Here's a polished review you can post: We recently stayed at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The resort is located in a quieter part of Phuket, making it a great choice if you're looking to escape the crowds, while still being close enough to Phuket Town for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The beach is peaceful with calm waters, perfect for relaxing or a gentle swim. However, if you're looking for large waves and a classic surf beach, this may not be the place, as it faces the Gulf (sheltered bay) and the sea is generally very calm. We did experience some confusion regarding the breakfast arrangement. Whether it was because we misunderstood the explanation at check-in or the information could have been communicated more clearly, it led to several days of uncertainty. Thankfully, Micky stepped in and helped resolve the issue. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made a significant difference to our stay. Micky's service truly went above and beyond. He was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a pleasant experience. His excellent customer service deserves special recognition. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the water, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day out. Overall, we had a memorable stay, made even more special as we celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday. A big thank you to Micky for his outstanding hospitality.

A huge thank you to everyone at Pullman Phuket for making our honeymoon so memorable. This is a beautiful, well-designed hotel with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The complimentary shuttles to Old Town and Central Phuket are a great touch, the on-site facilities and activities are fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. But what truly makes this hotel special is the people. Every single member of staff we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to Julian, Micky and Qis, who were all incredibly caring, thoughtful, and exceptional at what they do. This is a wonderful hotel in its own right, but as is so often the case, it's the staff who make it unforgettable and this hotel is no exception. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere to truly switch off, unwind, and be looked after. Thank you again for such a special stay!

A truly beautiful resort! The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with stunning views of the bay. The pool area is truly charming, and its location at Cape Panwa feels like a hidden gem compared to the busier areas of Phuket. Especially Yogi, who is always smiling, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed in the breakfast area. It’s attentive service like this that turns a good stay into an extraordinary one. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Hospitality and a Beautiful 4-Night Stay We had a wonderful four-night stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort and would rate our experience 9.5 out of 10. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing holiday. What made our stay truly special, though, was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. A special thank you to Natty for welcoming us so kindly and helping with our room upgrade. We also appreciated Samkhwan for the smooth airport pickup, Julian for helping with our luggage and recommending good restaurants, Nat for arranging the buggy whenever needed, Tommy for assisting us with our luggage, and En for helping us order room service late at night. Although we were unable to meet Mr. Vincent, we appreciated his support as well. The restaurant teams deserve particular praise. At Edge Restaurant, Aew, Thomas, Hem, Muhammed and Para took excellent care of us. Air at Tamarind Restaurant gave us very good vegetarian recommendations. At Aqua Restaurant, Chef Raju and Ramyo were especially helpful and made sure we had suitable choices. We also had a lovely experience at Talay Spa with Yah and Nina. As vegetarians on the all-inclusive package, we were happy with the staff’s efforts to suggest suitable dishes and make adjustments wherever possible. The food quality was good, but the vegetarian options were somewhat limited and became repetitive between lunch and dinner. We would strongly recommend adding more vegetarian and vegan dishes to the all-inclusive menu, especially across different cuisines. Overall, this was a memorable stay with excellent hospitality, a relaxing atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We would happily recommend Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort and would love to return.

We only stayed 2 nights at the Pullman Panwa Beach but had a great experience. We got upgraded to a villa with a private pool which was amazing. The Villa was spacious, clean and great privacy for the pool. Beds were comfortable and the staff quickly installed a spare single bed so the 2 kids had their own. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choice. For dinner and lunch you can order from the book bar but there are also some great options just outside the resort. All the staff were very friendly, special mention to Micky who was so friendly and always looking after us. At the Tamarind restaurant, Bia was great, very good advice to get medium spicy and not full on spicy as our poor European stomach are not built for that! lol Overall, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing, with a setting that feels perfect for switching off and enjoying Phuket. The views and overall atmosphere made it a really special place to stay. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful, warm and accommodating throughout our stay. They made everything feel easy and welcoming, and their kindness genuinely added to the experience. A particular shout out to Qis for a very warm welcome, Julian for his care and attention during our stay and extra help when we needed it and Micky for checking in and making sure we are OK! Overall, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful resort, made even better by the amazing team. We would happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Phuket.
