*Pros:* Location is excellent - right in the center, close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. *Suggestions for improvement:* 1. *Room lighting*: Both the room and bathroom lighting could be brighter for better comfort. 2. *Toiletries*: Please add basics like moisturizer and toothpaste to the amenities. 3. *Breakfast*: The options feel too basic right now. More variety and better taste would make a big difference. 4. *Safety*: No first aid kit available on site, which is important for emergencies. Overall, great location but a few small upgrades would really improve the stay.

This was my second stay at Deevana Resort & Spa, and it certainly won’t be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed my 10-night stay in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Their hospitality really made the experience even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Phuket. Highly recommended!

Great Location and staff. We reached early and they gave us an early checkin and a room upgrade. This is my 2nd stay at Deevana. Great value for money. Rosdee was helful and very pleasant to deal with.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Deevana Plaza Phuket. The location is perfect—it’s tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet, but only a short 7-10 minute walk to Patong Beach, Malin Plaza, and the lively Bangla Road. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and the balcony overlooking the massive swimming pool was a huge plus. Speaking of the pool, the kids loved the water slide! The hospitality here is top-notch; the front desk and staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Phuket!

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, with no problem they couldn't help with. It's location is very convenient for the beach and close to lots of the places you'll be going. The rooms are well looked after and very spacious, especially those with their own pools. Would definitely go back.

Great Hotel... Very quite relaxed atmosphere, just back from the main road. All the staff are very happy, polite, welcoming and hospitable. In the Dictionary, the word hospitable means, warmly and generously welcoming guests, visitors, or even strangers. It goes beyond basic politeness, actively creating an environment where people feel safe, valued, and a sense of belonging. The hotel Deevana is all this. A special thanks to... the Manager Kevin for his visible Leadership, support and excellence a true Manager and a Gentleman 🙏. Mr Sor and his team at breakfast yum 😋 and my room cleaner Mrs Cream, always welcoming full of cheerfulness and cleans immaculately 🌹Well done The Deevana team 👍
