Amazing hotel especially for a family of 5. Youtube is on the TV if your kids love youtube, the pools stunning amazing way to the beach amazing just perfect little geckos or lizards are everywhere!! When you go to there beach expect lots I mean lots of crabs! Great location 1 hour drive. Totally worth it. Monopoly you can play get yourself a drink make one yourself, i recommend this hotel perfect amazing. One issue made me put 4 is there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom disgusting 🫣 But anyways can't forget the food! Amazing food tasted very nice recommend getting the fruit salad from the kids menu! Hope you like this review and have a good stay!

We recently stayed in a 3-Bedroom Executive Villa (Villa 6206, checked in on May 27th) as Accor Gold members. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of what you would expect from a 5-star Mövenpick property. Check-in & Customer Service The disappointment started immediately at the front desk. The staff member who checked us in was exceptionally rude and lacked even basic customer service skills. There was zero acknowledgment of our Accor Gold status or any sense of hospitality. Villa Condition & Maintenance The rooms are "okay," but they certainly do not reflect 5-star luxury. The property is showing its age, the backs of the beds are noticeably worn out, and the showers and toilets feel quite run-down. Our biggest frustration was a severe plumbing issue: we had no hot water for over 12 hours. We had to make multiple calls to the front desk to get this addressed. Shockingly, we dealt with the exact same rude staff member from check-in, whose response to our maintenance issue was highly unprofessional and dismissive. Dining (The Palm Restaurant) We had breakfast at The Palm restaurant. While the food options are decent, the buffet menu is very limited for a resort of this size. Furthermore, the service was entirely hit and miss. The staff consistently appeared grumpy and gave the distinct impression that they were not in the mood to serve guests. Conclusion Overall, this was a very average experience. If hotel management is reading this and wants to address these issues with their team, a massive improvement in customer service and hospitality training is desperately needed. We expected much better.

Had a wonderful time celebrating my anniversary in here. Everyone went above and beyond ensuring our stay was amazing and our aniversary unforgettable. The facilities are incredible, the pool was clean, the food is fantastic and overall would definitely recommend anyone staying here Special thanks to this hotel for having a little surprise ready for us upon arrival and for accommodating our request to have breakfast in our pool.

My stay at the Mövenpick hotel was unfortunately disappointing. The cleanliness was very poor, and the furniture especially the wooden elements appeared old and not as shown in the photos. Additionally, there was a complete lack of privacy, which made the stay uncomfortable. Another major concern was the laundry service. The costs were not disclosed upfront, and I was surprised to be charged 5,200 THB for just two laundry bags with fewer than 20 items. This pricing is highly unreasonable and should have been clearly communicated in advance. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.

Great service. Great room. Large pool with friendly bartender. Front desk staff were amazing. JC and his team took good care of us. You are getting a Maldives vaca experience with very reasonable price. Le Phang Beach is right across a side street. Few vendors on the beach that you can get snacks, drinks, beach chairs for rent, restaurants on the beach for quick bite, etc

The room was spacious and clean. The service was amazing, even though I ordered late into the night they still managed to help me with everything. The beach was clean and the hotel was very good in general. This spot creates loads of memories.
