I stayed at St Raphael Resort and the hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The location is nice with a great atmosphere and sea views, but for guests without a car it can feel a bit far from the city and main attractions. The resort and rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall environment is peaceful. Unfortunately, the food was below expectations and not very tasty for a hotel at this level. The biggest disappointment was the service. Most of the staff were not friendly or welcoming, and we often felt that money was the first thing in every interaction. There was very little initiative to help guests or offer good hospitality, even for simple requests like coffee or assistance. The staff walking around the hotel were not very pleasant overall, except for the team in the main restaurant who were more respectful and professional. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful setting and relaxing vibe, but the service attitude and food quality need significant improvement.

On behalf of my parents: we stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a supberb experience. Tasty food, nice room, kind staff. We’d like to give a shoutout (special thanks) to Saddam Husajn. He was really kind, smily and an amazing person & a staff.

I haven’t been inside the resort for a while but I know the atmosphere there is so relaxing, you go there to bond with the sea and to the enjoy the landscape of the beautiful gardens they have …..the team of St. Raphael people working there are very kind and selected only by the finest human you would ever meet Ms. Farah Shammas who has all my respect and is an example for me and all on how to be successful in business ( which is not easy : ) and also be the best version of yourself while making tough decisions. She simply radiates kindness with her being and businesses and I support her all the way . Also Mr. Kilanis , the manager has done great work @ St. Raphael . I would recommend this family owned hotel which has 3 generations of old school luxury & hospitality, beautiful landscaped gardens vast open sea 🌊 and marina ( you won’t get a marina elsewhere in Limassol other than the new one in town) . My highest recommendations are the spa and the Golden monkey restaurant. So authentic the chefs are flown from Thailand and the whole decor and pieces are from Thailand. Beautiful food that takes you to Thailand ….

Personale estremamente accogliente e disponibile, ogni nostra necessità è stata presa in seria considerazione. Anche i/le camerieri/e sono stati sempre sorridenti e molto cortesi nel volerci sempre essere d'aiuto. Punto notevole a favore della struttura! Per gli amanti della natura e dei gatti, un altro punto a favore dell'hotel è che i mici sono accolti e verosimilmente nutriti ed è effettuato anche il controllo delle nascite per evitare una sovrappopolazione (lo si vede dal taglietto praticato all'orecchio sinistro). Essendo io Nature Ranger nella mia nazione e volontaria per il WWF ed altre organizzazioni, ciò mi ha fatto enorme piacere! Sono rimasta in albergo con due amiche per due settimane; possibilità di effettuare giri in tutta l'isola con un'agenzia di viaggio che fornisce diverse opzioni. Le camere sono grandi, in parte con diretta vista sul mare, altre con un 50% di vista mare. Letti super comodi, ho dormito divinamente! La colazione è decisamente un plus, mentre la cena non sempre era di mio completo gradimento (sono un po' complicata essendo vegetariana). L'ubicazione della struttura è un po' fuori mano, quindi per raggiungere Limassol bisogna prendere i trasporti pubblici (45 min ) oppure un taxi. Il mare lo si raggiunge camminando 5 min attraverso un parco molto ben curato. La spiaggia è privata, controllata e sicura, lettini comodi sono a disposizione degli ospiti.

We arrived at this beautiful hotel and were greeted by Luke and Pamela and what an experience! Absolutely first class! There was nothing that was too much for them for us. In the morning we went down to the pool bar and were greeted by Panayiota and Niroj that looked after us everyday and fell in love with our granddaughter! The food was excellent. Everybody looked after us and I can't speak highly enough about the hotel, down to the Duty Manager Kyriakos, up to the house keeper Maria! Thank you all for a wonderful experience

Having just spent two nights here, and I can honestly say it was truly wonderful. The hotel was spotless and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was exceptional ..so good I genuinely wished it would never end. I would give the food 10 stars if I could. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet. The whole place has such a calm, peaceful atmosphere, a real oasis of loveliness. Even the resident cats were a delight! I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.
