We stayed here for two nights and it was amazing. The breakfast was really good. We used the room service and the food was really good too. The swimming pool and the beach are very good too. We didn’t use the gym or the tennis court but they looked amazing too! There is a lot to do and it’s very nice. The staff are very kind and quick. Mina and Waseem made our stay amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort. The hotel has direct access to an open beach which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The reception staff were very welcoming, polite, and cooperative throughout our visit. Even during our late check-out request, they handled everything professionally and with kindness. The room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with an excellent air conditioning system, which made our stay even more pleasant. The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful, the facilities are well-maintained, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We also loved the swimming pool area, the delicious food selections, and the warm hospitality of the staff. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Abu Dhabi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel resort! Everything was perfect, from the lovely atmosphere and excellent facilities to the incredibly friendly and attentive staff throughout the entire resort. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to the concierge Miss Celina, the receptionist Miss Ada and the manager Mr. Mina for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was pleasant and memorable. What made our visit even more special was the complimentary birthday cake they arranged for my son. It was such a thoughtful surprise that truly made his birthday celebration unforgettable. We sincerely appreciate the warm service and personal touch provided by the team. Thank you for making our family feel so welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I had a very enjoyable 4-night stay at this hotel. The décor and interiors are elegant, and the location is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The gym is excellent, with modern, well-maintained equipment, a great way to start the morning. Special thanks to Ada at the front desk, and Shiva and Khim at the breakfast buffet, for their kind and professional service throughout my stay. The rooms feel slightly dated in some areas, and while the breakfast buffet is good, it could use some refinement to better match the hotel’s overall standard. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.
