الفندق عادي جدًا، ولا تغريكم الصور؛ معظم المرافق قديمة ومتهالكة وتحتاج إلى إعادة تأهيل. تعامل الاستقبال يحتاج إلى مزيد من المهنية. الممرات مليئة بالصراصير الحية والميتة، وعزل الغرف ضعيف جدًا لدرجة أنك تسمع خطوات وأصوات من في الخارج. الفطور والأكل أقل من عادي، والمسبح صغير وغير مشجع. كما أن وجود أشخاص مخمورين في وقت متأخر من الليل يجعل الأجواء غير مريحة، خصوصًا للعائلات المحافظة. كذلك، تحتاج إلى المشي لمسافات طويلة للوصول إلى الغرف، والأسعار مرتفعة بشكل غير مبرر مقارنة بالمستوى. المميزات: الموقع جيد، وتوجد بقالة 7-Eleven وصيدلية أسفل الفندق. الفندق يحتاج إلى إعادة تأهيل شاملة وتدريب أفضل للموظفين على التعامل مع العملاء. يستحق نجمتين فقط. ⸻ ⭐⭐ 2 Stars Only The hotel is very average, so don’t be fooled by the pictures. Most facilities are old, worn out, and badly in need of renovation. The reception staff also need to be more professional. The corridors were full of live and dead cockroaches, and the soundproofing was extremely poor—you could hear footsteps and noise from outside. The food and breakfast were below average, and the pool was very small and uninviting. There were also intoxicated guests late at night, making the atmosphere uncomfortable, especially for conservative families. The hotel is quite spread out, requiring a lot of walking to reach the rooms, while the prices are unreasonably high for the quality provided. Pros: Good location, with a 7-Eleven and pharmacy downstairs. Overall, the hotel needs major renovation and better staff training. In my opinion, it deserves only 2 stars.

An Amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. We had booked 2 rooms with pool access. Kids loved it, to waking up in the morning and stepping out straight in the pool was just perfect. Stunning views from the room. Staff was very courteous, especially Tim our attended in the housekeeping, she made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed during our entire trip and paid attention to very small details in the rooms . The location is excellent, hardly 100m from the patong beach road. Everything is conveniently accessible; food, massage, shopping, entertainment etc. Resort is well designed with good architecture. Breakfast also had a good variety. Will definitely come back and stay at this beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at Burasari. Afifi and Nean were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help whenever we had any problems. They were always there for us and made sure everything was taken care of. They also helped us choose the best activities and gave us great recommendations, which made our trip even better. They were amazing with our children, often offering on their own initiative to spend time with them and do fun activities together. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. Thank you so much we highly recommend this place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. We especially want to thank the hotel for taking full responsibility when we experienced a water leak from the ceiling on our balcony. They handled the situation quickly and professionally and upgraded us from our pool-view rooms to beautiful pool access rooms. We truly appreciated their care, responsiveness, and commitment to making sure our stay remained enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and welcoming. We highly recommend Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Phuket and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable!

We have had our first time stay at Burasari and what and wonderful experience! This place is like a peaceful oasis in the middle of bustling Patong. The staff are so caring and attentive. Our room was always clean and comfortable. The daily buffet breakfast - delicious. A special thanks to Ying - our friendly and lovely housekeeper. Deth - makes delicious drinks, always running around and working hard to anticipate our needs before we have expressed them! Jay and Smile at reception - they cared for us exceptionally when my husband had some medical needs. GM Oon should be very pleased with the operation she is running here 💪

Overall stay good - lovely hotel. The restaurant staff were lively, friendly, and great people. The food was also very good. Room service was quick. The rooms have clearly been recently renovated, which was a nice surprise compared to the pictures online. However, the housekeeping service was not consistent standard sometimes an effort was made sometimes not. On a few occasions, the room was not serviced until around 6 pm. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, but communication between team members seemed lacking, which led to some inconsistencies during our stay. The location is great if you enjoy the lively Patong party atmosphere. If you’re looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay, I would 100% recommend staying outside of Patong! I spent a lot of time in Phuket a few years ago, and it definitely doesn’t feel the same now. The warmth, welcome, and kindness shown to tourists seem to have changed compared to my previous visits.
