We visited cinnamon hakuraa huraa for our honeymoon. What a beautiful place!! From the very start we were welcomed to the island from the seaplane. The staff are first class nothing is too much trouble. Our housekeeper Naseer (not only a great dancer) but very knowledgeable about the local marine life! We had an over water bungalow (369) and the sharks and rays we witnessed swim by our house every night was amazing! We even had an octopus living underneath us! The room was spotless and the mini bar always stocked. We took advantage of the unlimited laundry which was a god send meaning we have taken back all our clothes washed and ironed! The restaurant we ate at the buffet every evening the food was delicious. Always something different to try and always tasty. The staff again were amazing from being greeted by Rumesh with a smile a wave and a hug to the always smiling Raufa we were always made to feel welcome. Special mention to our waiter during our stay Shifaz again nothing short of excellent nothing to much trouble attention to detail and always a friendly chat about the day the football or the weather these staff are a credit to the place! We have loved every moment of our stay

WIr hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche auf Hakuraa Huraa! Wir wohnten auf Platinum Island, hatten Premium All Inclusive und sind mit dem Wasserflugzeug angereist. Das war für uns alles genau perfekt so und würden wir immer wieder machen. Beim Check-In war es kurz etwas seltsam, da unser Gepäck erst mit einem späteren Flugzeug kommen sollte, man uns für eine Nacht auf die niedrigste Kategorie downgraden wollte und nicht hinterlegt war, dass wir Premium AI haben. Hat sich dann aber dann doch klären lassen und wir sind in unser Zimmer 407 gezogen. Hier haben wir uns total wohl gefühlt. Ein paar Moskitos haben uns nachts etwas gestört, aber noch okay. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber, gemütlich, kühl und mit schöner Terrasse bzw. Strand. Unser Reinigungsmann war außerdem sehr nett und an einem Abend haben mir mit ihm zu maledivischer Musik getanzt. Super Typ! Wir sind meistens mit zu den kostenlosen Schnorchelausflügen, die auch wirklich super waren. Die Riffs waren toll mit wirklich vielen bunten Fischen. Muaz hat das als Guide toll gemacht. Als er einmal nicht dabei war, gab es keinerlei Erklärungen o.ä. Eine Sache, die wir bei den buchbaren Touren ebenfalls kritisieren würden. Ein Guide, der begrüßt, ein bisschen etwas erklärt und der Ausflug dadurch auch seinen Preis wert ist, wäre schön gewesen. Bei der Delphintour sind wir ohne jegliche Info eine Stunde Boot gefahren, bevor wir dann schon beim Umkehren aber noch Delphine gesehen haben, was wirklich schön war. Aber etwas über sie erklären bzw. englisch sprechen, kann an Bord keiner. Die Tour wäre mit einem netten Guide etwas ganz anderes. Das Shark-Watching ist einfach eine Hai-Fütterung direkt vor dem Hotel, ohne Erklärungen o.ä. Man könnte das theoretisch sogar vom Steg aus machen. Das fühlte sich alles nicht richtig an und die Hai-Tour würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Essen und Getränke sind sehr hochwertig und lecker. Das Team rund um Charuna, Anyalé und vor allem Kelum hat immer ein leckeres Buffet zusammengestellt und war vor allem besonders lieb. Kleiner Wunsch: Vielleicht hätte uns noch mehr Pasta am Buffet gefallen (gab es nur einmal). Auch die Kellner und Barkeeper sind sehr freundlich, z.B. Ryaaz und Ayaash. Neben den klassischen AI-Cocktails gibt es auch wirklich viel Markenalkohol, vor allem eben in Premium AI. Gerade unsere Lieblingsgetränke wie Eistee und Eiskaffee, frischgepresste Säfte und Sekt wären im normalen AI nicht enthalten gewesen. Die im Premium AI enthaltene balinesische Massage war sehr gut! Trotz der paar kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen ist es wirklich wunderschön entspannend dort. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und immer wieder hinfahren.

Cinnamon hakuraa huraa is simply fantistic. We had a week in the platinum island and it was simply amazing. Starting from the reception, which helped us in every single step of the trip and it was helpful for all the outside experiences. The room was perfect and always clean. Simply amazing. But the strength of this resort is the restaurant! At the platinum island we ate only fantastic food (as an Italian, we had fantastic pasta as well which is super appreciated). The credit of all this goes to the incredibile cooking trio Kelum,Charuna and Ansari. Another important mention goes to Shifau! Best waiter hands down for his cordiality and readiness in every single request. What a trip, that I would recommend to everybody.

We had a little problem when getting into the resort. We chose a domestic flight at 11:30am. However, the flight was full (which is okay), and the reservation team forgot to tell us. The result was our transport was rescheduled to 7pm by a domestic flight. Since the team forgot to inform us in advance (they wrote us at 6am the day of the flight, leaving no room to any changes), we have already scheduled speedboat and other transfer to Male for the 11:30am flight. We have arrived to Male at 8am stressed and unsure if we have to wait the whole day for the flight or not. As a pardon, Cinnamon has arranged us a seaplane even earlier than 11:30 (so we did not wait for the flight that long) and they charged us the cheaper price of domestic flight, seeing this misscommunication as their fault. Moreover, they have upgraded our room to the Platinum Beach Bungalov, which was honestly the best thing they could have done. The Platinum island is absolutely amazing. There are way less residents and everything is very private. During our beakfast, lunch and dinner, Hannan, Kelum and Anjali were taking care of us, making us great food and service. They were amazing, always smiling and being genuinely interested in you. I would absolutely recommend Cinnamon to everyone. It is a truly luxurious resort, and they handle problematic situations very well, leaving the customer extremely satisfied.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno tranquillo in questo resort. Ero sola e ho festeggiato lì il mio compleanno, fin dal mio arrivo mi sono sentita accolta con gentilezza e professionalità da alcuni membri dello staff in particolare, sempre disponibile e sorridente. Il resort è un vero angolo di paradiso: spiagge da cartolina, mare cristallino, camere curate e un’atmosfera di pace che rende davvero facile staccare dalla routine. Anche il cibo era buono, io faccio un po' di difficoltà a mangiare all'estero ma hanno fatto in modo che trovassi sempre qualcosa che potesse piacermi. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff del ristorante, che ha reso ogni pasto un momento ancora più piacevole. Sono sempre stati estremamente gentili, attenti, premurosi e con il sorriso anche (e soprattutto) quando sono stata male hanno avuto attenzione e gentilezza con me, soprattutto Keerthi. Grazie mille a tutti.

An unforgettable experience – perfection in every detail! Our holiday at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa was absolutely amazing, and the fantastic staff deserves huge credit for that. They welcomed us with genuine smiles and great energy throughout our entire stay, making it feel like an absolute fairytale. The food and cocktails were of the highest quality – a true gastronomic paradise! On top of that, the entire resort was beautifully clean and spotless. We would like to give a special thanks to these wonderful people who treated us like royalty: Platinum Island Restaurant: Hanan, Keerthi, and Riyaz provided us with the best service we could have ever wished for. Professional, attentive, and incredibly kind! Bar: Nandana, Akalanka, and Menaka took care of the best cocktails and created a wonderful atmosphere. Every visit to the bar was a highlight. The culinary experience at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa in the Maldives is truly exceptional, thanks in no small part to the incredible talent of three master chefs: Charuna, Ahjali and Ketem. Their passion for the culinary arts transforms every meal into an unforgettable experience. Housekeeping: Our room was always perfectly clean and fresh thanks to the amazing Habibi.
