Cap St Georges Hotel and Resort

Cap St. Georges is a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately the service is nowhere near five-star level. Starting with the positives: we were unexpectedly upgraded at check-in to a room with a private pool, which was a lovely gesture and very appreciated. The property itself is stunning, the spa is beautiful, the sauna and hammam are great, the pools are very nice, breakfast has a good selection, and the Olive Tree Bar is a gorgeous place to watch the sunset. The biggest problem is the service. I had to repeatedly call for very basic things: vanity kits, Nespresso capsules and even housekeeping. At one point, we were out of the room for around five hours and came back to find it still had not been cleaned. By the end of the stay, I had around 35 soaps in the bathroom and zero vanity kits. On another occasion, I asked four times over two hours for coffee capsules and they never arrived. The WhatsApp concierge barely worked, buggy requests almost never worked, the pool call buttons seemed useless, and at breakfast I sometimes had to get up and serve myself water and coffee because no one came. The Halloumi Experience was also disappointing. Rather than an actual guided experience, you essentially just watch someone making halloumi with very little explanation. The exception was the car/valet team, who were excellent. Martin and Robert were particularly friendly, helpful and responsive. The hotel is also very family-oriented, so couples looking for a quieter or more romantic resort should keep that in mind. Overall, the facilities are absolutely five-star, but the service felt closer to three-star. At this price point, that makes a huge difference. Beautiful hotel, but I would not return.

A proper 5 star experience. Rooms are amazing. Very clean, large and nice finishes. Spa & gym are spacious and extremely modern. As someone who enjoys the gym, this is not a standard hotel gym - it's a proper gym with full equipment. The pool area is large and the beds are spaced out, you feel like you are on your own. Food in each of the restaurants is top quality. The hotel is set on the cliffs and has some breathtaking walks and views along the coast. Particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. The host Antonis is absolutely exceptional and such a lovely guy who looked after us each night we ate there. Thank you! L and M All in all, a highly recommended hotel :)

We initially booked through booking.com and had to cancel. Even though cancelled, we contacted the hotel who then re-booked us directly for the same dates and *for the same* cost even though prices have significantly gone up! (thanks Diana!) As for the stay - 2 amazing private beaches An amazing breakfast with top notch local produce and high quality foods Excellent & seamless valet parking service Impeccable housekeeping services Clean, spacious and all-encompassing facilities Great Gym All in all - An amazing stay 😲👍We are sure to revisit!

I'm finishing a 5-day stay at the hotel tomorrow, the hotel is at a very high level! From the breakfast to the good restaurants. The hotel is clean and new. And the best experience I had was at the pool, the service you receive there is at a 10-star level.. The food and drinks are very good. And I was lucky enough to meet the same waitress named Agapi for 5 days, who if you meet her, you will only be lucky.

We spent our honeymoon Staff has been absolutely helpful beyond our experience with different beaches nearby visited olive tree beaches and St George beaches. One of top 5* hotels both everything you they can accommodate your needs best experience we had was with ocean vision boat cruise was the top epic night with fireworks 🎆 towards end of night
