I came to Cyprus for a holiday and spent two wonderful weeks at Atlantic Oasis. We had a fantastic stay, and I would like to thank the entire team. The food was delicious, the pool was always clean, and the entertainment was excellent. The bar staff were especially amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. The only negative part of our stay was the bar manager, Dimitris. We witnessed him shouting at and speaking disrespectfully to the staff in front of guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. We also witnessed sexist behavior from him toward members of the staff, which was completely unacceptable. The staff deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope the hotel will address this issue. Thank you for an otherwise wonderful holiday.

The service was truly exceptional, with staff always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. The location, however, was somewhat average. Food and drinks was good. A nice holiday. Staff in restaurant and evening bar was Very service minded and smiling. All in all a good holiday with relaxation, good food/drinks and sun.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction with the hotel’s PR manager on our first evening. We were spoken to in a rude and patronising manner which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. When we politely explained that we didn’t appreciate the way we were being spoken to, the situation was handled poorly and without any apology or understanding. It was disappointing as the issue could have been dealt with politely and respectfully. Customer service and communication from management should be much better, especially when guests are simply trying to enjoy their holiday

I recently stayed at the Atlantica Oasis Hotel with my coeliac girlfriend, and the whole experience was honestly brilliant. On arrival, we had a quick chat with the kitchen manager about her dietary needs and how the buffet handles cross‑contamination. He explained everything clearly and told us to just speak to the chefs whenever we were dining.From there, the staff were amazing. The chefs had a dedicated gluten‑free cooking area and were happy to make fresh meals from scratch every day — basically anything we wanted from the buffet, but safely prepared. It made the whole week so much easier and took away all the usual stress of travelling with coeliac disease.There was one small misunderstanding with a menu item early on, but they sorted it straight away and even updated things to make it clearer for future guests.Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were genuinely helpful throughout. Chef John and the Kitchen Manager were amazing and handled any concerns professionally. We’d 100% recommend staying here.

Reception area was always smelly like sewers, they told us to use the a la carte restaurant we had to book days before (we only went there for 3 days so how many days in advance was appropriate I do not know), staff not friendly and sometimes really condescending. Overall I wouldn't go again nor would I recommend. Poor hygiene as well.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was always clean and tidy, the food was excellent, and the staff were absolutely amazing. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, Zindonko and Christianos. They made our holiday so much fun, keeping us entertained around the pool during the day and making bingo in the evenings a real highlight. They were hilarious and always full of energy. I’d also like to thank Anna, who worked in the coffee shop during the day and the bar in the evening. She was always so friendly, welcoming us with a lovely smile and providing fantastic service throughout our stay. We had a fabulous holiday and can’t wait to come back!
