Estivemos pela primeira vez hospedado a neste hotel. Só tenho que dizer muito bem do hotel Funcionários muito simpáticos e sempre prestáveis para ajudar. Tudo muito limpo e comida fantástica. O Sr Márcio motorista do autocarro tenho que lhe agradecer pela simpatia e delicadeza que nos tratou a mim e a minha família um senhor fantástico e é assim pessoas simpáticas que precisamos na hotelaria porque muito difícil encontrar pessoas assim, obrigado Sr Márcio por tudo.

We have just returned from an excellent 7-night stay at this hotel. As always, I will try to offer a balanced review, highlighting what was good but also mentioning anything that could have been better. Let's start with the very few things that caused us any concern. The main issue for us was the lifts. Although we were only on the 3rd floor, being in our 60s meant that we did need to use them. At certain times, it became very difficult due to the volume of guests using them. It was particularly noticeable how small the lifts were. With the dining area being on floor -1, the lifts were also often unavailable when trying to access them from reception. Let's just say the stairs were used a lot! The only other point worth mentioning was at check-in. The staff were lovely and very friendly, but we felt that things such as meal times could have been explained rather than simply providing a card with the details. It would have been so easy to explain everything while also highlighting the information on the card. A small point, but one that would have been helpful. Those minor issues aside, we really could not fault the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was spotlessly clean. The bed was massive and, although quite firm, was extremely comfortable. There was a large TV in the room, although UK guests should be aware that UK channels are not particularly plentiful. Tea and coffee were provided, and the bathroom contained one of the best showers I have ever used. All in all, the room was excellent. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food was very good. I have stayed in other hotels where there has been a greater choice, but we could always find something we liked. In terms of food quality, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. The ground floor is where you will find reception, the outdoor pool and the snack bar. We didn't use the pool, but we did purchase food and drinks from the snack bar and had no issues at all. For us, the best part of the stay was undoubtedly the staff. They were brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. The dining room staff deserve a special mention for the way they engaged with all the guests, regardless of nationality. Their friendliness and attitude really added to our stay. The hotel is around a 5-minute walk from the beach and is located on 'The Strip', with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. If you want to party, it's a great location. However, if, like us, you prefer somewhere a little more genteel and peaceful, this perhaps isn't the ideal location for you. Overall, we had a fantastic 7-night stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. The excellent staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, food and location all made for a very enjoyable holiday. Just be aware of the busy lifts and the lively location if you prefer somewhere quieter.

The team at the hotel are incredible, they are very friendly and funny & attentive, the cleaners at the hotel do an amazing job always making sure you have everything you need. The pool is clean & has a good temperature. The food at the bar was fantastic and never a long wait. Also only a 1 minute walk to the beach!! All in all a well run hotel we will definitely be back!

L'emplacement est super. Le brunch a aussi une bonne diversité. Le seul problème c'est que les brunch du matin fini tôt a 10:30. Il pourrait laisser plus de temps surtout le week-end. Je recommande vraiment cette hôtel

Un hôtel très bien placé dans une rue animée, du personnel adorable et très professionnel. La restauration et les serveurs sont au top avec une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner. J'ai eu un petit problème de santé et ils m'ont envoyé avec un taxi à l'hôpital, au retour, une petite lettre de prompt rétablissement m'a fait chaud au cœur. Les petits inconvénients, la piscine pas très grande, la distance jusqu'à Faro et le manque de plage privée. Un hôtel qui mérite 5 étoiles !!

I’ve just returned from an amazing stay at the Jupiter Algarve Hotel during Afro Nation, and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable or better looked after. A special thank you to Modou, who worked by the pool. From the moment we met, he went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests really stood out and made a lasting impression. My mum always used to say, "If you have nothing good to say, say nothing." But when someone deserves recognition, your words should speak life. Modou is a real credit to the hotel, and his exceptional customer service is one of the reasons I would happily return. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay such a memorable one. I highly recommend the Jupiter Algarve Hotel to anyone visiting the Algarve.
