We had a very pleasant one-week stay at Sofitel Krabi and overall were extremely satisfied with our experience. The pool is absolutely fantastic and was one of the highlights of our stay. While the rooms are starting to show their age, this was only a minor issue as the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is great to see. We especially appreciated the variety of complimentary activities organized by the hotel. They were enjoyable, well run, and added real value to our stay. Our only suggestion would be to promote these activities more prominently, as many guests might otherwise miss out on them. A special mention goes to the hotel bar team, who consistently provided excellent service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Indian food in the restaurant is great. It’s easy to find a grab to go to town. We would also like to thank Tom at the reception. He handled our requests and solved the issues we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, making a real difference to our experience. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. We would be happy to return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi.

V tomto hotelu jsme byli na naší dovolené mimořádně spokojeni.Co nás velice překvapilo, byl vždy milý , usmívající se personál, který nás vždy uctivě a již z dálky pozdravil . Co se pokoje, který nám byl přidělen po dobu 6 nocí , tak i zde musíme konstatovat maximální spokojenost- nádherný výhled do zahrady a na bazén, dvě oddělené velké postele s mimořádně pohodlnou matrací a luxusní přikrývkou a polštáři. Spali jsme jak v bavlnce. Pokoj vždy uklizený, když jsme se vrátili z výletu nebo z koupání. Vyměněné ručníky byly samozřejmostí . Velice nás také překvapil Váš bazén. Jednak svými rozměry, čistotou a teplotou vody. Bylo příjemné se po výletech na večer v něm vykoupat . Co nás ale nejvíce překvapilo , byla kvalita a neskutečný výběr jídel, nápojů a ovoce u snídaně. Jsme hodně zcestovalí manželé , ale tak výborné a sortimentně vyvážené snídaně jsme na svých dovolených ještě nezažili . Na této naší dovolené po Thajsku , Malajsii a Singapuru jsme vystřídali 5 hotelů . Váš hotel a Vaše snídaně všechny navštívené hotely převálcovaly, co se kvality a úrovně nabízených služeb a pokrmů týká , na plné čáře. I ten v Singapuru , kde se snad jen snídaně trochu přiblížila Vašemu standardu . Takže vřelé díky jak managmentu hotelu , tak poslední pokojské nebo zahradníkovi, protože u Vás jsme si část naší dovolené po jihovýchodní Asii užili fakticky nejlépe. A pokud sem pojedeme ještě někdy, tak budeme chtít určitě zase k Vám! Stejně tak budeme Váš hotel doporučovat našim obchodním partnerům, přátelům a kamarádům , pokud by se chtěli někdy ubytovat na Krabi. Manželé František a Hana Putyerovi

Great hotel, great location! Two highlights for me though, the fantastic poll ( biggest in Thailand) and the Exploro Bar. With Tucs and Boy at the helm, absolutely wonderful cocktails are guaranteed! The brilliant resident duo of Casey and Alan ensure that the atmosphere continues through the night with great songs sung beautifully! Top marks, highly recomended 😍

We spent a few days at the resort and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. Our children especially enjoyed the pool, the wide range of activities, and we also loved the three-island tour. We greatly appreciated the outstanding service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the entire pool staff for their kindness and helpfulness, to Sao and her team for their professionalism and attention to detail, to the bartender for his excellent recommendations, and to the housekeeping team for maintaining our room to such a high standard. Our first impression, however, was a little disappointing. We may simply have arrived at an unfortunate time, but despite it being the low season, our arrival seemed to go unnoticed. The check-in process took quite a while, and it took about half an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. Although we called reception and someone answered, nothing happened, so we eventually had to go to the front desk ourselves before our luggage was finally brought to us. One small suggestion would be to offer freshly squeezed fruit juices. While frappés were available, it was not possible to order a fresh fruit juice without ice cream. With Thailand's amazing selection of tropical fruits, this would be a wonderful addition to the menu. Despite the less-than-ideal arrival experience, we left with many wonderful memories and would happily recommend the resort.

Had a good stay with my family. Kids loved the premises, play area and the pool. Hotel staff was very helpful. It was a delight to be hosted in Club Millesime by Kate, Pepsi and Troy. Apologies for not remebering the other staff name at the Club and the Hotel. Team was kind to upgrade the room and took care of our special requests (including for kids) Were taken good care on the Hong Island Trip booked through hotel conceirge. Since, the resort receives many India guests, consider adding more Indian Food in the breakfast especially Dosa (was informed the equipment to make DOSA is not there) Kids activities are on the expensive side

We had a really lovely stay at Sofitel Krabi and what stood out most was the incredible number of people across the resort who made our time there so enjoyable. A big shoutout to Tom and Kim at the front desk, and to Troy, Deena, Katy and Pepsi from Guest Relations, thank you for always being so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Explorer Bar team, especially Focus & bartenders also deserve a special mention for making our evenings such a pleasure. We also really enjoyed our time with the Koh Poda team, including Sky, Sem, Palmy and Min, as well as Jubjib, Chompu, Pim and so many others whose names I’m sure I’ve missed. There are genuinely so many wonderful people working throughout the resort, and they all contributed to making the stay memorable. The pool was another highlight — clean, very well maintained and, despite the size of the resort, never felt too busy when we were there. It was an especially nice place to relax. The resort itself is beautifully maintained. The gardening team does an excellent job, with gorgeous trees, plants and flowers throughout the property. You can really see the care and effort that goes into keeping everything looking so lush and inviting. The beach is easily accessible across the road, and the security guards were always helpful when crossing. Just something to be aware of is that there aren’t hotel sunbeds directly on the beach, so you need to walk further along to a beach club if you want a lounger. A special mention also goes to Paul, who is an excellent golf teacher. He was fantastic and made the lessons both enjoyable and worthwhile. And finally, thank you to the housekeeping team, who did a great job keeping our rooms clean and comfortable every day. 🙏 Overall, what makes Sofitel Krabi special is not just the beautiful setting, but the people behind it. There are so many team members who genuinely go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, and we really appreciated it. Thank you to everyone who made our stay such a good one!
