Caution: Pool in the Pool Villa is only 90 cm deep Our stay at Meliá Phuket was overall pleasant, but with some clear drawbacks. Positive: The resort is very well maintained, and the beach is beautiful and pleasantly quiet. The service was generally friendly and helpful – from reception to room dining service, although it could be a bit faster. The villa itself is modern, stylishly designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Negative: The biggest disappointment was the pool in the pool villa: with a depth of only 90 cm, it does not meet expectations for a high-quality pool villa. The breakfast is okay, but nothing special – guests who value high quality might be disappointed. A major issue was the large number of mosquitoes throughout the resort. Even though sprays and coils were provided, we still got many bites. In addition to mosquitoes, we also encountered cockroaches. Therefore, make sure to always keep all doors properly closed – this way we avoided having them in the bedroom, but they were present outside and in the bathroom. The door between the bathroom and the outside was not sealed properly, allowing many mosquitoes to enter. Also, the prices for pool pavilions (2000 Baht plus 3000 Baht minimum consumption) are extremely high for Thai standards. Conclusion: A beautiful resort with great service and a quiet location, but with clear weaknesses regarding the pool, mosquito issue, and overall value for money.

不要來！！！希望我的評論能讓你們多考慮一點，能救一個是一個 我入住的時間是九月初，住的是有戶外浴缸的房型，房間號是p204 1. 有戶外浴缸的房型，雖然在二樓，但牆壁極矮，僅有稀疏的植物遮擋視野，但完全擋不住，泡澡時能被一樓的路人看到裸體。完全沒有隱私 2. 水只提供一人1瓶 ，額外請求櫃檯送水到房間，連續兩次請求4瓶水只送來2瓶。送來的玻璃罐很髒，表面很多磨損痕跡 3. 旅館的門口，夜晚完全沒有路燈，全黑。非常陰森可怕，如果想離開是沒有辦法的 4. 半夜被空調噪音吵醒 唯一的優點，服務態度很友善，早餐食物也好吃 這完全不是一間面面俱到的旅館，很多細節都沒有處理好。例如，入住辦理等很久，大廳很熱、沒有電風扇、也不提供水，整體感覺是能讓你花錢就花錢的地方，冰箱塞滿要付費的食物(沒有給你空間)，接駁車下車點離房間有一點距離，以為是獨棟的房間但其實不是，是跟別人共用(你住二樓，有其他人住一樓)，住二樓的話要爬樓梯。房間設施是失敗的:有蚊蟲、路人看得到你泡澡。房間內用餐，點的泡麵也被告知沒有了。門口完全沒有路燈，非常陰森。活動提供的免費爆米花油耗味非常重。空調噪音很大聲。 每個單一微小不足單獨看都還能接受，但全部都一起發生了。很令人難過 再次重申，我其實不是很重視隱私的人，但是浴缸放在路人看得到的位置真的太誇張了 我在普吉島住了同價位的 villa 有三家，這間的體驗是極低於這個價位的水準的:位置差、隱私安全感低。這裡作為過夜需求是可以的，但是作為度假地點是非常糟糕的，體驗極差 原本以為這裡離 機場 近所以旅行最後一天住這裡，但這裡搭飯店的計程車去機場要1500泰銖，要20分鐘，其實沒有很近。延遲退房是收費的(3600泰銖)。這個地點也不適合作為"離機場近、搭飛機前"的選擇。這個地點也不適合作為度假，太惱人了

Stayed at Melia Phuket Mai Khao recently. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The staff are generally kind and friendly, especially Aon and Jar, who were very helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. The Italian restaurant Gaia was one of the best parts of the hotel — great chefs, delicious food, and excellent service. However, the hotel management still needs improvement. There are too many mosquitoes and insects around the property, which made the stay uncomfortable at times. The overall service is not fully at the level expected from a luxury resort. Sometimes when guests request something, the hotel is not very accommodating and can feel quite restrictive. Another disappointment was the minibar policy. For a hotel in this category, the minibar should really be included in the room rate, especially considering the already high prices throughout the resort. Breakfast also had very limited halal food options. The hotel has beautiful rooms and potential to be excellent, but management and guest experience still need more attention.

The facilities are a highlight, especially the large swimming pool and well-maintained common areas. The resort also offers a good range of dining options, with quality food and a mix of local and international dishes. Breakfast is particularly impressive, with plenty of variety. Service is generally warm and professional, with staff who are attentive and eager to help, contributing to a smooth and pleasant stay. Ms Butter was so helpful. The location is peaceful, making it ideal for those looking to unwind, though it may feel slightly removed from busier nightlife or shopping areas. Overall, Melia Phuket is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, style, and relaxation in a serene setting.

Our stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao was truly exceptional. After a very long flight, we were warmly welcomed by Sareena at reception, who did everything possible to ensure we could relax as quickly as possible. Thanks to her efficient service, we were enjoying our private pool in less than an hour. We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager, Luc, who greeted us with delicious Thai tea and refreshments. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The resort is beautifully designed, with elegant architecture, peaceful koi ponds, two fantastic swimming pools, a pristine beach, and excellent facilities. We especially loved the pool by the beach with direct access to the Gaia restaurant and bar. I also used the gym every day. It was spotless, well air-conditioned, and stocked with towels, drinking water, fresh fruit, and showers. The staff even arrived early every morning—despite heavy tropical rain—to prepare the gym before opening, which perfectly reflected their outstanding dedication and hospitality. The location is ideal, only 12 minutes from Phuket Airport, and convenient for exploring the island by car. Our only minor criticism is that the villas could benefit from better soundproofing. We had a noisy neighbour on our first night, but the hotel staff resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend Meliá Phuket Mai Khao and look forward to returning 🫶🇹🇭🌺🏝️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Melia Phuket Mai Khao. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. A special thank you to FAii from the reception team for her warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout our stay. We were also delighted by the beautiful birthday surprise arranged for my wife, which made our visit even more special and memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. We look forward to returning in the future. 😊
