Me and my husband recently spent a week here for our belated honeymoon, we had a room with a jacuzzi in, what can I say from the moment we arrived to when we left it was five star treatment . The hotel is beautiful, the view and infinity pool was amazing with your own private beach. A good selection of food and drinks to choose from. We have booked again for next year and can’t wait to go back.

Awesome hotel. Not a vast selection of food, so easier to decide what to eat. Chair service on the lawn, beach and around the pools. The guests ages range from late teen to probably late 80s. The property is spread over several buildings and there's always someone nearby to land a hand with whatever you need. Pools are lovely with great views from the pool and plenty of seating around.

Meine Eltern und mein Mann waren in der letzten Maiwoche in diesem Hotel. Fangen wir mit dem Positiven an. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend: direkt an einem sehr ruhigen Kies‑/Sandstrand. Generell ist das gesamte Hotel sehr ruhig – perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Inklusivleistungen sind großartig. Fast jeder Cocktail ist im Preis enthalten, und Frühstück, Mittag‑ und Abendessen sind jeden Tag sehr abwechslungsreich. Es gibt nicht nur für jeden Geschmack etwas, sondern die Küche ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Zusätzlich ist pro Woche ein Vier‑Gänge‑Dinner im À‑la‑carte‑Restaurant inkludiert – sehr lecker, mit großer Auswahl. Am Samstag gab es mittags am Strand frische Pizza und Piña Colada bei einer kleinen „Poolparty“. Die Musik war gut, allerdings deutlich zu laut. Am Sonntag wurde mittags ein Barbecue direkt am Strand angeboten – das war wirklich toll. Wer zwischendurch etwas anderes essen möchte: Bei der Snackbar am Pool ist ebenfalls fast alles inklusive, und auch dort schmeckt es richtig gut. Ein weiteres großes Plus ist der Service. Alle Angestellten sind nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch unglaublich aufmerksam. Getränke werden sogar bis zu den Liegen gebracht. Nun zu den Punkten, die weniger positiv waren: Einige Bereiche des Hotels sind leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Toilettenanlagen im gesamten Haus. Bei den Liegen gibt es keine Umkleidemöglichkeit, und die Dusche hinter der Poolbar ist so undicht, dass man sie kaum benutzen kann. Ich habe das bereits am ersten Tag gemeldet, aber es wurde nicht behoben. Auch die Zimmer könnten teilweise eine Renovierung vertragen. Ich sage es mal so: Fünf Sterne sehen in Österreich anders aus. Was man ebenfalls wissen sollte: Bis auf einen einzigen Mitarbeiter spricht niemand Deutsch. Für meine Eltern, die kein Englisch sprechen, wäre es ohne uns schwierig gewesen. Fazit: Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der nach Zakynthos reist – allerdings mit dem Hinweis, dass einige Bereiche renovierungsbedürftig sind. Optisch entspricht es nicht ganz fünf Sternen. Die Küche und der Service hingegen verdienen sie definitiv.

Wonderful hotel just a few attentions to detail needed looking at. No USB ports. Sunbeds and parasols nit in best condition. Food drinks and service outstanding. Would return here.

Hotel loverly been here in 2019 it was amazing... came back 2026 place is still amazing staff food drinks ... But it's looking tiered now a few places need looking at the pool decking definitely needs looking at some of the sunbed are past there best .... But it's still a Amazing Hotel

The staff are so unbelievably on the ball with the service, extremely impressed with the all inclusive dining standard. Every single meal the food was delicious and there is always so much choice at the buffet. Mini drinks fridge which is restocked free of charge daily at the hotel room is a nice touch. Everything is clean and feels like a luxury service for the price of a normal holiday. Absolutely amazing value for money. Fantastic staff. Great amenities.
