Where do I begin? Let me spoil the suspense: this was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had—even in less-than-perfect weather. The real star? The staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, they made every moment effortless. The hotel itself is stunning—white, glass, elegant, with calming design, sea views everywhere, a subtle vanilla-smoky scent, and gorgeous orchids throughout. The sunbed system is genius: choose your lounger once, and it’s yours for the whole stay—no early morning towel races. Pools and the sea are incredible (yes, chilly in March, but still beautiful). The spa, heated indoor pool, sauna, and occasional outdoor dips made rainy days perfect. Food is exceptional. Immenso (Pan-Asian) and Nocturne (7-course tasting with wine pairing) were highlights, with impeccable service and presentation. Ezaria buffet impressed with themed nights and a huge breakfast spread—plus impressive à la carte options. Our deluxe sea view room was breathtaking, with smart-home features, balcony, and sunrise-to-sunset sea views. Location is perfect for walks—quiet to the left, lively harbor and shops to the right. Adults-only adds to the calm luxury. In short: outstanding hotel, exceptional food, beautiful setting, and unforgettable staff. Already planning our next trip back.

A Wonderful Stay – Exceptional Hotel A very important tip: when you arrive at the hotel, go to the pool desk and reserve your pool beds for the entire duration of your stay. It’s definitely worth doing this right away. For stays of up to 3 nights, guests are entitled to reserve a table at one of the hotel’s restaurants. We chose Immenso, and it was excellent! The restaurant offers an Asian-inspired menu with delicious, beautifully presented food, excellent service, and a wonderful rooftop setting. I highly recommend arriving around sunset — the view is spectacular. The hotel itself is truly high-end, with beautiful, sophisticated design and exceptional attention to detail. Our room was spacious and elegant — we stayed in a Cabana room with a private pool. Everything was thoughtfully designed, from the thick, luxurious towels and high-quality toiletries to the cleanliness and twice-daily housekeeping. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded or noisy. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views throughout the property. The pool was clean and inviting, and the swim-up bar was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel with excellent service, attention to detail, and a truly luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Das beste Hotel in dem wir je gewesen sind, von Anfang an ein top Service, jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, frisch und täglich verschiedene Themenabende bieten Abwechslung. Die drei anderen Restaurants sind Weltklasse, sowohl von den Speisen als auch vom Service. Auf Unverträglichkeiten wird individuell eingegangen, alle Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich höflich und zuvorkommend. So gut wie hier haben wir noch in keinem Urlaub gegessen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern und auch hier findet sich der hervorragende Service wieder - wer möchte kann aus verschiedensten Polstern wählen, damit die Nacht für jeden Gast erholsam ist. Wir finden auch die Katzen sehr niedlich, welche hin und wieder draußen ihre Runden drehen und für den einen oder anderen Lacher unter den Gästen sorgen. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen, alles top.

Pros: it is great for couples, many activities, good food and nice restaurants that you can make reservations at for a date night. The view from all rooms is to the beach and there are nice pools. You get a sunbed for your whole stay which is nice. The cocktail bar in the pool is very convenient. Cons: the rooms have bad noise isolation to the outside corridor, you can hear people outside the rooms. The staff are very nice but sometimes they seem a bit rude. Not sure if we read them wrong..

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, beginnend mit dem Empfang durch Page, Welcome drink und unkompliziertem Check in. Das gesamte Personal war stets sehr aufmerksam und deren Service sehr professionell und dabei unaufdringlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, Technisch perfekt durchgestylt und die Klimaanlage sehr leise. Besonders hat uns auch gefallen, dass wir das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer sofort haben tauschen dürfen und dadurch eine noch schönere Aussicht genießen konnten. Der Poolservice war durchdacht und besonders angenehm war, dass pro Zimmer Sonnenliegen während des gesamten Aufenthalts reserviert waren inklusive Safe. Das angebot zum Abendessen war gut, jedoch hätten wir uns mehr traditionelle, authentische Küche gewünscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Zum Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts haben wir einen Abend im Immenso genießen dürfen mit hervorragender asiatischer Küche und natürlich einem Sonnenuntergang. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder.

מלון למבוגרים, 10 דקות נסיעה מש"ת. מבנה יפה במיוחד , המלון היפה ביותר על הטיילת של פאפוס. מלון קטן. חדרים מרווחים. קצת מיושן אך מתוחזק. בריכה קסומה בעיקר לרביצה. ספא נפלא. טיפולים איכותיים. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. מגוון. טעים. ארוחות ערב בינוניות. יש אפשרות להמיר ארוחת ערב לאחת ממסעדות המלון. אנחנו המרנו למסעדה הצרפתית "נוקטורנה". ארוחת טעימות של 7 מנות. קטנות אך משביעות. הוספנו תמורת 39 יורו לאדם יין תואם לכל מנה. היה מעולה, טים, מוגש בחן רב, איכותי ביותר. שירות כללי נפלא. אווירה רגועה. שקט בבריכה. חוף ים ציבורי סמוך. מומלץ למי שמחפש חופשת בטן גב ברמה טובה.
