Our stay at Senseana Sea Side Resort & Aquadventure was truly exceptional, and what made it unforgettable was the incredible people who work there. From the very first day, we felt genuinely cared for. The staff spoiled us in every possible way — attentive, thoughtful, and always ready to help regardless of the time or request. It’s clear that everyone working at this hotel takes great pride in both the place and the experience they create for their guests. Service was consistently excellent: food and drinks were always served on time, and every interaction came with warmth and professionalism. What stood out most was how well they balanced attentiveness with respect for privacy. We always felt important and looked after, yet never overwhelmed. Our whole family was taken care of beautifully — every single member of the team contributed to that feeling. The resort itself is stunning and very well designed, especially for families. The waterpark area is perfect for kids to enjoy while adults can relax nearby, making it an ideal balance for everyone. While all staff were amazing, we would like to give special recognition to Tony, Mario, Patryk, Anastasia, and Aleksandra for their outstanding service. Also, a special mention to the lovely lady at breakfast service who wore glasses and always said “thank you” in her own unique, warm way — her smile made every morning brighter. We came back to SenSeana for the second year in a row, and once again, we had a wonderful time! The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The main pool is great, and the water slide pool was absolutely fantastic! The food is really tasty. The selection can get a little repetitive, but honestly, that’s pretty normal for a busy all-inclusive resort. The quality was good throughout our stay, so we had no complaints. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. They genuinely make you feel like family. A special mention to George, the bartender. He remembered us and our son from last year, greeted us with big hugs, and took such good care of us every day. He even surprised our son with a birthday gift, which was such a lovely gesture! And Lisa at reception. We remembered her from last year when she was working at the kids' club, so it was really nice to see her at the front desk this time. She recognized us right away and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had another fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back again!

skvělý rodinný hotel, všude blízko, vše po ruce, velmi dobré jídlo, plaz použitelná i při vlnách, určite doporučujeme pokoje s vlastním nebo sdíleným bazénem, jinak počítejte ze musíte rucnikovat u hl bazénu, v dětském světě bylo místo vždy, vodni atrakce pro dětí všeho věku, fajn kids club, animace taky ok, půjčovna aut u hotelu taky vše OK, počítejte ze hotel není upe klidny, při našem pobytu dost hostu co je akčních až do 1h ranní, bohužel jsme měli pokoj s dveřmi 2 metry od teras pokojů s výřivkami, kde hoste chodili spat až v 1h a dveře nejsou dost odhlučněné, takže velký hluk až do ránaa neda se spat

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to help with any request, always with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing and welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of thought goes into making guests feel comfortable and cared for. The service we received during our stay was exceptional and made our vacation even more enjoyable.

We came as a big group of about 20 family members and we all had an amazing time. Would firstly like to give a big thank you to all the staff at this hotel. The hospitality is on another level, always smiling and attentive and making sure we had everything we needed at every moment. The bar staff and the snack bar staff were always smiling and up for a laugh this just added to the experience. Also another big shout out to the reception manager couldn't thank him enough for all his assistance with any issues we had. Entertainment - adult entertainment was really good enjoyed it. Kids evening entertainment could use some work, but hard to judge as it's not the holiday period. The kids park and the splash park are really good. More stuff like the bubble party which was really fun is needed.

We got back a few weeks ago from a wonderful 4-day stay at this resort, and my family and I are already planning our return. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Michael (the manager), Staveoula, Paris, and the rest of the staff – nothing was ever too much trouble. It was our son’s birthday during our stay, and they really went above and beyond to make it special and enjoyable. We stayed in a jacuzzi room, which was absolutely worth it – clean, modern, and well-maintained. The all-inclusive offering was great overall. Good quality drinks (the strawberry mojitos, red wine, and Prosecco were favourites), a varied breakfast and dinner selection, and a solid lunch offering – though slightly longer lunch hours would make it even better. The are also two à la carte restaurants on the resort which are a nice touch. What stood out most was the staff – from reception to the restaurants, pool bar, and lifeguard, everyone was genuinely kind and attentive. We had a really memorable stay and will definitely be back.
