A Spacious Gem in Bangkok – Amazing Service and Huge Rooms! We booked our stay at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Asoke Residence completely by surprise. We walked into the reception in the middle of the night, two days before our planned check-in, and a very nice guy at the front desk provided excellent service and helped us book our room. We came to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it was the perfect choice. • The Room: If you don't want to settle for the average small rooms in Bangkok, this is the place. We booked the Deluxe Suite and the room was simply massive (84 sqm!), equipped with a kitchenette and a huge fridge. It felt like a pampering apartment. • Location: Fantastic! It was very close and convenient to the Skytrain (BTS), which made traveling to the city center quick and easy. • Facilities & Food: The hotel's pool is stunning. It’s near the breakfast and lunch restaurant and the gym. • Service: The service throughout our stay was amazing. I specifically want to commend Mind from the hotel staff, who was incredible and helped us patiently and with a smile with every question we had. Overall, it was really nice to experience a hotel of this level during our stay in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Hôtel trop cher pour le standing ce n'est pas un vrai 5 étoiles attention scam ! Très très vieilot et Sale 1550€ pour 6j c'est injustifié pour le standing offert pas de pression d'eau un fin filet d'eau couleur rouille problème de climatisation je met un échantillon de photos en a trop 😅a fuire la manager n'a pas voulu nous laisser partir elle disait qu'on était obligé de rester les 6jours 🤣🤣 Sur un ton agressif et désagréable, je l'ai invitée à loger elle-même dans la crasse. Nos enfants et nous-mêmes étions habitués à la propreté, mais nous avons été obligés de payer une nuit sans y dormir. Après plusieurs heures de voyage, nous étions trop fatigués pour lutter. Nous logement actuellement au radissone 1km plus loin avec une chambre plus petite mais très propre.

This is my 2md stay here and I just extended. The rooms are huge, clean and very well equipped. The position is really unbeatable - right near Asok station, yet on a very quiet soi with some great cafes, restaurants and bars. Finally, the staff are all great - Mind was very helpful tonight with great customer service.

Great stay. I’ve stayed in other mid priced hotels in Bangkok, this one was nice. Great location, close to Sukumvit Rd., but still far enough down soi 19 to give you a quiet stay. Rooms are large and appointed nicely. Front reception staff and bell service are always greeting you with a smile, “very welcoming”.

I had an amazing experience staying here. From our stay to every amenities, everything was so perfect. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing for our family. Reception staff including Mr. Book, Miss Belle(The Manager), Miss Fon, Miss Way, and Miss Mind(Night Receptionist) all were excellent and were very helpful. The American breakfast was good and the best part was the sandwich. Basic but delicious. Miss Kwan was absolutely helpful throughout the breakfast everyday. We were delighted to have a stay in this property. Thank you so much Grand Mercure❤️

I was there on the early of April for vacation with my family and 7 dogs, yes you read it right With my toddler and her 7 dogs (4 huskies, 1 golden retriever, 1 bulldog, 1 south eastern) This place is totally pet friendly!!! I love how they let the pets go on the bed and sofa and they even prepared pet bowls and pads for us. The location is brilliant, truly center of the city. The staff are so kind. Thank you น้องโมส น้องปกรณ์ when we checked in for taking care of our big fam คุณนุช for snack and chicken for the dogs น้องมาย น้องเวย์ The receptionists for looking after my bulldog when I was in a quick food grabbing คุณปู คุณหนุ่ย for helping us with the huge suitcases! คุณส้ม for a clean room everyday And คุณเชอรี่ for really taking good care of us Will surely be back I highly recommended ❤️
