We are a family of 4 with a 2 and 3 year old and it is so important to us that we stay somewhere that is family friendly. Not only did we find this hotel family friendly, but it also has some of the best children’s facilities we have seen in Thailand. The hotel has a full children’s soft play, and a full weekly timetable of activities such as yoga, bracelet making, gaming, etc. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the hotel even offers a shuttle service as it is located on a hill. The pool was clean and there is also a splash pad area and sand pit for the kids. We were full board, and I loved that the food wasn’t buffet style, we could order our dishes from the menu. I would go back for the beef massaman alone. The room was spacious and had a bath, a bed for the kids and some toys and toiletries set out for them. Staff were lovely and friendly, especially Mae on reception and Tat in the canopy. This hotel is a great luxurious option for families with children who want to feel welcome and catered for. We can’t wait to come back again.

It was such a comfortable and delightful stay! We stayed in a family room, and everything was beautifully and perfectly set up. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Dinner was absolutely delicious—I ate so much!—and I really enjoyed the happy hour. The breakfast selection was also amazing with plenty of variety. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, playroom, and kids' club. All the staff members were polite and provided excellent service. We truly hope to come back again!

We stayed here for six nights in November 2025. We had a pool view room with balcony, It was beautiful. The breakfast was an amazing Buffet with eggs made to order and a crêpe station. Our breakfast wasn’t included, which meant our overall cost was less expensive. This was good because some days we just didn’t feel like an entire buffet for breakfast or maybe we felt like a sleep in. Breakfast worked out to be about $12AUD per adult and kids were free. The staff were extremely helpful. We had two pools and a splash park to choose from on our chill days. The walk down to Kata Beach was very short but steep. Fortunately, the hotel provides a free shuttle up the hill every half hour. My only word of advice would be to ensure that all your doors and windows stay closed when the Aircon is on as the floor becomes very very wet and slippery otherwise.

호텔수영장도 생각보다 크고 아이들도 좋아해요. 마지막날 저녁에 조금 문제가 있었지만 잘 해결 되었고 조금 돈을 더주고 프로모션으로 50%티켓을받아 호텔 안 식당어서 한끼 점심도 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 그래서 플레폼을 이용한 호텔 구매도 좋지만 홈페이지에서의 프로모션 상품도 꼭 비교해보시길 추천드립니다. 전 다른 사이트보다 홈페이지가 더 저렴하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 카운터직원 JayDen은 정말 친절하고 좋은 분입니다. 호텔에 조금의 서비스 문제에도 잘도와 주었고 충분히 미안해 했으며 대처도 빨라 좋았습니다. 즐거운시간 만들어줘서 고맙습니다

We had a lovely couple of weeks at this resort in our little family. We chose it because of how dedicated the attention is towards children, from having a separate check-in for them to providing child-friendly amenities in the rooms, a separate splash area near the restaurant and 2 separate kids clubs indoors. Our little one was very happy. And for the parents, we enjoyed really good service overall - we enjoyed the menus at the restaurant/bar, the spa offering was decent and reception was always very helpful with any queries. We had a wonderful family stay of two and a half weeks. The hotel has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and all the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Our kids especially loved the swimming pool and had so much fun with the underwater scooters available to rent. The food was also delicious, with plenty of tasty options, and we particularly enjoyed the evenings when they had live music, which created a great atmosphere. The cocktails at the Canopy Bar were also fantastic and made the evenings even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the GM, Massimo, who was always very helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.
