Un hotel excepcional. Todos los servicios de los que dispone el hotel son estupendos, la piscina, clases de yoga gratis, el desayuno súper completo... Todo muy limpio y con un mantenimiento perfecto. Por último, los trabajadores son de 10, muy serviciales y simpáticos. Nos dio mucha pena irnos, desde luego que volveremos!

Nuestra mejor experiencia durante el viaje a Tailandia. Chi Samui Resort fue, sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que nos alojamos durante todo nuestro viaje. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue excepcional: todo el personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Khun, quien estuvo pendiente de nosotras en todo momento, asegurándose de que estuviéramos cómodas y bien atendidas. Su dedicación y cercanía marcaron realmente la diferencia en nuestra estancia. El desayuno era delicioso y variado, y agradecimos mucho que hubiera opciones sin gluten, algo que no siempre es fácil de encontrar. Sin duda, es un lugar al que nos encantaría volver en el futuro. Recomendamos este hotel sin ninguna duda. Our best experience during our trip to Thailand. Chi Samui Resort was, without a doubt, the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional: all the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Khun, who took care of us at all times and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Her dedication and warmth truly made a difference in our stay. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and we really appreciated the availability of gluten-free options, which are not always easy to find. Without a doubt, this is a place we would love to return to in the future. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel at home immediately. The room was spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest had an amazing experience, they were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and highquality options. The facilities were excellent, including the pool, restaurants, and all the activities available throughout the day. The breakfast was include and also very good. What truly made this resort special was the exceptional service and attention of Khun. Thank you!! You helped us with everything. They bring you to their very nice and luxury beachclub for free in 5 minutes. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable holiday.. Dreamlike. We experienced outstanding service, with the staff supporting us in absolutely everything and even beyond anything we could have imagined. Such warm, caring people who make it even harder to leave this beautiful island. Starting with the heartfelt welcome, the diverse and lovingly prepared breakfast, the charming hotel grounds with a wonderful and well-maintained pool area, as well as the spacious and bright rooms - everything was simply perfect. The hotel also offers a fantastic range of yoga and wellness activities. In addition, the location is peaceful yet central, making it easy to reach many of the island’s livelier spots in no time. But most importantly: the people made it more perfect than it even was before!

Thank you for this lovely 6 days stay . Restaurant team took great care of us, breakfast and food were on point. Housekeeping so effective .So happy to have had the garden patio, despite a reservation issue (which was not on their responsibility but the reservation app) . There is a small gym to workout which is nice. Definitely coming back. Family resort,

Tolles Hotel. Deutlich kleiner als die großen Ressorts, aber alle Annehmlichkeiten bei gleichzeitiger Entspannung. Wir waren sehr gerne 6 Tage hier und würden jeder Zeit eieder buchen. Da das Hotel 600m vom.Strand entfernt liegt, wird man kostenlos zum eigenen Beachclun gefahren, der in der Region zu den besten Clubs gehört.
