Absolutely top-notch experience- though am still here till Saturday. The staff are warm, professional, and very attentive. A place I will lodged again when I visit. The reception team was welcoming, efficient and made check-in process smooth and stress-free. The room is spotless, spacious and well equipped with everything I needed. The facilities provided-including fast Wi-fi, air conditioning, and moderm bathroom amenities were all in perfect condition. The food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality service and comfort.

The hotel is close to the airport, so it is very convenient. The room was clean, and the staff in general were nice and friendly. The gardens were very well taken care of, green and beautiful, and the swimming pool was excellent. It was clear that they took great care of it. The breakfast had lots of options, and the main restaurant offered very good prices. The ice creams by the pool were delicious. Thank you for a very pleasant stay! One area that could be improved is the bed, as it could be more comfortable. Also, some areas of the halls had a strange smell, although they used humidifiers with a pleasant scent in the morning, which helped.

تعامل الموظفين كان جميل ومحترمين ، لكن الغرفة جيدة إلى حد ما وليست كا الفنادق ٥ نجوم إللي دخلتها والإشكالية الرئيسية في خفض النجمتين هو البوفيه المفتوحة صحيح أن الأكل كان متنوع مواكب للبوفيهات المعروفة ولكن الطعم أقل بكثير من العادي حيث يستحيل أن أُعاود تجربته مستقبلاً نهائياً وأيضاً أخذت قطعة من كيكة الفانيلا وعليها قطع أنناس وكانت جداً سيئة جداً وتقريباً طعمها مخمج بمعنى قريبة للطعم الفاسد. هذا رأيي بكل أمانة حيث أنني أتيت من لندن فقط ليوم لغرض عمل ولم استطيع إكمال أكثر من ٥ ساعات في الفندق وخرجت.

Je vais être très concise sur notre séjour car tout détailler pourrait me prendre 3h de rédaction et j'estime déjà avoir perdu assez de temps dans cet hôtel médiocre, premier soir malgré nous nous avons assisté a un mariage juste sous nos fenêtres, ayant l'impression que les basses étaient sous nos matelas nous sommes allés à la réception faire remonter l'information, nous n'étions pas les seuls, nous avons été stupéfaits de nous faire recevoir comme si nous étions extrêmement exigeants sans excuse on nous indique simplement l'heure a laquelle le mariage doit cesser, (spoiler cela a fini plus tard qu'annoncé), enfin l'état des chambres tout en bas est misérable, ménage non fait car possibilité de confectionner une perruque complète avec les cheveux au sol, des fuites sur a peu près chaque élément de robinetterie, et surtout une grosse odeur de champignon qui rappelle les balades d'automne dans un sous bois. Nous avons exigé un changement de chambre mais outre le fait que cela ai duré extrêmement longtemps car on nous avait oublié, a chaque fois on nous proposait pire. Voyage organisé avec voyage privé donc nous n'avions pas eu connaissance de l'hôtel jusqu'à la dernière minute. Nous ne sommes vraiment pas une clientèle exigeante mais c'est un affront que d'appeler cela un hôtel 5 étoiles,

My overall experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. First, we initially stayed in a Standard Room, which was very small, had an unpleasant view, and did not include a minibar. We requested an upgrade to a Deluxe Room through the reception and agreed to pay an additional fee of 500. After moving our luggage and settling into the new room, the reception called us asking for immediate payment of the upgrade fee. I found this unprofessional and unacceptable, as such charges could easily have been settled during check-out. Second, the minibar was not complimentary at all. Every item, including bottled water, was charged separately. In most hotels, guests expect at least basic drinking water to be provided free of charge. In addition, the room hygiene was below expectations. We noticed hair and other traces of poor cleaning in the room, which raised concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. Overall, I believe this hotel is overrated. Based on my experience, it does not provide the level of service, professionalism, or cleanliness expected from a five-star property. I would personally rate it closer to a three- or four-star hotel rather than a true five-star experience.

Good hotel, especially for the price. The rooms are comfortable and decent, although a little outdated, but still nice overall. The hotel has good restaurants and the food is really nice. I’ve stayed here twice and had a good experience both times. Overall, good value for money and a convenient option if you’re staying near Cairo Airport.
