We really loved this place — honestly had such a great stay ❤️ The hotel is small, quiet, and right by the sea, which was a huge plus for us. We stayed for 9 days and had a really good, relaxing time. To be honest, we didn’t expect much from a 3-star hotel, but the service was surprisingly great — that was a very nice surprise. The overall atmosphere and staff made it even better. The food was tasty, and even though breakfast was quite simple, we genuinely enjoyed it — it had everything we needed. The beach was good too: right in front of the hotel the entry is a bit rocky, but if you walk a little to the right, there’s a much nicer spot to get into the water. The water isn’t super clear because of the sandy/muddy bottom, but there were almost no waves, so it was still really enjoyable to swim. Since the hotel is small, the level of quiet really depends on the guests. Most of the time it was very peaceful, but on our last day a noisy group arrived, which was a bit annoying — luckily, it was already our last day. So just a small note for future guests: please be mindful of others and respect the quiet atmosphere — this isn’t a party hotel. Overall, definitely a place we’d come back to 🌿

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The entire team was incredible. A special thank you to Fon, Oat, and Ice. Your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service made our vacation even more special. We are so grateful for everything you did for us. The hotel itself is stunning. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and smelled amazing. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, creating such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious with so much variety and excellent quality. Every meal exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a beautiful pool. We also had our own private pool in our room, which made our stay even more luxurious and memorable. Everything about this hotel was outstanding: the staff, the service, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the food, and the beautiful surroundings. I’ve never stayed at such an amazing hotel before. Thank you to the entire team for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to everyone. This hotel truly deserves more than five stars!

My partner and I recently stayed at The Flow for 7 nights. We absolutely adored our time there and we can’t wait to return. From the get go, and after a long journey, the staff made us feel at ease and were very welcoming. Whilst all of the staff were fantastic, we particularly enjoyed our interactions with Ty, along with the local cats Som and Dum! The breakfast isn’t huge, but from what is on offer, it is tasty and delicious - we enjoyed the fresh eggs menu every day. The restaurant is also fantastic and great value for money, it was reassuring to know that we had a great option at the hotel if we didn’t want to head out for dinner. The cocktails are also great and we loved the iced coffees! Location wise, the hotel is in a quieter part of the island which adds to the exclusive and laid back feel. It’s a great place to switch off. Huge thank you to all of the team at The Flow for being so great, we hope to see you again soon ❤️

Ich hatte einen rundum hervorragenden Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es sehr weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das jederzeit bemüht war, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die unkomplizierte Organisation von Roller- und Autovermietungen direkt über das Hotel – schnell, zuverlässig und ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand. Die Zimmer waren während meines gesamten Aufenthalts stets sehr sauber und gepflegt, was für ein hohes Maß an Professionalität spricht. Auch kulinarisch überzeugt das Hotel auf ganzer Linie: Das Essen ist durchweg sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Positiv ist zudem, dass auch externe Gäste das Restaurant nutzen können. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft und sorgt für eine besonders entspannte Atmosphäre. Ergänzt wird das Ganze durch die schönen und gepflegten Poolanlagen, die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einladen. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das in allen Bereichen überzeugt – ich komme gerne wieder!

The sea view here is absolutely beautiful, with a full panoramic view that feels incredibly relaxing. It’s the perfect place to sit back, unwind, and enjoy the atmosphere. The food is delicious and of great quality. The pasta, in particular, was rich and flavorful, with fresh, well-cooked shrimp. Paired with crispy garlic bread, it was a perfect combination. The drinks were refreshing and easy to enjoy, making them ideal for a laid-back afternoon by the sea. What truly stood out was the service. Special thanks to Khun Korn and the entire team for the warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was polite, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. This is definitely one of the must-visit spots in Koh Samui, whether for the view, the food, or the overall ambiance. I’ll definitely be coming back next time to enjoy the day pass by the pool and spend more time relaxing here. 🌊✨

Ein wunderschönes Hotel. Leider sind wir nur zwei Nächte hier aber wir kommen wieder. Die Begrüßung verlief super freundlich. Das gesamte hotel ist wirklich sehr schön (besonders der Hauptpool am Abend). Das Person ist total aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ein Traum. Wir haben ein swim up mit Blick zum Strand. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine Badewanne und Dusche. Minibar, Beachtasche+ Handtücher vorhanden. Ich kann wirklich nichts kritisieren.
