While the spa facility itself has potential, the management completely ruined the experience. Emilia, the manager at The Vidhun Spa, demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism in her conduct. For a luxury wellness establishment, the customer service standards should be much higher.

It’s very hard to sum up our week of stay in paradise (Park Hyatt Hadahaa). It was truly once in a lifetime stellar 5 star hospitality experience. We did not have to lift a finger. Everything was taken care of for us by the staff at Park Hyatt. Accommodation - Only pictures can do justice to the beautiful villas on the island. We stayed at beach villa and over water villas. There was an element of sustainability in each villa. The villas are spacious, clean, airy and very thoughtfully designed. Activities - The hotel has a long list of experiences to keep guests busy. We enjoyed many activities organized by Park Hyatt. Shahum from Park Hyatt helped us at every step and made our stay memorable. - We did an early morning yoga session with Boni. The session was amazing. He welcomed everyone with lemongrass tea and facilitated a great hatha yoga session. - Monir from the diving center did a great job of leading a dolphin cruise as well as guided snorkelling for us. I am deathly scared of water and his approach made us very comfortable during the snorkelling session. - We had a chef’s garden tour where they showed us how the team is growing vegetables on the island ( bear in mind, the hotel is in the middle of the ocean so access to pantry items, groceries isn’t as easy it as one thinks) - The breakfast service was exceptional

it is quite an experience to be had. the pictures of the resort speak for themselves. we were also very well cared for by the staff. many thanks to our host, Shahum. hopefully it won't be too long before we can return.

Honeymoon at Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa Never having been to the Maldives, but it being on our bucket list, I didn’t know what to expect. Overall the experience I left with was one of so much gratitude, restfulness, love and thankfulness. All around it was such a great experience. From the moment we stepped off the flight in Male being greeted by Max and ushered through the airport. We had to wait in the lounge as our flight was a bit delayed but we were comfortable and he kept us updated the whole way through. The greeting when we got to the island was SO awesome. Being greeted by name was not what I was expecting but such a great detail in making us feel so welcome. The island staff were all amazing and truly made our experience so special. We dined at all the restaurants Frisca, Susanti, Saeed made our breakfast and dinners so special. We loved walking up and seeing them when we came to eat. Krishna did an amazing job when we went to Koi he was very attentive and kind (to all the guests). Our first night at Koi it was storming pretty bad and he was working very hard to make sure the guests were comfortable he had a tough job that night with the rain and heavy wind but he did it all with grace. Our second time at Koi we were able to chat with him more as well as some other guests. It was such a great meal that he and the sushi chef (I forgot his name) made those nights memorable. Also saw Krishna and the sushi chef at breakfast which was also delicious. I got scuba certified- Blue Journey was incredible and made an anxiety inducing experience easy and super exciting. I am officially PADI certified thanks to my instructor Alvin who really guided my in what I needed to know and answered so many questions on diving as well as the reef. It was so much fun exploring the deeper part of the reef (than snorkeling) with him and I can’t wait to come back to go diving with the sharks. We did a three day spa treatment which was incredible my masseuse (Pulnia) was amazing, attentive and guided us both through the treatments. The spa was such a nice experience and will definitely do it again. While the entire experience was already perfect the one who really made it over the top perfect was our host Suki. She was an absolute delight to have and gave us all the information we needed. She made sure we knew we could reach out to her for anything and she helped with reservations, information, facts on the island and also a clinic visit (my husband and his plankton stings- it happens sometimes). She picked us up with an umbrella in the pouring rain after our dinner at Koi and made every detail of our trip perfect. Suki is a gem of the island and really gave us a five star treatment from the moment we stepped on the island to the moment we stepped off. I year was shed as we departed seeing the island disappear in the distance as the team waved us off. The island itself is beautiful the reef is gorgeous and sea life is mesmerizing but the hardworking staff makes the visit truly unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back to visit and are already looking into dates. 😊 thank you for making our honeymoon truly unforgettable.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt at Hadahaa for 8 nights at the end of February into early March. We had a wonderful time. The island is beautiful and serene, the house reef is easy and fun to snorkel, the food is good albeit expensive, and the accomodations are comfortable and well thought out. Where the Park Hyatt really shines though is the service and the staff. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, helpful, and happy to be there. You can tell that they all take real pride in extending warm hospitality to guests and making them feel at home. In my opinion no one exemplifies this level of care and service more than Ahmed in the Blue Journeys dive shop. My wife and I had never gone scuba diving before and we were interested in getting certified and to go diving while in the Maldives. Ahmed loves to dive and loves his job and that passion and skill came through in every training session he had with us. He was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful about his approach to teaching the course to us. With his guidance we completed the course and got to go on a few open water dives with him during our trip. If you think snorkeling is fun, you'll absolutely love diving. There is so much more to see underwater than you can even begin to appreciate just snorkeling on the surface. Diving opens up a whole new world to you that I never even knew existed. I think coming to the Maldives and not diving is honestly a missed opportunity to see something incredible. Again my wife and I had never done scuba before Ahmed taught us so we were beyond novice level but you can learn this skill during your trip and really expand your vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone who is physically able and at all interested. You will not regret it. And do yourself a favor and ask for Ahmed to do your training or to go dive with you if you are already trained. He is such a wonderful person with such a big heart and a true love for the ocean. His pure spirit and bright attitude are absolutely infectious. He's a true asset to the Park Hyatt team and my wife and I would literally come all the way back here just to dive with Ahmed again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Maldives! Stayed a total of 6 nights; 3 nights at the beach villa and another 3 at the overwater bungalows, and it was a spectacular first time at Maldives for the both of us! It was clean, BEAUTIFUL, and very intimate due to the small size of Hadahaa. Feels like we were on a private island during our many morning and evening strolls. The 360 house reef were amazing with plenty of fish, sharks(!!!), and even caught a glimpse of a small turtle! There were an incredible number of baby blacktip reef sharks by the bridge to the overwater villas especially in the morning and evening, presumably their breakfast and dinner times! Shoutout to Akhmed and Naja who took us on several dives including the tiger shark dives! They were calm, collected, and chill as heck, and we loved their company. We felt extremely safe during our tiger shark dive and will not hesitate to join them on our future dives at Park Hyatt. Special shoutout to Avnish Raj, the F&B manager on the property. He made us feel very comfortable and right at home. He took special attention and care on the day I did not feel well, and I truly appreciate his care and service. He is also extremely hardworking; we see him running around from morning till evening helping out other staff members, moving chairs and tables, and yet still find the time to speak with guests and remember what they liked/disliked. Park Hyatt Hadahaa is truly lucky to have Avnish as one of their managers! All the staff members at Park Hyatt were very kind and attentive as well, and I regret not jotting their names down as they were all amazing and friendly. Can’t miss our butlers Suki and Thinn who helped organized and reserve many of our meals and directed us where to go when we were lost! They were very attentive to our needs, punctual, and above all, had impeccable service.
