<<美しい自然の中で素晴らしいハネムーン、しかし一部の差別的な対応が全てを台無しに>> 全体として、このリゾートでの休暇は素晴らしいものでした。ハウスリーフには驚くほど多くの魚がおり、ベビーシャークも見ることができました。残念ながら海亀には出会えませんでしたが、シュノーケリング体験自体は最高でした。また、ほとんどのスタッフは非常に親切で、温かいホスピタリティを提供してくれました。 しかし、レストランの一部のスタッフによる対応には、非常に強い失望を感じました。特にオーストラリア出身のある男性ウェイターの態度は容認し難いものです。彼は欧米人客には満面の笑みで接する一方で、私たちには笑顔一つ見せず、メニューを渡すことすら忘れて放置することもありました。 また、Raakin（と思われる）というウェイターも、目が合っているにもかかわらず、私の呼びかけを複数回無視しました。 彼らは欧米人客には積極的にドリンクのおかわりを勧めているにもかかわらず、私たちは大声で呼び止めない限り、完全に無視されました。 海外経験が豊富な方であれば、これらが単なる不手際ではなく、人種に基づいた明確な差別に気づいてしまうでしょう。能天気な無知のふりをできる人なら楽しめるでしょうが、こうしたプロ意識の欠如はリゾートの格を著しく下げています。 最後に、気さくに話しかけてくれたその他のスタッフの方々には心から感謝します。全ての人種（行儀が良く、このリゾートを心から楽しみたいと思っている人たち）が平等に扱われ、良い旅となることを切に願っています。 <> Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful vacation. The house reef is teeming with vibrant marine life, and we were thrilled to see baby sharks. Although we didn't encounter sea turtles despite multiple attempts, the snorkeling experience was superb. Most of the staff were incredibly kind and provided warm, genuine hospitality. However, I feel compelled to bring a serious issue to the management's attention regarding the restaurant service. Specifically, the conduct of a male waiter from Australia was utterly unacceptable; while he showered Western guests with smiles and proactive hospitality, he remained cold and dismissive toward us, even neglecting to provide us with menus. Furthermore, another waiter, possibly named Raakin, ignored my calls on multiple occasions despite making direct eye contact. While these individuals were remarkably attentive to Western tables—frequently offering drink refills—we were systematically ignored unless we went out of our way to loudly call for their attention. For well-traveled guests, such blatant discrepancies in service are impossible to overlook. It is deeply disappointing that a resort of this caliber allows such a lack of professionalism to persist. Lastly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the other staff members who spoke to us so kindly. I truly hope that guests of all races—all those who are well-mannered and wish to truly enjoy this resort—will be treated equally and have a wonderful journey.

Just got back from the most amazing stay at Kagi Maldives and honestly, it was perfection from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The location is unreal: incredibly peaceful and serene, surrounded by the most beautiful shades of blue and turquoise everywhere you look. It truly feels like you’re a world away from everything. I stayed in an ocean overwater villa and it was absolutely stunning — sleek, minimal, and beautifully designed, with direct access to the house reef. The architecture and decor throughout the resort are tasteful, clean, and understated, which makes the whole place feel calm and effortlessly luxurious. Diving and snorkelling were hands down a highlight. We saw dolphins, turtles, sting rays, sharks, and thousands of fish. The food was also excellent, with great variety and consistently high quality across all meals. My favourite had to be the Maldivian curry! And the spa…wow. Easily one of the best I’ve ever been to. Incredibly relaxing, rejuvenating, and the perfect way to completely switch off and reset. Overall, Kagi Maldives is a true slice of paradise. Would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway. Already dreaming of going back.

An unforgettable week at Kagi Maldives « perfection from A to Z » We spent one incredible week at Kagi Maldives, and everything was simply perfect from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team, and throughout our stay every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Housekeeping was impeccable, the waiters and waitresses (Mohamed Wadif, Raakin, Mohamed Ismail, Dorji, ⁠⁠Irfan…)were attentive and genuinely kind, and the overall service was outstanding. The food deserves a special mention: it was extremely varied, fresh, and absolutely delicious every day. A big thank you to Chef Mikael and his entire team (Chef Ignacio, ⁠Chef Jarov, Chef Carlo, ⁠⁠Chef Darwin, Chef Shatura, ⁠⁠Chef Neeraj…) for the amazing culinary experience. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr Areef, Mr Shafi (the doctor), Mr Maish for taking such great care of our villa, Miss Juliane (from Berlin, apologies if I misspelled your name), Mr Wiam, and all the staff whose names we may have forgotten but who contributed to making our stay so special. The spa experience was exceptional, my wife and mother absolutely loved it and had a truly relaxing and memorable time. A special thank you as well to Mr Areef and Mr Shafi for sharing a fun and memorable pickleball game with us, a great moment we won’t forget. Kagi Maldives is a true haven of peace, extremely quiet, calm, and perfect for relaxation, where luxury meets genuine hospitality. We leave with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return. "Seriously impressed with the service here! The staff were so helpful. The view is gorgeous no matter what—even in the rain. So lucky we spotted a sea turtle while diving too. Definitely coming back!" "ดีงามมาก พนักงานเทคแคร์ดีสุดๆ วิวสวยแบบตะโกน ไม่ว่าจะตอนไหน แม้แต่ตอนฝนตกก็ยังสวยอยู่เลย โชคดีจัดที่ดำเจอเต่าด้วย เสียดายที่มาน้อยไป ยังดำน้ำไม่ครบทุกจุดในรีสอร์ท ไว้รอบหน้ามาใหม่แน่ๆ"

I have visited the Maldives 3 times and this island is just beautiful, the reef and snorkelling is outstanding. The water is so calm and easy to swim, safe and just like being in a fish tank. The whole place is natural no plastics, small, secluded and intimate. Wonderful Japanese architecture all the rooms, spa, restaurants and buildings are so beautifully designed. The food is fantastic such a great mix and variety, fresh and fully international cuisine. Really well thought out activities, the spa treatments are very high end and we went 3 times. The staff as so friendly, helpful and unbelievably kind, caring and just a delight to see everyday. Nothing is too much and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is just perfect. So many highlights the cheese and wine pairing with Denis, the sushi platter in our room, sunset cocktails with the team, stunning breakfast everyday and gorgeous little touches throughout We can’t give this place enough credit, we are planning our next trip and are writing this before we leave to ensure they all know just how amazing they all are here at Kagi. Paradise and heaven I don’t want to leave, 5 star review very well deserved. Book immediately!

ハネムーンで5泊利用で、素敵な思い出になりました。 日中はシュノーケリングしたり、部屋でゴロゴロしたりオールインクルーシブ飲み食いして過ごしました。 シュノーケリングセットはオールインクルーシプランであれば無料でレンタルできます。 ヴィラから少ぐ泳ぐとすぐハウスリーフが広がっていぎ魚影も濃いです。 ご飯も美味しかったです。 なお、スタッフの対応は悪くはないんですが一部雑さを感じるスタッフがい少し残念でした。
