Nothing went right with the stay.We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a one night stay. Check-in time was 3pm and we reached there at 2:45 considering the delays due to the holidays. The front desk took my card and charged me and then said please wait till they get the room ready. Housekeeping team is on it. We were asked to wait anywhere with no seating arrangements. 2 kids and a puppy waiting and all of us hungry. After an hour we went to check the status, they again said the housekeeping team is working on our room. Now I was sure that the housekeeping team was really working a lot on our room, probably a VIP treatment 😉. Meantime we could see a lot of families waiting and few are having heated arguments with the hotel staff. After almost 2 hours of waiting we got the keys. And now it was time for the pool, not to my surprise the bathtub was better 😂. Later in the night we asked for some water for drinking, but again it took almost 30 minutes to get the water. Next day we go for the breakfast, which we felt like we were offered free food, the waiting again started. Seeing us a staff comes and asked me if we can sit outside?!! 🤔 I hope she knows that we are in Dubai and the temperature is too pleasant with 40°+. Then another staff came and said she can offer a table for 4? So what happens to the other 3? 😁. At last after 40 minutes of waiting we got the table. And now the good side. The apartment was really spacious, clean and we maintained. All facilities are good, there is a good supermarket near by in case you want to get the groceries. The breakfast was great though the seating was a bit crampy. I understand it's the holidays but the hotel should be prepared for this and add more staffing instead of making people wait. And now I am writing this review after informing them that we are ready for check out since 40 minutes and none of them have come to take the luggage, now this is the reason for the waiting for the next family. So the mistake is basically lack of planing and most likely shortage of staff. IF YOU'RE PREPARED FOR WAITING AND HAVE ENOUGH PATIENCE THEN THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE.

We returned yesterday from this beautiful hotel. Booked it after being stuck in the UAE on Saturday 28th February. We want thank every single member of staff for the care they have shown to us. We stayed 5 night all inclusive the service is amazing . We used Jones the grocer and the speakeasy and the food was amazing the staff fabulous. Everyone knew our situation and treat us with such kindness ,care and compassion. We will be eternally grateful. All our love Andrew and Pauline xxx

الفندق رائع ، غرف واسعة ونظيفة جداً ، بوفيه الإفطار لذيذ ومنوع وتعامل الموظفين في المطعم ودود وراقي ، موظفة من رواندا كانت تخدمنا في الإفطار بودية ورقي وكانت أكثر من رائعة . خدمة الواي فاي ممتازة ، تتوفر مواقف سيارات ، الشاطئ يبعد مسافة ٥ دقائق مشياً على الأقدام ، الفندق يقدم لك مناشف ومظلة للشاطئ ، المسبح صغير نوعاً ما ، بالقرب من الفندق يوجد العديد من الخدمات والمحلات وأكثر من سوبرماركت .

I celebrated my 9th birthday here and I loved it. The staff were so nice and helpful. They also gave me delicious cake. I love the food here. I would like to give a special thanks to all the Restaurant staff since they’re very kind. Plus, I love the soundproof walls I could sleep properly. The pool was nice. And please, add a jacuzzi even it’s small. and these are the two restaurants that I would love to give a special thanks Jones, the grocer and speakeasy The food was delicious there. I would come back obviously recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton The Walk. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Illia and Rachel, who made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Club Studio, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable sitting area, kitchen, washing machine, and a balcony with a beautiful view of Dubai Marina. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled our other hotel bookings and extended our stay here for the remainder of our two-week trip. That alone speaks to how comfortable and well looked after we felt. A special mention also to the security team, who were always friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They would often have the lift ready and be waiting in the lobby when we arrived, which made coming and going effortless and added a personal touch to the experience. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Wonderful Family Stay! A huge thank you to the entire team for their exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness to every request, and genuine care for guests. We were especially touched by the effort made to create a wonderful birthday celebration with thoughtful surprises and a festive atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our children, the food was delicious, and the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would be delighted to return!
