A real Family Gem in Pattaya!! Stayed there for 2 weeks, Thai wife meet family bla bla!! If you looking for a friendly family holiday, this is your stay. Clean, well planned out, pool area excellent, with very friendly staff. Rooms, very well laid out, cleaned to perfection daily. Breakfast, great choice, something for everyone. Location, away from the madness of Pattaya, but still on Beach Rd Baht Bus route and a 2min walk to Terminal One Shopping Mall. The staff in all dept's are really friendly, and nothing was a hassle for them. Service, facilities & staff are better than a major competitor we would have previously stayed with, at half the price. Will return and recommend.

Отличный отель: всё рядом (максимум 10-15 пешком до самых популярных мест): и кабаре и торговые центры и кафе хоть и с местной едой так и с русской. Есть бассейн взросный и для детей с водной горкой. Отличный вай-фай, кондиционер, сейф, холодильник всё есть!

Came here for the second time in two years. The hotel is still new, clean, and modern, and the staff dress in bright, cheerful colors. Sea-view rooms cost a bit more than city-view ones, but the view is totally worth it both day and night. I’d recommend going for a higher floor—we stayed on the 18th (top floor) and could even see Koh Larn in the distance. The hotel isn’t right on Pattaya Beach, but it’s only about a 200-meter walk. There are plenty of places nearby to hang out and grab food. Right behind the hotel is Terminal 21, which is also an easy walk. The restaurant is spacious, new, and clean, with a wide variety of food—egg station, noodle bar, and a pretty extensive buffet. The taste is good, though not quite outstanding. The pool is clean and clear, with a kids’ slide and a lifeguard on duty. The downsides: the room is a bit small—once you add an extra bed, there’s barely any space to walk. Also, there’s no bathtub. If the room had a bathtub, everything would be perfect. However, this is still one of my favorite hotels in Pattaya, and I’d definitely recommend it to others, especially family trip.

I stayed at this hotel for one night as part of my 8 days trip to Pattaya, where I visited three different hotels. I wanted to test the service and facilities here, and here is my honest feedback. Pros: The location is excellent—just across from Terminal 21 and a short walk to the beach. Getting around via public transport or Grab is very convenient. Additionally, the bed and pillows were exceptionally soft and comfortable. Being on a high floor meant no noise from the street, which was great for resting. Cons: Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Despite having several items—a 26-inch suitcase, two extra bags, and a laptop—the bell staff didn’t offer to help, even though the lobby wasn't busy. This was a stark contrast to the other two hotels I stayed at. The room itself felt quite small for this price range in Pattaya. Facilities were also lacking; there was no room service for food or drinks, and no clock or speakers. Most importantly, I had issues with the electrical outlets. Only one worked, while the others wouldn't charge my laptop. Overall: The stay was average. While the bed was great and the location perfect, the lack of service and limited room facilities left me unimpressed. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Très bon hôtel, grand parking, accueil et ambiance de qualité, chambres modernes avec vue sur la baie de Pattaya, buffet varié et fourni, piscine agréable. Emplacement idéal entre le Terminal 21 et la plage. Je recommande fortement !

สถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมดี อยู่ใกล้ห้าง เดินไปชายหาดไม่ใกล้ แต่ไม่ติดหาด ห้องภาพไม่ใหญ่มาก ค่อยข้างแคปสำหรับราคานี้ แต่เตียงและหมอน นุ่ม นอนสบายมาก ทำให้ได้พักผ่อนแบบเต็มที่ ส่วนพนักงานและการบริการกลางๆ ไม่มีบริการช่วยถือสัมภาระหรือกระเป๋าเดินทางแม้จะของเยอะก็ตาม ที่นี่เน้นบริการตัวเองค่ะ
