We had an incredible stay at Mövenpick Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok! ⭐️ The stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming, and cooperative, and a special thanks to Mr. Dean for upgrading our suite and providing us with such wonderful support throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made our experience even more special. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety and delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would happily stay at again. Highly recommended! ❤️🏨✨

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Bangkok Sukhumvit 15 from 4 to 10 May 2026. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. As a Platinum member, check-in and check-out were effortlessly smooth, with immediate confirmation of our executive lounge access. The executive lounge was a genuine highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the famous Mövenpick Chocolate Hour, a delightful treat, as well as the impressive selection of drinks and food on offer throughout the day. It made every evening feel special. The pool and gym are both excellent, well-maintained, spacious, and never overcrowded. The property's location is superb: just a short walk from the BTS Skytrain station, and the hotel's complimentary shuttle to Terminal 21 (running every 30 minutes) made shopping and exploring the city incredibly convenient. A very special thank you to the wonderful team members who made our stay truly memorable: Tunva, Ja, Samadrita, Olaf, Gill, and Rita. Each of them went above and beyond with warm, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt service. It is rare to find a team so consistently outstanding. This is unquestionably a five-star property delivering five-star service. We left with wonderful memories and will absolutely return. Highly recommended for couples seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience in Bangkok.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15. The location is excellent, right in the Sukhumvit area, close to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, yet slightly tucked away from the main road, which makes it quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed, with very comfortable beds and good soundproofing. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service level matched the hotel’s standards. A nice highlight was the daily chocolate hour, which adds a pleasant touch to the experience. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, with both international and local options. The rooftop pool and bar are great for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Overall, Mövenpick Sukhumvit 15 offers excellent comfort, good service, and strong value for money. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and business travelers visiting Bangkok.

Rooms were very spacious clean and well equipped. Service was brilliant with efficient delivery and support even past 12am. The manager Chang and Koko the bell boy were very helpful and proactive in guiding us to efficient recommendation and help around the area. They are an asset to the hotel. While the rest of the staff too were not far behind. Importantly, all our goods were in safe hands with honest and professional staff.

Mein Partner und ich haben hier ein paar wundervolle Tage verbracht und uns direkt in die Atmosphäre des Mövenpick Sukhumvit 15 verliebt. Wer das quirlige, laute Bangkok kennt, weiß, wie wertvoll ein Ort ist, der sich wie ein Rückzugsort anfühlt. Das hat uns verzaubert: Die Lage am Ende der Soi 15 ist perfekt – man ist mitten im Geschehen, hört aber nachts nur das sanfte Plätschern der hoteleigenen Wasserfälle. Besonders romantisch waren unsere Abende in der Rainforest Rooftop Bar. Unter den Lichtern der Stadt einen Cocktail zu trinken, während eine warme Brise weht, war definitiv ein Highlight unserer Reise. Auch die tägliche Chocolate Hour ist ein süßes Detail, das uns jeden Nachmittag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit kleinen Gesten sehr bereichert. Der einzige Wermutstropfen: So sehr wir das Ambiente und die Auswahl beim Frühstück auch genossen haben, gab es einen Punkt, der nicht ganz zum restlichen Luxus passte: das Brot. Während die warmen Speisen und das Obst hervorragend waren, wirkte die Brotauswahl leider oft altbacken und trocken. Für ein Hotel mit Schweizer Wurzeln, die ja für ihre Backkunst bekannt sind, hatten wir uns hier etwas mehr Frische und Knusprigkeit erhofft. Fazit: Abgesehen von den Brötchen war es ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt. Wer ein stilvolles, romantisches Hotel mit exzellentem Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder – und hoffen beim nächsten Mal auf einen frischeren Brotkorb!

雖然要行6分鐘才到鐵路站，但酒店每半小時有Tok Tok接載住客到附近鐵路站。 Check in時，服務員已幫我們安排所有入住事情，包括連接wifi，搬行李，還細心地遞上飲品及送上welcome drink。 酒店環境寧靜、舒服。每一位服務員也主動、友善、好客、細心。 食物質素非常好，每天早餐會有少少轉變。 很滿意這趟體驗，下次再來曼谷要先考慮這間酒店。 再次感謝每位服務員的熱情接待。♥️♥️♥️🌹
