We stayed in Dusit Thani during Christmas holidays. The prices were 10 times higher than for ordinary days. The room was good,well maintained,renovated. As our room was on the first floor some kind of warms that live in the roots of pine trees were coming through the hole of the balcony door. We infrotmed the staff about it and were told that it was normal here. The food was good, variable and tasty. We preferred to have breakfast in the main restaurant . There were tasty waffles. Breakfast served in another place we didn’t like,all vegetables and fruits looked unfresh,had flies. You can notice monitor lizards living on the territory of the hotel. Sometimes they get into the pool. There are Japanese carps living in the pond. The beach is nice and clean,broad and long. It was very enjoyable to take a walk along this beach. SPA is wonderful, I can recommend it, I found the staff very professional. There is a good kids club on the territory of the hotel. In the whole the hotel is good and can be recommended to stay.

We landed at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket and honestly, the beach is what got me first — Bang Tao is one of the best stretches of sand on the island, and so few hotels actually sit right on it the way this one does. We stayed at the room with garden access, and I loved that... no stairs, no lobby maze, just step outside and you're already among the palms and lawn. One evening we wandered over to Casuarina Beach Club for dinner, and wow, the sashimi platter alone was worth the trip, plus a gorgeous sunset and a little fire show while we ate. Meanwhile our kids were off having their own adventure at the activity room, and the marshmallow campfire night became the highlight of their whole trip!

We stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon. It was our final stop on a 2 week tour around Thailand. This hotel is just on the beach and has a great pool. If a relaxing chill vibe with air conditioned rooms is what you’re looking for, then this spot is it. If a more action packed holiday is what you are after, I would definitely recommend booking a hotel closer to the main town. They have happy hour in the bar and a live singer which definitely adds to the experience. I can’t say enough nice things about the Laguna Cafe, bar and reception staff. The Thai restaurant on site had to be a standout food wise. It was just amazing! The beach club on the other hand, we booked a table along the beach during the day, when we arrived all the tables were full bar one. After 10mins of being sat down, no one came to offer us a menu or any drinks, we had to go looking for the staff. When we turned to look for the staff that appeared to be playing with the DJ stand and dancing to the music. Another 15mins followed when we finally had someone come over to take our order. From the time we sat down, to the time our first course was in front of us was just shy of the hour mark. Very slow service. But other than that, very happy with the overall stay.

Stayed here with my parents for a few days. The hotel was really comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are clean, the food is good. We spent our days on the beach and by the pool, the pool cafe team - Tam, Yot, Yan, Milo, Tiffy, Banle, Ice were all so friendly and attentive. At the beach restaurant Susie and Minchet were also so friendly and helpful. One thing I would keep in mind is if you’re wanting to visit old town and other tourist sites this hotel is a bit far, but if beach and chill is all you’re looking for I would recommended staying here. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Phuket was truly a dream and an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt so welcomed, cared for and genuinely looked after. The beautiful location, the stunning surroundings and, most of all, the warmth and kindness of the entire team made our stay incredibly special. And this trip became even more unforgettable for us because my boyfriend proposed to me on the beach during our stay – and we are now engaged! The fact that this beautiful moment happened here at Dusit Thani Phuket makes this place incredibly special to us, and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team. Everyone we met was so kind, friendly and attentive. It was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests, and all the little personal touches made us feel much more than just guests. A very special thank you goes to Ms. Wilaiporn at the reception. She went above and beyond to help us and made so much effort to make sure we had such a beautiful room. She also arranged something very special for my boyfriend’s birthday, which meant so much to us. We truly appreciate everything she did to make our stay even more memorable. We would also like to give a special thank you to Ms. Pooh at the bar. We really took her to our hearts and enjoyed our lovely conversations with her so much. Meeting such warm and genuine people is one of the things that makes travelling so special. A big thank you to Mr. Bird, who prepared our omelettes and Eggs Benedict every morning. He always greeted us with such a friendly smile, and his kindness made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. We also want to thank Ms. Aree from the breakfast team, who always made sure we had the best table and somehow already knew exactly what we liked and what we wanted. That kind of personal attention made us feel truly cared for. A special thank you as well to Mr. Chai at the pool, who always brought us our towels with such a warm smile and friendly attitude. These little moments really made a difference. And of course, thank you to Ms. Ging at the Beach Club, who always made sure we had a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset. Those evenings by the beach will definitely be some of our favourite memories from Thailand. Thank you to every single person at Dusit Thani Phuket. ❤️ You all made us feel so welcome, comfortable and truly at home. It was not only the beautiful hotel that made our stay so special, but above all the wonderful people who work there. Our stay was a real dream, and now we have even more reason to remember it forever. We arrived as a couple and left engaged. We are incredibly grateful for all the kindness, smiles, conversations and little details that made this stay unforgettable. Dusit Thani Phuket will always be a very special place for us, and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you for making one of the most beautiful chapters of our lives even more magical. The hotel is amazing with spacious rooms and sea views. The pool is really big and the breakfast a big buffet to choose from. We had an amazing experience there even though it's far away from the center. Still, there are restaurants and supermarkets near and the taxi is very cheap.
