Fushifaru is a paradise unlike anywhere I have ever been. This was our first trip to the Maldives, which had long been on my bucket list. Even though we booked the trip just one week before our year-end holiday, we were incredibly fortunate to stay in a Pool Water Villa at Fushifaru. Our experience far exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome at Malé Airport to the seamless transfer to the seaplane—an unforgettable highlight of our journey—everything was perfectly organized. The Pool Water Villa was exactly what one imagines of a Maldivian resort: breathtaking and serene. We could dive directly into the crystal-clear sea from a ladder, and every day we saw beautiful fish, stingrays, and even large turtles right in front of our villa. The room and facilities were immaculately maintained, thanks to the outstanding housekeeping team. Dining at Korakali was another highlight. We enjoyed the buffet a total of 14 times, and each visit felt fresh and exciting due to the wide variety, live cooking stations, and excellent quality of every dish. In particular, the warm and attentive service provided by Sanjib was truly exceptional. Another unforgettable experience was the manta ray tour—we were incredibly lucky to swim with two magnificent manta rays. Words cannot fully describe everything we experienced at Fushifaru, but this trip has certainly become a lifetime memory for us. Finally, our deepest appreciation goes to Mizy, our personal assistant. Her continuous support and thoughtful care throughout our stay made this extraordinary experience possible.

Overall, the value for money is excellent. The island is well-maintained, the butlers are good, and overall the team handles issues promptly. Food is good and the spa is decent. However the reef - is almost empty.

A Dream Wedding Beyond Anything We Imagined! My husband and I had our wedding at Fushifaru Maldives, and it was absolutely magical. The ceremony on the private sandbank was breathtaking—crystal‑clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and total serenity. It felt like living in a dream, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our wedding perfect. We stayed for 5 nights, and everything from the wedding planning to our stay was seamless and stress‑free. The resort itself is stunning: peaceful yet luxurious, with beautiful villas and incredible food. We stayed in a sunset‑side water villa, and watching the sunsets and diving straight into the ocean each morning was truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Fushifaru for a private wedding, honeymoon, or a romantic getaway—it’s an extraordinary place.

Nostra terza volta alle Maldive, stavolta con bimbo di 2 anni e mezzo. Esperienza al Fushifaru molto positiva, nonostante il tempo non ci abbia molto aiutato. Boutique resort in un'isola molto piccola (per noi un pro) ma curata, avevamo una camera Sunset Beach che ci è piaciuta moltissimo, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia che ci ha fatto godere il mare all'ennesima potenza, e annessi tramonti. Il mare è stupendo, la barriera ben conservata (persino due tartarughe quasi sempre davanti alla nostra stanza!), Dive center buono, cibo sempre vario, piscina bellissima. Quello che da una marcia in più è il personale, che ti accoglie e ti coccola come se fossi uno di famiglia! A partire da Jen, i ragazzi dell' Housekeeping, i camerieri che hanno sempre giocato con il bambino, la ragazza della frutta (scusate non ricordo i nomi!), la Dottoressa che ci ha aiutato con nostro figlio...tutti sorridenti, gentili, discreti. Complimenti! Grazie per questi giorni davvero speciali da noi tre :)

From the very first moment, we knew we were in special hands — Alma, Musi, Koyel, Nibu, Jalal, Shayad, and Mohammed (Max) turned our stay at Fushifaru into something we’ll never forget. Each of them added something unique, and together they made this trip truly exceptional for my wife and me. Alma, our host, deserves the biggest thank you — her kindness, attention, and thoughtfulness shaped our entire experience. She made everything feel effortless, personal, and genuinely heartfelt. The food was a highlight every single day. Koyel, your fresh fruits were beautifully prepared and always a joy. Jalal, your live-cooking dishes were world-class — full of flavor and creativity. And Shayad, your breakfast pancakes became our favorite tradition. Our room was always immaculate — cleaned twice a day with so much care. Musi, we noticed every detail and appreciated it deeply. Snorkeling with Nibu was unforgettable — turtles, sharks, stunning reefs, and an almost-manta moment. His passion, knowledge, and calm energy made every trip exciting and safe. And Mohammed (Max) was everywhere — organizing, connecting, supporting, and making sure guests were happy. His presence sets the tone for the whole island. Yes, the turquoise water, soft sand, sunsets, and performances are breathtaking — but it’s the people who make Fushifaru feel like home. We left with full hearts, wonderful memories, and a strong wish to return better sooner than latter. THANK YOU❤️

Cuando vas a Maldivas lo haces con la esperanza de vivir y cumplir un sueño. Y esto fué lo que nos sucedió en Fushifaru Maldives, un lugar mágico en el Océano Índico donde estuvimos en una overwater 8 maravillosos días, ubicado en una pequeña isla paradisíaca, con una vegetación cuidada y exhuberante. Un resort con una decoración elegante y autóctona que reúne toda la calidad y calidez de las tradiciones y hospitalidad maldiva, así como un alto compromiso con la sostenibilidad y preservación de su belleza natural. Del amerizaje en hidroavión, te acogen los tambores y su personal con una emotiva ceremonia de bienvenida ante una hermosa e irreal agua turquesa, que salpica su blanco arenal coralino. Desde ese instante, todo lo que ocurre te hace sentir único y especial. La sonrisa, amabilidad, atención, y cercanía son el alma de cada miembro de su personal sin excepción. Todos ellos son de 10, pendientes de ti en todo momento. Mencionar a Diksha -nuestra host-, por cuidarnos y estar siempre disponible y atenta; a Mosie por tener nuestra water villa impecable y con delicadas sorpresas cada día; a Jalal por cocinarnos tan bien y a Hakee por ser el mejor camarero que se pueda tener, aunque la lista debería recoger a todos y cada uno de los excepcionales profesionales que trabajan en el Korakali, Fanihandi, Raakani, Teppanyaki, Thundi y Raalhu bar. En su precioso arrecife de coral, con mucha fauna marina, puedes disfrutar haciendo snorkel, Kayak, deportes náuticos o excursiones con tiburones, tortugas, mantas o delfines. En Fushifaru Maldivas, el mimo, atención, profesionalidad y exquisitez en el trato, se dieron la mano para dejarnos imágenes, sensaciones, vivencias y recuerdos que perdurarán toda la vida en la memoria de Paola, Antonia y Miguel.
