Grand Mercure Phuket Patong Hotel

We stayed at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong from 15th to 20th May 2026 in Room No. 538. After breakfast, we visited the “Ryn Spa” inside the hotel to book a spa appointment. Initially, the staff offered us a 50% discount, and we agreed. I simply said that we would go to our room and bring the payment amount. However, when we returned with the money, they suddenly told us that the 50% offer had been cancelled. The behavior felt very unprofessional and unfair. It seemed like after seeing other wealthy customers around, they decided not to honor the offer given to us. This is completely misleading and a very wrong way to do business with tourists and hotel guests. When I politely asked for clarification, the lady at the spa reception behaved very rudely and said, “Please go, we are cancelling your appointment.” Instead of explaining properly, she started speaking disrespectfully just because we questioned the sudden cancellation. Very disappointing experience and poor customer handling. Guests should be treated equally and with respect.

家族4人2部屋で宿泊、トイレットペーパーも流せるし、朝食も安心して野菜が食べれます。立地的にもパトンビーチや繁華街に遠すぎず近すぎず。 浴槽は高く設定されており、完全にトイレと別れていない。ご年配で足腰が悪い方は使用するのに介護が必要レベルなのでオススメしない。 1つだけ気になったのは、指定された場所だけしか喫煙できない。と言われたのに廊下に灰皿が各所に置かれてる。それを暗黙の了にをするなら、チェックインでハッキリ言ってほしい。

We stayed at Grand Mercure Patong last year and loved it so much that we came back again this trip. What made this stay extra special was that the staff actually remembered us and welcomed us back with such kindness, including this beautiful setup in our room. The service here is honestly outstanding. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. The rooms are beautiful, clean and relaxing, the location is perfect, and the whole resort has such a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything in Patong. It’s little personal touches like this that make a place unforgettable. Thank you again to all the amazing staff at Grand Mercure Patong for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back again!

Everything was beautiful, and we stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Unfortunately, on the third day we had an unpleasant experience with a staff member named OIL, and we felt very disappointed. Her attitude was harsh and unwelcoming, which made us uncomfortable to the point that we decided not to continue our stay and checked out earlier than planned because of the way she treated us. The rest of the staff were very kind, friendly, welcoming, and easy to deal with. However, this employee made us feel as if she was telling us to leave the hotel through her attitude and tone. She was also speaking to the other staff in a way that sounded like she was questioning why they were being flexible or helpful with us. We truly appreciated the kindness of the other employees, but sadly this experience affected our overall impression of the hotel.

A Wonderful Stay at Grand Mercure Patong I had a very enjoyable stay at the Grand Mercure Patong. From the moment you check in, you’re greeted by a spacious lobby overlooking the beautiful interior of the resort. It immediately reminded me of the resort hotels in Mexico, with its tropical atmosphere and open design. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They always greeted guests with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcome. I arrived before the official check-in time, so I left my luggage with the front desk and went to explore Patong. Before I left, one of the staff members stopped me and offered me an umbrella because it looked like it might rain. It was a small but thoughtful gesture that left a great first impression. I booked a room with direct pool access, and I highly recommend it if your budget allows. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I especially appreciated that it had a dehumidifier, which is almost essential in Patong’s humid climate. Without one, the moisture in the air can quickly make a room feel damp. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It’s right in the heart of Patong, with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife all within walking distance. Patong Beach is also just a short walk away, and the hotel even provides a complimentary shuttle service, which was a nice convenience. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was an excellent selection of both Western and Asian dishes, everything was well organized and clean, and the quality was consistently good. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every morning during my stay and felt it offered excellent value. Overall, I had a great experience at Grand Mercure Patong. While I wouldn’t personally rate it as a true five-star luxury resort, it comes very close and certainly has the potential to earn that distinction. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service in Patong.

Stay in this hotel if your want to enjoy one of the best location for shopping, Bangla road, nearby attractions in Patong. All is at walking distance so no hassle roaming around till late night. Do not expect a resort like feeling but a best location to enjoy shopping, happening places within 1 km. Breakfast is good and staff are most caring and friendly. The lobby was not air conditioned and their staff were sweating in the humid conditions but working with smile and checked us in with welcome drink and a cold towel. Accor management must think of the comfort of their front desk employees with suitable conditions.
