Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everyone on the island is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the staff is perfect. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and drinking water is automatically replenished in the room. When you go to the beach, they prepare sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels. As for the food, we have no complaints. The best person in the entire hotel and restaurant was the bartender Nicol. She is absolutely wonderful, positive, and always makes your day better. Overall, the staff is very helpful and does their utmost to make guests comfortable. We definitely recommend the hotel and will return if we have the opportunity.

Sono stato all’Ayala Ocean View per diversi giorni ad inizio dicembre e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e molto confortevoli. Lo staff, soprattutto quello del ristorante e della colazione, è stato sempre gentile, attento e con il sorriso. Colazione e cena erano varie e gustose, con tante opzioni ogni giorno. Struttura consigliatissima per godersi Gulhi in totale relax!

The food is good but the service is the worst I have experienced in all of Maldives. Staff talk about you in front of your face, they make you feel uncomfortable. One particular member of staff who I think is the manager has an awful attitude, literally awful. We dined with them a few times and each time we were met with a ‘no’ to all our kind requests. First we asked if we could move the small fan from the bar where the staff were standing to the plug at our table to help with the flies to which they said “no, it stays at the bar” then next time we asked if we went on a fishing trip could we bring our fish for them to cook and we would pay, the member of staff went around the corner to ask the manager and the manager said “no, it’s not from here so tell them no” - we could hear this all and we understand the no but there no politeness whatsoever. After this, I told my wife lets not go here again as the staff at ‘arrival’ next door are kind and polite but my wife wanted their squid rings so we went one last time - as soon as we entered we sat down at the table with the fan and the manager told a member of staff in front of us “tell them no, that’s a table of 4, they can’t sit there”, bear in mind nobody else was in the restaurant, my wife interjected the conversation and told the manager we just want to sit here because of the fan, the manager then rolled her eyes and said no - my wife then asked why she was rolling her eyes and the manager just replied “no, I am not”. Afterwards, I felt uncomfortable and said let’s leave and we went next door to ‘arrival’ and were instantly greeted by a smile. It’s a shame, as the food is good but I have never experienced attitude like this in all of the Maldives.

Maravilloso. Es el alojamiento perfecto para pasar unos días en Guhli. Desde el primer momento que llegas todo el staff es encantador. Nosotras nos alojamos en una preciosa habitación esquinera con dos balcones, se podía ver la playa desde la cama. La zona del restaurante, tanto interior como exterior es súper bonita y acogedora, la comida fue sin duda algo que remarcar, estaba todo increíble! En frente del hotel (literalmente a un paso) encuentras el centro de buceo Ayala Bubbles, una experiencia extraordinaria, si tienes la oportunidad, no dudes en bucear con ellos, al tenerlo tan cera y ser el mismo equipo, todo resulta tan cómodo que solo tienes que disfrutar. El staff es extraordinario, resaltar que Nicole fue un encanto y se acordaba todo el rato de como nos gustaba el café jeje. Ojalá volver pronto, unos días para recordar siempre!!

พนักงานใจดีมาก รักเด็ก ให้บริการดีสุดๆ ฉันสัมผัสได้ถึงรอยยิ้มที่จริงใจเลยค่ะ ฉันเข้าใจได้เรื่องต้องชำระค่าเดินทางโดยเรือจากสนามบินมาที่โรงแรม (มันคนละเกาะกันเลยนะ คนที่คิดว่าฟรี นี่คือแปลกมากทำไมถึงคิดแบบนั้น) พนักงานออกมารับกระเป๋าอย่างดีเลยค่ะ ที่พัก ฉันที่พักเป็นข้างๆโรงแรม ส่วนตัวชอบมากๆ ต่อให้ไม่มีวิวหรือหน้าต่างฉันไม่ได้แคร์ ฉันชอบพื้นที่ส่วนกลางมากค่ะ นั่งคุยเล่นกันตอนกลางคืนเย็นๆสนุกดี ถ้ามากับเพื่อนเยอะๆคงสนุกกว่าเดิม ห้องสะอาดค่ะ มีทุกอย่างครบมาก แปรงสีฟัน แชมพู ครีมนวดผม มีพนักงานมาทำความสะอาดห้องให้ด้วยค่ะ แถมขอน้ำเพิ่มพนักงานก็ใจดีเอามาให้เลย เตียงไม่ได้นุ่มหรือแข็งจนนอนไม่ได้ ก็มาตรฐานสำหรับโรงแรม อาหารอร่อยจนน่าตกใจ เพราะฉันกินได้หมดเลย เป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ตอนเช้า นั่งข้างนอกถ่ายคอนเท้นสนุกเพราะแสงสวย พื้นที่น่ารัก หาดทรายใกล้ๆดีมากก อากาศดีไม่ร้อนเลย แจ้งพนักงานก็มีเก้าอี้มาให้นั่งที่หาด น้ำเย็น ใส ไปเล่นบ่อยมากๆ

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel aux Maldives. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du 20 au 26 Février 2026 avec ma fille et nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L'hôtel est parfait, très bien situé. Le personnel est au top, très professionnel, très accueillant, souriant et attentionné, disponible et aux petits soins à chaque instant avec les clients. La nourriture est variée et préparée avec beaucoup de soin que ce soit les spécialités locales ou les plats internationaux. L' emplacement est paradisiaque, la plage magnifique avec une personne qui vient nous installer nos lits de plage et notre parasol. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour profiter pleinement du lagon et du coucher de soleil. Les chambres étaient impeccables, parfaitement entretenues et nettoyées deux fois par jour ce qui est très appréciable. En résumé ce fut un séjour parfait et je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour de rêve sur cette île locale extraordinaire qu'est GULHI ISLAND.
