This is a beautiful hotel with fantastic friendly staff. The rooms are very luxurious and super comfy. Great location to get around the city. |We had breakfast each day that we stayed which was beautiful with a great selection. The member of staff in the restaurant (think her name was Samantha) was really friendly, had a great personality and super helpful. Credit to the hotel.

Don’t let the high overall rating fool you; I strongly encourage you to scroll down and read the negative reviews before booking. This was easily the worst "4-star" experience I’ve ever had. Upon entering, the room smelled musty, which was an immediate red flag. The layout is fundamentally flawed: the shower is placed in the middle of the room with zero exhaust ventilation. Consequently, showering fills the entire living space with thick humidity. This poor design has led to visible mold in various places throughout the room. We returned from dinner in February to find the room at a stifling 27°C. When we tried to use the AC, we discovered the controls were child-locked. After calling the front desk, the staff "helped" by remotely turning on the heat instead of the cooling. Despite our pleas, they claimed to be confused and never actually activated the AC. Eventually, the unit shut down entirely. To get the temperature down, we had to open the window, only to find the entire rim covered in thick black mold. While the staff did offer to move us to a sister hotel at 11:00 PM, it was far too late given our early flight the next morning. The only saving grace was that we only had to endure this disgraceful room for one night. I will be staying far away from the Vincci brand in the future. Total disappointment.

One of the most interesting rooms I have stayed in — and I’ve stayed in many — the shower is a fishbowl in the middle of the room. Doesn’t even have frosted glass. Perfect I guess if you want to let it all hang out. Less so if you are staying with others.

We had an amazing stay at Vincci in Alfama. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore Lisbon on foot. The hotel’s design is cool and stylish, with a modern yet cozy vibe that really adds to the experience. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast buffet: exceptionally good, with a wide and fresh selection, and totally hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing small hotel in a charming area. Easy to walk to restaurants, sites, tram 28 and more. We loved the quietness of the area but close to so much. Staff was wonderful!!!

Excellent hôtel, beyond our expectations. Well located to stay a journey using the famous tram 28. We loved the quietness and size of the room we were offered. Breakfast was quite good with a lot of options to pick from. I recommend this place!
