I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful hospitality and the amazing experience we had during our stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The warmth and kindness of the entire team truly made our stay even more special and memorable. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Germien, Abdelrahman, Mr. Michael❤️, Hazem from Housekeeping, and Fatma and Eyad from the Hotel Kitchen. Their professionalism, kindness, and incredibly friendly attitude made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I would also like to give special recognition to the kitchen team. The food was absolutely incredible! Everything we tried was delicious, and the quality and variety truly exceeded our expectations. Every meal was amazing and added so much to our overall experience. This trip was truly one of the most special and memorable experiences for us, and I honestly don’t think we will ever forget it. My stay at Casa Cook was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The team organized a beautiful birthday celebration for me on the beach, and every detail was thoughtfully planned, making it a truly unforgettable memory. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. It was clear that the team genuinely cares about providing guests with the best possible experience. A special thank you to Bakar, who truly made our stay exceptional. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail stood out from the very beginning. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us and was always willing to help whenever we needed anything. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made a lasting impression on us. Employees like Bakar are a great asset to the hotel, and he played a big part in making our experience so memorable. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality. I recently stayed at Casa Cook El Gouna for a special occasion, and it was truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve had. What makes this place stand out isn't just the stunning design, but the incredible team working there. The experience started seamlessly with Khalil, Mostafa, and Norah at the front desk. The check-in was smooth and fast, and I was greeted with refreshing welcoming drinks. They even went above and beyond by preparing a delicious cake for my celebration, which was such a thoughtful touch. The culinary experience was a highlight of the trip. The breakfast overall was simply delicious, offering multiple varieties that cater to every taste. A huge shoutout to Eyad in the kitchen, who made the most incredible pancakes and waffles—it was honestly some of the best breakfast food I’ve ever eaten in a resort. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Egyptian restaurant; the food felt authentic and "homemade." Special thanks to Maickel and Jackelenn for their attentive service and for looking after the dining experience so well. The facilities are top-notch—the gym and pool area were super clean and beautifully maintained. By the end of my stay, I felt a genuine attachment to the resort, mainly because the staff is so friendly and supportive. I can’t wait to return!

Very peaceful and would stay again. Really lovely calm time spent and with a view of the beach directly. The interiors of the room are fabulous and the pool has a great music selection. The massage was fabulous with Jai and Ramunda was very helpful as experience manager. The breakfast was truly lovely and the band was fun. I took the private tour with Abdo and really enjoyed seeing Hurghada fish market the mosque and marina, it was a great option for me as I was travelling alone 100/100. Had a safe and fun afternoon and evening out. It would be good to have more information about not supporting plastic water bottles before you arrive.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly cannot relate to some of the previous reviews, as we had an absolutely wonderful week at Casa Cook El Gouna! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply amazing. The beautiful property, the relaxing atmosphere, and above all, the exceptional hospitality made our stay truly special. A very special thank you goes to Anastasiia, Eid, and Moustafa! Anastasiia went above and beyond to support me with various requests, always with genuine kindness and dedication. Eid was incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful at the restaurant, always making sure we felt well taken care of. Moustafa gave us such a warm welcome on our first day, showed us around our room, and was always available to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend Casa Cook El Gouna!
