We loved every minute of our stay there. We intended to only stay 3 nights but ended up extending our stay another 2 nghts. That says it all. We took 2 direct pool access rooms near the restaurant. The lovely front office officer Ms Rose arranged for us to have connecting rooms. Mr Pluem also helped us with any enquiries we had. All the staff were very cheerful and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Having the pool access meant it was lovely just to jump in the pool and back to your room in a jiffy. We even managed a peek at the villas which were just as nice for future stays. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was actually pretty good. Breakfast was also pretty nice and delicious. It was nice having breakfast and having a nice view as we were on a hill. The hotel even arranged a birthday cake at breakfast to surprise me. It is the little things that really make a Hotel great. The spa was also fantastic. We had all our muscle knots massaged out. Very very nice indeed. Location is pretty good we were not to close to Aonang Beach where it was busy. There are loads of eateries 5 minutes down from the hotel and for shopping you could take a shuttle from the hotel to the beach. We drove ourselves to Krabi which meant it was easier for us. We went to Aonang Landmark which was a more pleasant place to window shop. Lots of eateries as well there. Our only complaint was the unstable internet service but we could live with it. The good in this case outweighed the wifi in a land slide. We were actually walk-in guests so we had scouted quite a few hotel around Krabi. Definite a return stay Hotel to Phu Pi Mann Resort.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Located near the mosque and also the shops and halal restaurants especially 7-11 and May & Zin so it was so easy for us to find halal food. This resort serves halal breakfast too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great 4D3N staying in this resort with a spacious room and incredible view from our room.

This hotel was the 12th accommodation during our trip around Thailand, and it was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation — the most luxurious place we would experience. Unfortunately, apart from the beautiful view from the pool and the fact that the hotel regularly sprayed the area against mosquitoes, there was very little we actually enjoyed. The price-to-quality ratio was honestly the worst out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip. The upper pool, which was the main reason we booked this hotel, was in very poor condition. Tiles were falling off, and we cut our feet on them several times. Some of the umbrellas were also broken and could not even be opened. The lower pool was in better condition, but the toilets connected to it were located very far away, which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was also a major issue throughout our stay. It either did not work properly at all or kept disconnecting constantly, making it difficult to load anything reliably. The room itself also had issues. There were bugs crawling on the wooden wall behind the bed — we killed around six of them during our stay. There was even a dead cockroach outside our room. One thing we did appreciate was the room service setup, especially the coffee machine and the fact that coffee capsules were regularly replenished. We were also given a room connected to another room by an internal door. Around 7:00 in the morning, the guests next door repeatedly tried to open our door because they thought it was their wardrobe, which was very unpleasant. On top of that, we could clearly hear very loud sexual noises from the neighboring room in the morning, which was extremely uncomfortable to wake up to and showed that the soundproofing was very poor. As a tip, we would also like to mention that the markets near the mosque below the hotel were excellent — everything we ate and drank there was very tasty and worth visiting.

We chose this hotel after seeing it all over TikTok and at the top of Agoda. The photos looked modern and inviting, but the reality didn’t quite match. The best part is the breakfast area, which has a lovely view over the mountains and pool. There are two pools, which is a plus, but they didn’t look as clean or well maintained as expected. Check in felt a bit cold and communication was difficult due to limited English. We were told no upgrades were available, even though rooms showed online. The main issue was the room. It was very dark, quite dated, and not like the photos. The sheets on the first night were dirty and one of the lamps was flickering. We asked for new pillows, which took some time but housekeeping were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, even after daily cleaning, we received stained sheets again over the next couple of days, some with marks and small holes. For a four star hotel, this was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has a great view and potential, but cleanliness and room quality need improvement. Not quite what we expected.

un établissement propre, à proximité de la rue principale et de la magnifique mosquée. Un personnel sympathique et à l’écoute des clients. Très jolie piscine. Chambre très spacieuse, bien climatisée. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Un peu de trajet pour aller dans la salle du petit déjeuner, mais présence de navette sur demande.
