It took 1 hour to get basic requests like tissues and towels, 2 hrs for the extra bed promised at check-in, requested for 2 pillows since they delivered the bed without them and it arrived at 3:20am (only one arrived...) Either completely understaffed or guest requests are being taken lightly. Update: We're in the final hour of our stay and we thought we could get a quick nap to enjoy the room. We get 2 calls from our landline and they send an engineering team to replace the door... couldnt this have waited after our checkout?

The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Yousef at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. He is truly professional, kind, and courteous, and we sincerely appreciate all the support he provided throughout our stay. The room and washroom are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering every comfort needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast experience was good, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and good service. The hotel's facilities are impressive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, and welcoming. This hotel truly delivers an impressive experience. I look forward to staying here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Every department went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The reception team provided a very warm welcome and made Check-in and check-out process seamless reflected their professionalism. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping team deserves special praise by keeping my room absolutely spotless and fresh throughout my stay. The dining experience was exceptional. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients offered great variety of options to choose from.

We have a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly, the facilities are excellent, and everything is well organized. A special appreciation goes to the Housekeeping team, especially Ni Ni, for her exceptional service. She is always pleasant, courteous, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to commend the housekeeping team, particularly Isha and Jit, for their outstanding work. I had a really good experience staying at Jannah Hotel & Resort. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Mohsin at the reception desk for his courteous and professional service, as well as the housekeeping team, Ms. Isha and Mr. Abdul Aziz, for their excellent work. They clean my room (806) properly every day and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Thank you all for your dedication, professionalism, and excellent hospitality.
