand läuft man nur etwa 10 Minuten. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, stets sauber und verfügte sogar über eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Generell war das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das super freundliche Personal, das jederzeit bemüht war, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und Fragen zu beantworten. Auch das stilvoll gestaltete Restaurant hat uns mit gutem Essen zu fairen Preisen überzeugt. Der Pool auf der 12. Etage war völlig ausreichend, hätte für unseren Geschmack aber etwas kühler sein können. Alles in allem stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut und wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

The hotel didn't meet the expectation or advertisement I saw on Hotels.com prior to my booking. However the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. A special thanks to Rohaina (I'm sorry if I misspelled her name) at the reception. She takes all the credit for any of the good stars I give to the hotel. She was meticulous and attentive to every request we had. Made sure we changed rooms and were compensated. Another huge thanks to the whole team of Fixie. Priyank, Owen, Kaium, Nang, Liya, Amelia and Ester! Thank you all for making sure we were fed. I have a very strange and special diet due to a gut issue that I suffer from. They made sure to prepare me something specific, made sure my young children are well fed. I don't have their names but I'm thankful to the chefs as well! The food is delicious too! The hotel needs renovation, a strict monitoring on how it is advertised (4 star vs 5 star), restricted time for room service as opposed to 24hrs etc. But, the staff is absolutely amazing. They are the stars of the hotel. Huge thanks to all of you from myself and my family.

I really liked the hotel itself; the service was top-notch! We checked in early, which was a real treat after a long journey! I especially want to highlight the hotel restaurant! The service was wonderful, and the food was delicious with breakfast and HB food as well and varied! Liya, Nang, Owen, and Abdullah were incredibly sweet, and I want to thank them so much! They help with any questions I have!

We stayed at Adagio Premium The Palm on July 26–27, and we had a wonderful experience! The 40-hour stay is such a fantastic concept—it allowed us to truly relax without feeling rushed to check in or check out. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Owen, Priyank, and Abdullah for being so warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. They truly made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. We also loved spending time in the sauna and jacuzzi, which were clean and relaxing. Overall, it’s a lovely place to unwind, and we would definitely recommend it. We look forward to staying here again!

From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. I would especially like to thank Nwe, Natasha, Ella, Youn, and Abu for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help at every opportunity. They consistently greeted me with a smile, handled every request efficiently, and made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
