I came to Cyprus for a holiday and spent two wonderful weeks at Atlantic Oasis. We had a fantastic stay, and I would like to thank the entire team. The food was delicious, the pool was always clean, and the entertainment was excellent. The bar staff were especially amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. The only negative part of our stay was the bar manager, Dimitris. We witnessed him shouting at and speaking disrespectfully to the staff in front of guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. We also witnessed sexist behavior from him toward members of the staff, which was completely unacceptable. The staff deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope the hotel will address this issue. Thank you for an otherwise wonderful holiday.

The service was truly exceptional, with staff always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. The location, however, was somewhat average. Food and drinks was good. A nice holiday. Staff in restaurant and evening bar was Very service minded and smiling. All in all a good holiday with relaxation, good food/drinks and sun.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction with the hotel’s PR manager on our first evening. We were spoken to in a rude and patronising manner which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. When we politely explained that we didn’t appreciate the way we were being spoken to, the situation was handled poorly and without any apology or understanding. It was disappointing as the issue could have been dealt with politely and respectfully. Customer service and communication from management should be much better, especially when guests are simply trying to enjoy their holiday

Very disappointing experience – definitely not a 4-star hotel Unfortunately, our stay at Atlantica Oasis has been a major disappointment, especially considering that we booked an all-inclusive package. 1. The food was by far the biggest disappointment. The quality of the food in the main restaurant is very low. It is simply not tasty, there is very little variety, and there are hardly any options suitable for children. We ended up barely eating during our stay because the food was so disappointing — which is especially frustrating when you are paying for an all-inclusive holiday. This has definitely been the biggest disappointment of our entire stay. 2. The indoor pool is poorly maintained. The indoor pool area is not well maintained, and the jacuzzi is not working. We were told by the spa staff that it has actually been out of order for months. Leaving a facility unavailable for such a long period without fixing it is simply disrespectful to paying guests. 3. A serious safety concern. There is cracked glass in the ceiling above the indoor pool. Seeing cracked glass above an area where guests and children are swimming is extremely worrying. It looks like it is just waiting to shatter and fall on someone. This should be addressed immediately. 4. The entertainment was extremely poor. What can we even say about the entertainment team? There are no proper shows. Every evening consists of the same silly children's songs and bingo. That's basically it. For a 4-star hotel, especially one marketed as a family resort, we expected much more. There is practically no evening entertainment at all. 5. The room was okay. The room itself is fine and is cleaned every day. This was one of the few aspects of the stay that met our expectations. 6. The main pool is pleasant, but why does it close at 6 PM? The main pool is nice and enjoyable, but we really cannot understand why it closes at 18:00 every day. It's summer, there is still plenty of daylight, and guests should be able to enjoy the pool for longer. 7. The reception staff are not particularly helpful. Unfortunately, the reception staff often give the impression that answering guests' questions is a favor rather than part of their job. The attitude is not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall: we will not be returning. There are a few positive aspects, such as the daily room cleaning and the pleasant main pool, but they are simply not enough to compensate for the poor food, lack of entertainment, poorly maintained indoor facilities, serious safety concern, and disappointing service.

Currently here ! On arrival the guy took cases to room ( unsure of his name ) he was polite and friendly. Room is basic nothing special but clean and neat. Complimentary bottle of water was in the fridge on arrival and sandwiches available due to a late arrival to the hotel. balcony was ok in size but some of the party I was in had tiny balconies that would have been a struggle to get two people on. Food in hotel is good and plenty of choice I cannot say anything bad about food. It was my daughter’s birthday during our stay and they kindly placed a birthday cake and bowl of fruit in her room for us returning from the pool which was a lovely surprise for her . Snack bar is also good. Staff on all bars and in restaurant are miserable, during day at poolside and also in restaurant. Entertainment staff are probably worst I have seen in all inclusive Tui holiday. ( apart from Christianos who does interact ) 15 minutes of aqua aerobics by the pool to a very repetitive play list, is the day entertainment.( for the first week of our holiday) There is no reps coming round pool to sign people up for games etc. pool is nice and it is kept clean. Kids entertainment is also repetitive play list on evening for 45 minutes. Not very interactive with kids at all. If you want to get out and about you have to get a taxi as this resort is very isolated. Day trips are also limited unless you want to pay €100 into Paphos. One local tourist shop which is having a closing down sale. Beach close to hotel is black sand and a very narrow beach. If you want to come to Cyprus go more towards Larnaca/paphos if you are wanting to venture out or have a good selection of trips that you don’t need to arrange your own transfers.

I recently stayed at the Atlantica Oasis Hotel with my coeliac girlfriend, and the whole experience was honestly brilliant. On arrival, we had a quick chat with the kitchen manager about her dietary needs and how the buffet handles cross‑contamination. He explained everything clearly and told us to just speak to the chefs whenever we were dining.From there, the staff were amazing. The chefs had a dedicated gluten‑free cooking area and were happy to make fresh meals from scratch every day — basically anything we wanted from the buffet, but safely prepared. It made the whole week so much easier and took away all the usual stress of travelling with coeliac disease.There was one small misunderstanding with a menu item early on, but they sorted it straight away and even updated things to make it clearer for future guests.Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were genuinely helpful throughout. Chef John and the Kitchen Manager were amazing and handled any concerns professionally. We’d 100% recommend staying here.
