L'hôtel est au top. Super accueil des personnes à la réception. Petit clin d'oeil 😉 au jeune homme qui a parlé un peu français pour que je comprenne. Une jeune fille superbe agréable et souriante nous a expliqué ce que l'on pouvait voir, faire à Faro et aux alentours pendant qu'on attendait la fin de préparation de la chambre suite à notre arrivée assez en avance. Elle nous a aussi conseillé des restaurants où manger... franchement merci pour les conseils. Le parking surveillé couvert n'est pas très loin de l'hôtel si vous avez une voiture de location. Pour 15 euros par jour avec l'hôtel, une carte vous ai donné pour y accèder. Cela permet d'être serein si la voiture n'est pas utilisée. Nous avons pris une chambre avec jacuzzi, cela était super car par mauvais temps, on peut profiter du jacuzzi au lieu de la plage... c'est cool 🙂. La chambre bien agencée, on peut comsommer ce qu'il y a dans la chambre c'est gratuit et l'hôtel réapprovisionne ce qui est terminé (café, thé, bouteille d'eau...ect). La chambre est nettoyée sur demande et tout est changé (serviettes, draps....ect). Le spa est super et propre. Le rooftop est vraiment top avec une piscine à débordement et on peut y bronzer tranquillement . Petit bar à côté pour se rafraîchir c'est génial...😁 Le restaurant est bon mais assez onéreux par rapport aux plats proposés. Le déjeuner est super bon , super copieux, il y en a pour tout les goûts. L'hôtel est très bien placé dans la rue piétonne de Faro mais pas de nuisances sonores. L'hôtel est proche de toutes les commodités (Restaurants, Magasins, la Marina...ect). Super hôtel, un personnel au top toujours souriant, chaleureux, accueillant. Personnel de nettoyage au top: propreté et hygiène garantie...Merci pour leur travail. C'est l'hôtel à choisir à Faro pour kiffer vos vacances...😃

We had an incredible stay here after booking last minute through ‘on the beach’. The hotel is clean and modern. The service from all staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. They provided advice and clean beach towels. Our room was kept impeccably clean. Location is v central in faro with lots of restaurants walkable. We enjoyed sunset drinks on the rooftop. The spa is on smaller side but was never crowded. Faro and this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back.

A stunning boutique hotel that feels like a true luxury retreat. The room was extra clean and detail oriented, with high end technology that added a real touch of sophistication. The bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for a great night's sleep. The rooftop terrace offers a gorgeous pool with a beautiful view, ideal for relaxing at any time of day. Breakfast was amazing, fresh and generous. Dinner at Habito was the highlight of the stay, the quality and presentation truly felt worthy of a Michelin star. A nice touch was the shuttle service between the parking garage and the hotel, which made arrival and departure smooth and easy. An exceptional stay from start to finish.

Eccellente Hotel situato in un edificio moderno nel centro della citta' in una elegante via, con ristoranti, negozi.Tutte le principali attrazioni si raggiungono a piedi con una breve passeggiata,compresa la stazione ferroviaria e dei bus.Ci e' stata assegnata una bella camera luminosa e spaziosa al 3 piano,con arredi nuovi e moderni,un grande comodo letto, cassaforte, frigo bar gratuito rifornito ogni giorno con acqua e bibite.Ho gradito anche il grande balcone con vista sulla citta' dotato di sedie, tavolino e stendino.Molto bello anche il bagno, luminoso e con una grande doccia, con articoli da toilette di qualità.Il servizio e' stato eccellente, un vero 5 stelle, la camera veniva riordinata e pulita piu' volte al giorno.All' ultimo piano e' presente una bella piscina con lettini,asciugamani forniti gratuitamente e angolo bar. Molto buona la colazione con grande assortimento sia di dolce che salato e prodotti di qualita' e ottimo servizio al tavolo, camerieri super professionali.Sicuramente ritornero' in questo eccellente Hotel

Checked in, but the room is not ready. Gladly they have a kids playground that I had no idea about. Awesome surprise. And it’s fully shaded. Honestly, the pictures online don’t do justice. The place is gorgeous. They have a covered pool in a heated up room with access to dry sauna, low lights, very relaxing. The terrace is gorgeous and has an infinite pool from where you can see the airplanes landing and the beach afar. Gorgeous!

We have been staying at this hotel for a week and cannot fault it. The rooms are lovely and the cleaning service is very good, they really do thoroughly clean on each visit. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage for clothes. The amenities are well maintained and clean. The pool upstairs it can be difficult to find a sunbed however this is expected during the busier season. The hotel location is really central although it feels quiet within the room (cannot hear any traffic etc). The breakfast is lovely, they freshly prepare hot food and the buffet selection is very good and fresh. The staff at the hotel are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The sangrias at the rooftop bar are great. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Faro.
