Brilliant hotel and lovely staff who offer brilliant service. Pools are nice, bars are great, Apollo and Aspro both excellent (Bacchus over priced imo for the quality of food). One thing I want to add is that we used the beach bar 20th July for chicken burger and my son was ill for a few days and stuck in his room. It was the only food item he ate that was different to the rest of the party. The hotel responded very well and had a doctor call and prescribe medication as soon as we informed them on 22nd. I note someone else also reported illness on 19th at the beach bar on the reviews.

We came to this luxury 5 star hotel twice and both times the experience was fantastic. Breakfast area and food is wonderful, the hotel is traditional and beautiful. Staff is very kind. Pissouri bay between Paphos and Limassol is remote but peaceful location. I was only disappointed at the massage the second Time around as it wasn’t 55min like booked and it will likely not make me book at the spa again. Other than, great high end hotel

We live on the island and we come to that hotel every summer at least for 5-10 times. Sometimes we book a room, sometimes we just take the day passes and leave in the afternoon. Recently, the worst experience had occurred. After being on the beach side (waitresses almost nonexistent there btw, you should go and challenge yourself dins them yourself), we’ve managed to order our food. The result: I was food poisoned by the artichoke salad so badly that I couldn’t almost move for 2 days, had a fever, and vomited tens of times. That happened on 19.07.26. And yeah, I do know it’s hot and everything but that’s definitely not an excuse for a “5 star” hotel.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with fantastic amenities. The views overlooking the sea and the pool are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is also very well maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices with good quality food and attentive service. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool service. For a five-star hotel, I would expect staff to regularly check on guests, ask if they need anything, or at least provide simple touches such as an ashtray when needed. Unfortunately, that level of attention was missing. Another letdown was the pool bar. The cocktails were below average in terms of quality, and the food served by the pool was significantly overpriced for what it offered. It’s unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful. If management invested a little more in improving the pool service especially considering that’s where most guests spend their time during the summer it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Last night I dined at the steakhouse at Columbia Beach Resort. I must say it was an excellent experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was even better. The staff were professional, attentive, and clearly very well trained. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would highly recommend.

We were at the spa and I had a wonderful masseuse. Everything great but we then wanted to have lunch at the tavern. The spa called the reception and they said right away the restaurant is fully booked. My husband said let’s walk down to the tavern ourselves and the restaurant was almost empty. Very unprofessional and not right for thr owners I guess????
